Tuesday looks like the right time to be here! My buddy and I grabbed the daily deal, basic burger and three boneless wings for eight bucks. Guessing they aren't paying their staff much and waited quite a while for the kitchen to prepare our food during a seemingly slow lunch hour, but the one staff handling the entire dining room kept positive and moved quickly until it was time to checkout. The menu is huge! Many flavors, burgers, and of course wings, having achieved some embarrassing level of expert frequenting Buffalo Wild Wings was keen to sample the mango haberno here. They didn't put much sauce on the wings at all, perhaps in keeping with the restraints on chefs. We did enjoy the burger. A fantastic five dollar deal without wings, doing the usual toppings too, ya can't go wrong with a proper big boy American grill at half the price of the cheap chains. Fries looked fresh. My slaw had surprise crunch and flavor. Wings are definitely higher quality than the aforementioned, Applesbees, or even other local places. I'm on the fence about this place. I read the reviews about the little wings and was skeptical. 1. I paid for the up charge to get the larger wings and the were large, BUT I ordered 7 all drums. I received 5 drums and 1 flapper so not only was I shorted a wing I got one that wasn't what I ordered. Normally I order lemon pepper everywhere I go, but they don't carry that, they have Mojito lime pepper. I love lime so I thought I'd try it. It's ok, but not wonderful. I think they should get a good lemon pepper rub. 2. My husband ordered a Philly cheese steak with mayo and it didn't have mayo on it, but he said it was wonderful other than that. 3. we ordered large loaded tater tots and asked for it to be up charged instead of getting the side that went with the Philly. We received a reg side loaded French fry. They were a little soggy, but had good flavor. 4. The other person with us ordered 7 hot bbq wings & Mac & cheese and he got what he ordered and loved it all. 5. Where is can't even describe the level of disrespect and rudeness I experience when I decided to place an order at this place when I walked in I saw a group that had already been seated, and the waiter was walking towards them so I sat down to look over the menu Thinking someone would be right with me. I had to have been there for well over 30 minutes during that time I watched the same male waitress attend to two separate groups. He took their drink orders and their food orders. He bought their drinks back in the entire time while I was only 10 feet away from him. He never acknowledge Me Not once eventually a woman came from the kitchen and asked have I been helped. I shook my head, no and expressed to her how long I have been sitting there while the young man never once acknowledge me what all that being said he shouldn't be in a position where he has to deal with the public if he doesn't know how to greet them properly even after she took my order he still never acknowledge me I hate to think that it was because I'm a black woman that he completely disregarded and disrespected me, but this place needs to reconsider who they have as a waitress because this guy has no professionalism. So we get seated and have to wait five minutes before our drink order was taken and it was the hostess who took the order. Waited about 15 minutes or more before our waitress came to take our order. Thirty plus minutes later our food finally came and trust me it wasn't worth the wait. We got an appetizer of fried pickle chips and there were 16 small pickle chips. In the past the tray they brought them out on was piled high. I got boneless wings and they were barely drizzled with sauce. Was very pathetic experience. We get our bill and it was wrong. The bartender was having a conversation with regulars about how much they hated living here. This negative talk on front of customers is a huge pet peeve of mine as it puts diners in an immediate negative state of mind. So maybe that's what tainted my review... I'll start on a positive note: the tater tots were perfectly done and crispy. The "award winning wings" were a no for me. They had two dry rubs to choose from so I picked the Jamaican Jerk (I may have the name wrong, but it was jerk). The wings were not crispy enough for a dry rub so the rub turned into more of a sauce and while some parts of the chicken had almost no rub, other parts were drowning in the now-liquid not-dry rub. On my 4-hour drive between Cincinnati and NWI, we almost always stop at the Dairy Queen at the Lafayette exit. This time around, we had a hankering for something a little more substantial but didn't want to venture too far off course. I pulled up the Wings Etc. menu not really expecting much from a vegetarian perspective, but imagine my surprise to see a Beyond Burger on their menu. So great to see the variety of restaurants getting into the meat-alternative game! It was soooo delicious, too, as was the side of fries that it came with. Tried this for the first and probably last time . The waitress Brooke was very good and fast the food however was meh . The wings which they call large are not in fact they're small. the wing sauce is just poured over the (precooked?) wings so they aren't coated at all . One wing (pictured below )was not cooked . The Asian wing sauce was ok nothing special and pretty sweet the Buffalo was bland . The nachos were cold I expect them to be warm at least . The jalapeños were raw so they were way too hot without that nice tangy heat. We love nachos and didn't finish them . It looks like fried mushroom caps instead you get slices of mushrooms some tiny that aren't even breaded properly. If you flour then egg THEN breadcrumb the coating stays on . Ordered takeout and waited around for 10 mins to speak to an employee. The wings looked very unappetizing. The garlic Parmesan wings were barely coated in the sauce and the wings were so small and fried to a crisp. I decided to get my money back and go somewhere else, the manger on duty took 5 mins just to do the refund. Because it is so close to home, always trying to give this place a shot. Service and atmosphere have certainly improved from past visits. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Yuengling Golden Pilsner on tap and it was cold!! My bacon cheeseburger came out quickly and was a standard, frozen, round burger but it was good and serviceable. The straight fries had a nice pepper seasoning on them but were cold. I didn't enjoy having to ask to get my silverware, ketchup, and napkins. My friends and I came here to watch a college game because we called asking if they would have it and they assured us their TV package probably would. The food was alright, greasy for sure, and the fries were overpriced. The biggest problem was the waiter we had, he was pretty unprofessional. Not only was he overly friendly, he casually asked us to clean up the table by putting our silverware, napkins, and other plates on top of the one he was holding instead of grabbing them himself. Went for a late lunch on a Sunday - maybe 1:15PM. Party of 3. It was Seat Yourself and we chose a high-top table. Took a while for anyone to stop by then a female bartender finally stopped by and took our drink orders. She brought our drinks back and said our "server would be with us shortly". Well, that never happened- the same girl was our server the whole time and she did a nice job given that we clearly weren't in her section. Ordered a "full" order of loaded tots (we normally get the 1/2 order) and it looked identical to the 1/2 order. I ordered the "loaded" chili - it came and wasn't hot at all. I mentioned it to our server and she immediately took it back and then came back and said, "yeah it's only Luke warm". Then, they brought me a new bowl - it had "crust" around the surface of the bowl from having been microwaved. Neither bowl had sour cream. I have been going to this franchise around the state for years. It has been very hit and miss depending on the location. The store on I 65 was much better for service here. Our order was correct, the server was nice and the wings were good. Also, I will have to note it was much cleaner than the other one here in WL. read more

