"How can it have plenty of protein/meats but still be empty or soggy?" ... I have no clue ? But I'm not bashing it ! I truly think if they figure out how to pack it in better, maybe more egg and potatos? (Be careful because too much potato can kill it) ... also do not be afraid to season the eggs and potato's....a 10/10 breakfast burritos is usually packed ! When you hold it there's no flop or empty hollow tortilla.... I want to highlight again I'm not bashing it !!! It is a good burrito but can be worked on if you want it to be "top breakfast burrito in the southbay"... I give it a 7.7/10 at the moment ! Once they can Jam Pack it like ALL great breakfast burritos and work on their salsa I can see people traveling all over the southbay for this, also don't be afraid of seasoning!
