Visited BWW for the first time in probably 5 years after reading some negative reviews on NextDoor. We always used to enjoy it so we thought we would give it a chance. We arrived Noon and we're the only ones sitting in the bar side. Our bartender/server promptly came over and took our drink order. I ordered a tall Yuengling Flight since I don't see it in draft very often. As I put it up to my mouth, I could tell by the smell that something was off. I took a couple sips of it thinking that I had to condition my palate. I was wrong. The beer has the fruity/skunky flavor of beer lines that hadn't been cleaned in a while. I let the bartender know about it and she gladly poured me an Ultra. To my displeasure, ttis beer had that same sort of 'off' flavor to it. I originally thought that the Flight was off because not a lot of people order it, but I can not imagine it is the same for the Ultra. My bartender gave me a Diet Pepsi and we were not charged for either beer. (I did not, however, see the bartender or manager take those two beers out of service) It took approx 30 minutes to receive our food, which was pretty good. My Triple Bacon Cheeseburger was tasty as well as my wife's Teriyaki Chicken sandwich. The restaurant itself, needs some attention. All of the seats at the bar have copious amount of food crumbs in them and the parking lot is falling apart in multiple places. The business certainly needs some TLC. I never go to BWW for the food, but was impressed by it. I usually just go for the beer which was very disappointing. read more

Horrible service. Sucks the food is good but then gets ruined by the no service. The servers just sit in the back and just talk. Wondering when this place will be shutdown. read more

The new manager reached out to me today. He explained that he is from the Kokomo store, which is doing great, and said he wad asked to come and help the Lafayette store. He did apologize for the weird experience there, and he's going to talk to the bartender who obviously forgot to put our order in. If she had come and told me what was going on or at least checked on us at all, she mat have realized her mistake. I'm usually super patient, but being ignored for 45 minutes was a bit extreme. The other waitress had all happy customers who were getting their food and refills. She checked on them often. I wish we had sat at her table that day! read more

This place needs closed or a complete overhaul. Service is awful. Four groups waiting for online carry out orders, and 4 groups waiting to be seated in a mostly empty restaurant and have not been greeted. This has become common at this location over the past couple of years. I will not be back. read more

This place has just went more and more downhill over the years. I stopped coming for a long time because of it and decided to try my luck again but shouldn't have wasted the money. I ask for wings wet on my to-go order and get this. There is even a sticker that says "ex-wet" on the outside of the box. Not sure how you miss or mess that up. Safe to say I dont think I will ever come back here. Big league has bigger and better wings for the same, if not less, price. read more

The most horrible BBW location I've been across the country! So poorly managed with no waitress waiting and no food is being cooked. If you don't want to wait two hours for food. Don't bother read more

Just awful. Did a pick up order and they tried to give us the wrong order. Yeah, stuff happens, sure. But why was everything chewy? Traditional bone in wings were tough and chewy. There were random hard bits in it and very little chicken. There were some new potato bacon cheese giant tots. Those were ok, but again super chewy though hunks of bacon. Celery was definitely about to turn. Incredibly hard to bite off of. Weirdly chewy and falling apart at the same time. Plenty of better places to get wings. Bdubs has gone WAY downhill read more

Let me start by saying we go to bdubs a lot but the last few times we went to the Lafayette location the service was horrible they forgot my food this time and finally brought it out 20 minutes after my partner already had his food then it was cold so I sent it back they literally sent me the same plate out with "extra" fresh wings on top to hide that they brought the same plate. Wings were so dry and crusty I couldn't eat them. When the manager walked by we tried to get his attention and he completely ignored us. The time before the waitress was not attentive we had to repeat our order 5 times and every time she repeated it back wrong. When we were getting to leave after she brought the check she tried bringing us our appetizer as if we didn't eat our food and already had the check. They need to do better with every aspect. Service sucks I'm sure it's not the kitchens fault just the staff not doing their jobs. So unfortunately we will not be going back to any bdubs. read more

Took my son for the first time for a late lunch around 3pm, wasn't busy and had lots of waitstaff yet every customer was seated in the same small area under one waitress, why i could see other waitstaff grouped together just talking. When trying to order waitress tried to hurry me and started to write my order before i even decided. Food took about 20-25 minutes to come out. Burger was okay. Boneless wings had too much crust and where very hard, read more

The kitchen is fried. Nice workers, they forget about giving us water though a lot, as well as napkins. It took us 2 hours and 30 minutes to finish the meal since the kitchen was so slow. read more

The staff are great, but the wings I ordered to go were tiny and dry. I suspect they must have been sitting under a heat lamp. Had I dined in, I would have sent them back to the kitchen and I NEVER do that, having worked the industry for many years. Wings are supposed to be their specialty; how they managed to ruin what they're supposedly famous for is beyond me, and I can't understand any self-respecting cook sending that garbage out of their kitchen. Where's your pride? I usually get wings at the Rossville Water Pub on Wednesdays, as it's the special; management at BW's should go give them a try to see what well-made chicken wings are like. Only went to the BW's due to shopping trip, will never go again. read more

I ordered veggies online when they were almost closed and i'm fairly certain they gave me like 2 or 3 times the amount I ordered which was really nice of them That being said, my experiences here have always been good. The service is standard, the ambience is chill. I love this place and I'll be back again. read more

Worst I've seen. Called in a to go order, and was told 10-15 minutes. Took 55 minutes. Ridiculous

