Dry and (semi-burnt?) daily special- tenderloin with fries
    Ian C.

Came in for dinner one night (about 6p) and had an eh experience. The place was fairly empty with about 5 or 6 other tables with 2- 4 people. Pros - Prices are very reasonable. - Excellent selection of food and drinks and a fun and lively atmosphere. - Quirky interior, complete with fun restrooms (looks like a porta-potty). Cons - Service was not great. The waitresses was almost invisible and service was very slow. (This could have been because I was eating alone, but still...) - Food was dry. I got the daily special (tenderloin) and it was dry and tough) and the bun was dry. Could have been worse experience, but a little better service and food could make things much better.

Saturday morning breakfast. Served 8-11am. It was really good. Best biscuits and gravy I've had in town. Fluffy biscuit and very well seasoned gravy. Delicious. I really liked their hash browns too. They had some diced green pepper and were crispy. I recommend stopping by for breakfast. The Bloody Mary was good, not too spicy. The service was good. The restaurant has some humorous elements with its menu and signage. And the porta potty is hilarious.

Really great experience. Service was great, atmosphere was great. Was worried entering, but really cool after all. Great menu and drinks!

Food menu is top tier monster bar food. Scenery is a well constructed dive. House chips are one point.

They have a great selection of drinks. And made very good! - The image shows the interior of a bar with exposed brick walls and multiple shelves filled with a variety of liquor bottles. Several flat-screen TVs are mounted on the wall, displaying different content. A drink with ice and a straw is placed on the bar counter, which also has a branded bar mat. The setting suggests a lively sports bar environment with multiple screens for viewing. The overall scene includes bar equipment, glasses, and a person in the background.

Great place for dinner and drinks! Very relaxed bar and late night food service is a plus.

Service was bad, food was bad. Asked for pulled pork on my nachos and had to wait 20 minutes to get the pulled pork. Do not go here, the food is not good and the service is bad. Asked for a burger cooked medium, this burger told me "congratulations". Awful

Best wings I've had in Lafayette. Fried pickles are always good. Great place to stop before a game for a bit to eat. Service is quick and always a great environment.

This place has went downhill. Went there a week ago and the service was slow due to being understaffed but the waiter did well with us. The food on the other hand was meh. The chicken fingers and fries for our child were burnt and the fried mushrooms were inedible. I contacted them and they don't really care that it was bad and won't respond back anymore. We've been going there since the original location and don't think we will be going back again.

Delicious. - The image displays a multicolored, gradient background with shades of blue, green, and purple. Overlaid is the phrase "Ate too fast for a picture. Yum." in bold black font, suggesting a food or dining context where the food was enjoyed quickly.

Enjoyed our lovely, friendly and humorous server Erin, and the food the excellent. Definitely bar food but creative options and great drink specials. We enjoyed taco bar, nachos, and some drinks. $3 Coronas. We had a great time.

Visited DT Kirby's at about 1230am this past Saturday night / Sunday morning. After finding a table, we were promptly greeted by our server who took our order. We had our drinks quickly and within 15 minutes we had our food. I had four pocket burgers and friggin' fries. The fries were crispy and the burgers were great, as always! Our late night visit was worth the stop and glad that we stopped.

Food wasn't great. It was really just bar food so so wasn't expecting much. The fries were burnt to a crisp and the burger was alright. The onion rings weren't too bad, but they were so awfully greasy. Our server seemed pretty spaced out but didn't do a horrible job. It's kind of a chaotic environment inside of there but it's alright. The burger and fries came out to $11 as a Wednesday special. I would just drive a few minutes and go to triple xxx if you can. Im pretty sure the sauce is literally just thousand island dressing.

    Zombie Dust IPAs
    Glenn W.