Wasn't impressed, I've had better wings at Applebee's. My husband got the buffalo chicken wrap and instead of the chicken actually being coated in the sauce they only put a tiny amount on the tortilla shell. He had to ask for an extra side. I had gotten the BBQ wings, and they honestly just tasted like chicken nuggets. I wasn't thrilled what so ever. Also, had gotten a side of cole slaw, and it tasted like apples which was very weird. The service was very slow, and just overall wasn't impressed and more than likely won't return. read more

I originally posted a good review after my first visit but the restaurant has slipped, particularly with service. Returned a few times since. They started out well when they opened, but the service is no longer good. The bartender was doing her best and working very hard, but they are way understaffed. After sitting at the bar for 20 mins, I left without anyone even taking my drink order. There were probably 20+ people in the bar and no server working there. This is the third time I've had that experience so I just left. They need to hire more help if they want to make it. read more

Wow! Came back after being invited by the manager of the store for dinner and I am thoroughly shocked that I had such a terrible first experience. This time around I came with my girlfriend and ordered their new bavarian pretzel bites and burgers. The pretzel bites were stellar and my girlfriend felt the same way. Our burgers were very well made and delicious. Night and day difference from my first review. Waiter was super friendly and did well managing times between tables for being alone. Only thing I could suggest is more wait staff or a host who can act as a server when needed as there was a long wait to get our checks. Overall fantastic and highly recommend! read more

This location is incredible. They support our school by hanging decor with our school's name. The waitresses are awesome. They are kind and don't get stressed out with big groups. When we opened the food at home they gave us (bone in wings) a partial order of fries. The boneless wings were also rock hard. We called and returned the order,They credited the order at half price,the replacement was not much better, hard dry boneless wings & nasty greasy fries. Walking into this place I was pretty pleased!! I'm traveling from Cincinnati to Chicago and I'm STARVING!! I pulled off on this exit because I saw Steak & Shake advertised on the highway.... worst part of traveling like this is there's usually only fast food/junk food right off the highway. We went in here and ordered 7 boneless wings, 10 bone in wings, and an order of fries. The fries were covered in black specks from being cooked in old grease. The bone in wings were so dry and hard I could not eat them at all. The boneless were okay but still not enough to make up for the rest of this mess.