30 minutes waiting to be seated when restaurant was pretty dead, 3-4 people working the front counter who are apparently all incapable of doing anything, everyone was also rude. If everyone in society was this lazy we would have never progressed passed the stone age. read more

The woman working the counter/host on 1/14/25 6pm creates an absolutely miserable experience. As this is our 2nd interaction with her in the past week, I fear that she will discourage guests to return. This woman may thrive in a BOH role, but the no eye contact, lazy responses, failure to double check orders, and obvious annoyance when a guest wants to sit in the dining room rather than walk back to the bar doesn't cut it for any FOH position. Like most of the community, we stopped visiting bdubs during COVID. We have recently been able to put this place back into our restaurant rotation as we feel the service from servers and the food quality has taken a turn for the better. We will return, but really hope corrective action is taken for that employee as they are the first interaction for all guests entering the restaurant. read more

We have been sitting here for over an hour. Our order was taken and then not put in until another 30 min. There was no apology or offer of a discount. Our server has brought the wrong food out to 3 different tables. This restaurant has absolutely terrible service! read more

We were seated at our table for 20 minutes until we managed to flag someone down, asking if they could get a waitress to come to our table. We waited another 10 minutes, waitress finally came, took our order. Appetizers arrived after 15+ minutes. After another 20 minutes passed, we asked our waitress when the main food would be coming, within 5 minutes we had our food---- boneless wings and they were basically room temperature. Complained about that, waitress said she would ask a manager to come over. The manager never did, but the waitress came back to tell us our options. No way should anyone need to be in a restaurant for over 1.5 hours, most of the time spent waiting on service and food!! It was a bad experience from start to finish. Many tables were waiting, although some servers managed their tables better. Assuming the kitchen help was in no better condition. We won't be back. read more

Our server gave us BLAZIN wings when we ordered HONEY BBQ, she said it was the cooks mistake and she did give us another house sampler on the house for the mistake but it was too big of a fuck up for me to ever go back, I have never had something so hot in my life, you have to sign a waiver to eat those wings. read more

The service is extremely slow. They are serving takeout orders fist. we have been here for an hour and a half and no food

Slow service and the food was cold. Wings were frozen. Doesn't matter if you sit bar side, dining room or going to get a to go order. Also they leave cleaning products on counters and tables a lot. There's a reason why this place is never busy. Go to other sports bars for wings. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Front area with cleaning supplies and no one around. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Lafayette, Indiana

Stopped by for lunch and sat in the bar area, where it was half full. There was only one person working the room. They quickly brought a menu and took my drink order, and soon returned with the drink and took my order. The food came out quickly and the server said they would be back with silverware and napkins. That was the last I saw of them until I was done eating. The food was good, but napkins would have been helpful. I ended up getting paper towels from the bathroom. I saw other diners grabbing napkins from tables where other diners had finished and left. One other went to the kitchen. I don't go here frequently, but it seems like the service gets worse with each visit. read more

Thought we'd give it another try. Not busy and still took 60 mins for food after ordering. Was told busy kitchen due to online orders. I'M IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. PRIORITZE the faithful who come in and drink your beverages and tip your staff! 75 mins... Order canceled. Done. read more

Pickup was terrible. Lady said she'd check the order. Goes back and you can see her surfing her phone via the window. Kitchen crew saw the crowd noticing and put up paper to block the window. Signed back into the Buffalo Wild Wings app with the same email as I used previously but they did not send me an email for free birthday wings for my birthday today. I went inside and was still denied because they didn't send me an email even after I offered to show my ID for proof. The female manager with glasses at this location is very unnecessarily rude and has a bad tone. She was very unhelpful in fixing their error. They refused to sit us because they didn't wanna do there job, and they said they were under staffed. I'm very disappointed. Do better.

Two of us ordered some wings and a chicken sandwich and water which were fine. The restaurant was busy so we were understanding when it took well over half hour to get our food. We are still waiting for our check after waiting for another half hour. It's not busy now either. No excuse for such horrible service. Been here now for 90 minutes. Why do people even come here? Thankfully, we're using our last gift card to this restaurant and we will never be back. read more

This facility is large and great for groups. The bar area is large. I'm not sure when it was updated last. It felt a little dark and out of date but clean. The staff was friendly and professional. Overall a decent place to try. As for the food...I love BWW sauces. I think they are the best in the industry. This makes them the best wing choice in my book. On this visit all the wings in my small traditional order were small. Really too small for the price. Speaking of price...BWW prices are really too high. You spend a small fortune for quality small wings. JMHO. read more

Half priced wings are gone, prices are up on everything, zero nutrition changes, and a meager rewards program - this location has treated us well above the West Lafayette and Springfield, IL B-dubs I have tried. Not just once but my last couple times at this location have been well above the average BWW treatment I'm used to. But sadly, weirdly the wings are now too expensive unless you come for 69cent Thursday so go for a burger instead. read more

I've never had a good experience here, but it's been 2 years, so I thought I'd give it another try. Entered the restaurant and stood there for 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Waitress gave us menus and returned to get our order, then informs us they're out of several items. Hubby got an unsweetened tea and there were no sugars subs on the table nor did she return for 10 min so we could ask for some. Wings & fries were lukewarm, celery was stringy & pithy, had to ask twice for ranch dressing... As usual, a disappointing experience AGAIN, especially for their prices. It'll be at least another 2 years before I try again, if ever. read more
