I just left your establishment and I've never had the worst service in my life. I've been waiting for an hour both the manager was at the front both told me to basically get lost over the phone and there was nothing they were do about it. I asked them to replace the order very simple. they laughed when I told them I was going to call and complain . read more

I absolutely love this place and i was craving wings or tenders last night so i went there and got the pumpkin spice tenders lemme tell you that was amazing i would go try it out before it leaves because the pumpkin spice is limited time read more

Very dry wings. A little overpriced too. Not the place to go if you like moist tender wings.

Decided to try a place I haven't tried yet today in downtown. I ordered the hot honey chicken tenders for takeout. The person at register was very friendly. I might have came in at the right time because my food came out quickly too! The inside of the restaurant, while I waited, was clean and roomy. Though rather empty during lunch on a weekday, maybe beside some deliverers. Now, for the food, the sauce covered tenders were sweet and came with a tiny kick. Absolutely loved the flavor in each bite. Though, flavor is a secondary factor when I am eating food. My main opinion comes from its texture. I'm not a fan of it. The waffle fries were a bit chalky and dense. And the chicken was tougher to chew, not that juicy. Wings Over Lowell is an alright place to get some chicken and French fries. read more

This place has gone waaaaaay downhill. Wings tasted old and rubbery. They just fried it. I can't believe y'all would sell it to customers like that. Someone can get sick! And speaking of frying, I can tell the oil is old. Has a weird after taste. I took two bites and it made me never want to get wings ever again! From anywhere! Also please for the love of God stop being greedy with the sauces. At least it might have helped masked the nasty tasting wings. Also, speaking of sauces what happened to the ranch and blue cheese dips. Now it's just served in a cup. It tastes like store bought blue cheese like wishbone or something lol. I think someone should call the food inspector place to check this restaurant out. Who knows what nasty things they hide there. I ordered here Saturday night if that makes a difference. I wish I can grow another hand so I can give it 3 thumbs down. read more

This was the worst service I've ever experienced! I waited about 30 minutes to get my food. Only two people were working, and they had terrible attitudes. They didn't even know how to talk to customers and were busy chatting among themselves. I feel sorry for such poor restaurant service. Please don't come here! it's a complete scam! read more

We haven't ordered from here in years but my child had wingstop recently and was begging to try here also. We got a tender platter and wings with waffle fries and tater tots - over 60$. Everything smelled awesome but wow oh wow. Everything was sooooo salty!!!! Why?! We got lemon pepper, buffalo and garlic parm and only the buffalo was decent although a little too sour. The lemon pepper was more like salt and pepper with a kick of vinegar. The ranch was really sweet and it didn't compliment the tenders at all. Maybe we will try again another time, but for now, we will order elsewhere. read more

We ordered 1 wing and they took 45mins to cook it and when asked they were giving bad attitude and after all this when the food came in the pick up window the girl didn't even pack it and they were chatting Specially the cook and the girl outside is the most rude people in the world and I'm never going back there read more

Things have changed from what I remember Wings over Lowell as. The food is still good but they eliminated half the flavors. Not to mention the new paint inside??? It looks like a prison now. No more vibrant colors. Plain minimal design. You use to be able to ask for the whole bottle of ketchup but now they give you packets like thats enough. read more

I've had the food here a few times, and it's always great! That saved it from one-star. Picking up food as a delivery driver, however, has reverted back to being a very unpleasant experience. Employees absolutely do not need to police delivery drivers to the point of watching us hit the pick-up confirmation buttons on our phones! This is not only highly insulting, but it also takes away potential of getting another order nearby to stack. Do you trust drivers or not? If not, don't use third-party delivery services. Do you think this policy prevents orders from being stolen? It does not. We delivery drivers trust Wings Over employees to do their jobs, even though mistakes are sometimes made. Please afford us the same trust to do ours. read more

I stopped by for takeout. I got lemon pepper wings and tater tots. Food was awful, cold, the wings were hammered and basically everything was inedible. Everything was also dry making it even less appealing. I cook better wings with my eyes closed. read more

Wonderful customer service. The employees here at the Lowell location are top notch. Friendly and polite.

