Every time I do an online order my order is missing something. This is the third time that this has happened. Call back and was put on hold after the third call. My experience was terrible!! I put my order in online in the morning time to be picked up by 5:30pm and when I got there at that time they kept telling me that they were making it. But after an hour passed by I asked did they even have my order up there and they didn't so they had to write my order down on receipt paper and make it. My order was finally given to me at 7:30pm!!! Then when I got home the fries were cold and the wings didn't have any sauce on them and they were rock hard like bricks. I spent more than $15 on my order and it looked terrible. I have lived wingstop at every other location I have ever visited. However, I've been to this location 3 times and they've gotten my order wrong every time. I ordered using the app and requested my wins extra well done and they're barely just done. The wins and fries are barely seasoned. It's great or famine when they sauce or season your order. One wing or fry will be covered while the one next to it is totally naked. I order a dry rub and they are skimpy with it. The second time i visited this location, I had ordered online and arrived at the store and they didn't acknowledge anyone in the lobby for at least 10 minutes. The last time I ordered they forgot half the order. I may just start back going to other wingstop locations for my wings. read more

Absolutely mortified at the audacity of this store to still be open considering the horrible service and food. First I would like to clarify, I am not a picky person at all and don't usually complain but I just couldn't couldn't hold back on this one because they did not compensate for their issues. First complaint is regarding the workers, not a single one of the 6 workers were wearing masks, gloves, or any protective gear. Second complaint is the wings, I was unlucky enough to find a piece of hair half in my wing and half sticking out which I know for a fact is not mine since I am bald. Also in regards to the wings, they were absolutely disgusting and had no flavor whatsoever unless you think oil is a flavor because if so it was drowning in it. A girl on the phone told us that she would write our number down & he "might" call us back. I myself have been a fast food worker before & I have never told a customer that we "might call them back . We get there a dark skinned girl with glasses gives me a weird look. Then she goes over to a man preparing the food & whispers something in his ear. I walked in today to place my order. I put my mask on as required by the posting on their door stating they were following the mask mandate and a mask is required for entry. It must be for customers only as their employees in the kitchen cooking, manager included, wore their mask under their chin as they cooked and hovered over the food. All of the running back and forward, reaching over each other, sweating in that kitchen and breathing hard with no mask during this pandemic I politely asked for a refund and explained to them why so only they could hear me. I didnt want my fears to alarm anyone else waiting for their food. One of the managers had her mask under her chin, no gloves on and was packing bags including putting the fries in that she inadvertently touched as she placed them in the bag. They were pleasant and gave me the refund with no problem but their mask never returned to the correct position to cover their mouths and noses.