I used to love this place when it first opened always good and cooked however now every time I ordered on doordash I get undercooked tenders and like other reviewers get stomach cramps/ aches. From it being not fully cooked or cross contamination in kitchen. I keep ordering hoping it will be fixed but it's a constant problem. Staff is friendly. But come on. It's almost like everything is rushed to get out of the door. Im going to try one more time then I'm done and you lost a few more customers. Would love to get a reply from owner so we can fix this! Food Poisoning is no joke read more

Honestly fed up with this place. I LOVE their dry rub flavors though. I asked for the wings to be well done and they came cooked just enough. I ordered a LARGE waffle fries (over $5) and basically got a small. I included a picture. That is a complete rip off of my hard earned money, are you kidding me??! Never ordering from here again. It's also pretty expensive... $17 for 15 wings. I'm going to stick with the chicken I get from Lawrence. So much better and cheaper. read more

Wings are pretty good, meaty and flavorful. We got mango habanero, spicy Korean and lemon pepper. The lemon pepper was dry but that might have been from picking up the food and bringing it home and eating it there instead of having the food at the restaurant. I usually stop by for a quick easy lunch. The bone in wings are much better than the boneless and I usually get them in the sweet onion bbq sauce. This time I tried a grilled chicken salad and was really disappointed. The chicken had a strange smell and taste to them....almost tased sour. I figured it was whatever they were marinated in. The salad was just lettuce and some parmesan cheese. I will definitely not be ordering that again. The service is ok. They aren't overly friendly but they get the food out quick. Besides that horrible salad, the food is pretty good. read more

Sunday dinner with family. Watched the Patriots then ordered Wings Over Lowell. Recommended from a friend. 20 min drive for wings but what the heck? Website was pretty easy to use. Picked up the order and the three other orders of my guests. The person at the counter was confused when I offered our order numbers and instead asked for everyone's names (wouldn't order numbers be easier?). Headed home and arrived to find my order of boneless tenders were made as bone in wings which I find disgusting. So no dinner for me. They also forgot to include the drinks if one other order. I called back and the manager refunded my order (she offered to replace the wings or give me a credit but I'm not driving back another 20+ minutes for wings. Disappointing as I was starving and the other orders looked real good. There's a lot of choices out there and despite the food looking good, it's hard to revisit a restaurant when the first experience is not great. read more

Complete slimy garbage, ordered 12 wings with fire sauce, I was in the mood for super hot wings, what I got was franks hot sauce dumped on slimy crap.. for 30.00 delivered. Big fail never again. I don't care about the price of delivery it came down to extremely disappointing product that advertised this was there hottest sauce, and down right undercooked wings. Good wings. Better when your drunk. (Seriously) A little pricey but you get so much food for what you pay for. I enjoy the ability to choose multiple flavors. The waffle fries can be made in any flavoring you want too. Maybe I'm biased but I'll keep going here. Try them! read more

The food is good and you can't beat the variety of flavors they offer here ... I would've given 4 stars if I hadn't been charged $1.25 for a tiny side of BBQ sauce a 2 ounce soufflé cup half filled is not worthy of a $1.25 upcharge!!! With that being my only gripe .. the guys here are courteous and friendly so that made it enjoyable despite the annoying charge that is technically out of their control .. I'd still recommend them but beware of steep charges for extra sauce read more

I have been buying wings from here for about six years. The quality is inconsistent but never awful--fluctuating between awesome and acceptable. It was the value and the quantity of food that kept me coming back. But lately the product has devolved to stale, overcooked, and crunchy wings, likely reused from unsold purchases of the day before. And to further frustrate me, the $30 tray I usually buy advertises as 2lbs. Normally it was. But the latest visit will be my last. For $30 I got 1.1lbs of stale and crunchy, sparsely flavored cardboard. My disappointment cannot be overstated. Time for them to change management or sell the franchise because they will not survive with this level of service. Sorry, but you will not get my $30 weekly payments anymore. read more

Chicken was OK, a bit dry, but big portion. Guy at the counter was friendly. But what really turned me off was that my feet stuck to the floor, that none of the tables had been wiped down in a while, that there were crumbs all over the booths, and that the same booth that I saw a couple of years ago with a huge rip in it was still ripped. All that was bad enough. But I think it was the loud belch let out by a young woman at the next table that almost made me lose my cookies. This isn't the restaurant's fault, but it was the proverbial icing on the cake. read more

The wings and tenders exceeded all expectations! Flavors are delicious! Friendly service! Open late late late! Just not a super clean place

I've ordered from Wings Over a number of times the last few months. The quality has been steadily slipping. Today was the final straw. Ordered for delivery 15 wings, honey mustard. They arrived in fairly short order (30 mins or so) but when I opened the black Styrofoam container, my wings were sitting in an inch and a half of cold congealed grease. I don't know if the cook was having a bad day, but this was absolutely outrageous. We've always tipped well on our deliveries (18%), so I'm sure it wasn't directed at me. Anyhow, they've lost a customer and any hope I would ever recommend them to anyone else. read more

Fantastic place to get awesome, good quality finger foods at such an awesome price! I'm so glad that this place opened, who doesn't love a succulent, juicy, moist chicken wing every now and then? Been here a couple times with friends and every time I have left satisfied with a great meal and a satisfied stomach. Don't like dealing with the bone? No need to fret! They also serve every delicious flavor in succulent and juicy boneless form. Apart from wings they also serve some fantastic wraps and sandwiches as well. Personal Preferences: BBQ, Teriyaki, Sweet Chilli, Honey Mustard, all fantastic wing flavors. The only flaw that I have with this establishment is that, even though Wings is still fairly new, the atmosphere could definitely be better, the fluorescent lights and plain white walls makes dining such a drab and dreary experience. Asides from that I thoroughly enjoy the food here. read more

I've been watching the quality decline rapidly over the last few years, but never thought I'd get what are clearly frozen reheated ribs with cold sauce dumped all over them, chicken full of gristle, and somehow managing to put an entire container of cheese sauce into into the delivery bag without a lid. Real shame, they were pretty good the first few years after they opened up. I don't ever leave reviews, but this was a special kind of terrible. Yikes. Stay far FAR away. Wings, don't contact me to try to "make this right". I'm not looking to get anything from you guys, I'm just looking to warn people about ordering from you. Haven't been here for awhile, but my friend wanted Wings Over. I didn't expect the wait to be about an hour long for wings. Besides the variety of flavors they have, I'm not sure what would cause such a long wait time. I noticed other people coming and going so easily. I wanted to leave, even if I already paid. Maybe I'll come back at a different time to see if it's just my bad timing. read more

I was very EXCITED to hear about the new Wings Over Lowell opening during Folk Festival weekend in Downtown Lowell. After much anticipation, weI finally made our way to Downtown Lowell to sample the menu. After what seemed like many minutes of viewing the menu displayed on the LCD screens and letting other customers go before us, we finally made up our minds and placed our order. We got the F-16 (15 Wings), Cajun Waffle Fries with Cheese, and a 2 Liter of Diet Coke which came to about $19.00. There were just too many flavors to try and they allow 1 flavor for every 5 pieces of wings. Since the Mo loves hot spice, he insisted on the "After Burner" and we also tried the Spicy Teryaki and Golden BBQ. Although the wings were meaty and the textures were right on, the flavors were not that impressive. The Mo complained that the "After Burners" were not hot enough and seemed like it was just dressed in the same Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce we use at home. Since my tolerance of chili is not where his is, I took his word for it. The Spicy Teryaki didn't resemble any teryaki sauces that I was used to and the Golden BBQ flavor was a bit too tangy for me. Maybe next time I will try the Honey BBQ instead. I must admit that they Waffle Fries were amazing! They were fried to perfection and had the right amount of Cajun seasoning! For the optional seasoning, you can choose from Ranch, Cajun, Mesquite, Seven Pepper and Garlic Parmesan. The melted cheese dip ($1.00 extra) was a great compliment to the fries and we didn't even require any ketchup! They looked pretty busy, after all it was a Friday night. As we sat and ate our meal, I noticed that the establishment was very popular with takeout orders with the phone constantly ringing and people walking in to pick up their orders. The delivery service seems to be popular also, I noticed they had at least 2 drivers running in and out and they also had a sign posted for more drivers wanted. With its late hours and nearby proximity to the Umass Lowell Dorms/Conference center, Middlesex Community College and Lowell High School, I truly believe this franchise will be a success! Note: Parking in Downtown Lowell can be tricky and its usually a hit or miss. Obviously this will be not a problem for students or Downtown Lowell employees. Dedicated goers can shell out a few bucks and park at the Leo Roy Parking Garage, literally 2 minutes down the street.