My mom and I sat down and grabbed a couple Zombie Dusts. Truly are one of the greatest IPAs I've ever had and I've drank and tried a lot of them. We waited roughly 15 minutes on our food after ordering the Baja Fish Tacos and Reuben Sandwich with some fries on the side. I've had a taco and a bite of the Rueben my mom so willingly had to share, so far and this is insanely good. At first I thought my fish was a little unseasoned, but the flavors started bursting as soon as I got to the middle of my taco. Not only here at this comfortable place, but from now on I'll be ordering fish tacos wherever they're available since it was a great first time trying them. I've been here times before on a busy day from work, but I'm thinking that around 2pm is a great time to come. Better experience when you're not being rushed. The atmosphere here is like a southern type country vibe, but also a little sporty feel to it as well. Enjoy

This is a bacon grilled cheese which is what my husband ordered with a side of onion rings and both were absolutely disgusting. - The image features a plate containing bread slices, onion rings, and pickles, placed on a red tray or basket liner. In the background, a person wearing a dark jacket is visible, with their arms resting on the table. The setting appears to be a restaurant or casual dining environment.

We got chatting and enjoyed looking around at the fascinating and delightful pub style decor. The history of the restaurant and its owners is on the back of the menu and is a great and heartwarming read. I ordered the regular size portion of corned beef and cabbage with mashed potatoes and a slice of deliciously dense Irish bread. My bf got a pint of cider and Irish stew with a slice of Irish bread. The table also split an order of pub chips and at the end, a slice of Irish Bailey's cheesecake. The cheesecake is a must get!! My bf paid our bill which was about $40, which is a great price for the large quantity of yummy Irish food we enjoyed. I would love to go back here anytime we are in town.

"Wanted a Home Run... I called in my order: one pepperoni + green olives, one pepperoni + BBQ drizzle. The woman on the phone confirmed it exactly as I said. All seemed good. I showed up early to grab a drink and was excited to try a Trauma Llama Ding Dong from Teays River Brewing (which I specifically chose this spot for)... only to be told the draft system was down. Bummer #1. Not the end of the world, but still disappointing when it was part of my reason for picking Big League. Fast forward to me getting home, excited for pizza -- only to open the box and find black olives instead of green. I called back and asked, "Do you guys have green olives?" She shouted to the back, confirmed they did, then offered the world's flattest "oops." She said the system only lists "olives" without clarifying color. Well... then maybe mention that when someone specifically requests green olives? To be fair, I didn't raise a huge fuss, but I was genuinely disappointed. I'd driven across town, skipped my draft beer, and really had my hopes up for that salty green olive/pepperoni combo. The pizza itself? Decent. But the lack of attention to detail and the "oopsie teehee" attitude from staff didn't leave me eager to come back. Big League? You might wanna tighten up the lineup. Service matters, and little things like draft beer and correct toppings go a long way. Edit: I had a little more fun with this version because... well, laughter is therapy. Enjoy -- "Big League... Minor League Vibes." Decided to give Big League a try because they had a decent pizza deal -- two 14" two-topping pies for like $11 each. Sounds like a win, right? I called in my order: * One pepperoni with green olives * One pepperoni with BBQ drizzle The gal on the phone repeated it back perfectly. I was optimistic. That was my first mistake. I drive clear across town (I don't live close) because I'd heard their pizza was good and they serve Teays River beer on draft. Specifically went in hoping for a pint of Trauma Llama Ding Dong -- yes, that's really the name and yes, I wanted it in my hand. Walked in and was hit with: "Ohhh sorry, our draft system is down." No trauma llama. Just trauma. Still trying to salvage the mood, I take my bottled consolation beer and head home with my pizzas... only to open the box and be greeted by... black olives. Not the green ones I asked for. Not the green ones she confirmed on the phone. Just a sad, briny disappointment staring back at me. So I call, and I'm like, "Hey, do y'all have green olives?" She yells across the kitchen: "Do we have green olives?" Then goes, "Yeah we do -- we just have to cut 'em up ourselves." OH OK COOL COOL COOL, so you had them... just not where they needed to be -- ON MY PIZZA. Her excuse? "Well our system just says 'olives.' It doesn't say what kind." Girl. Giiiiiirl. If your ordering system is vague and I'm being specific, maybe mention that? Maybe don't serve me a surprise topping roulette? I didn't order a mystery pizza. This ain't the Olive Lottery. The worst part? She gave me that high-pitched "oh noooo, sowwy heehee" energy like she was trying out for a Disney Channel reboot instead of owning the mistake. Bottom line: I wanted draft beer and green olives. I got a bottled beer and a black olive betrayal. The pizza wasn't bad -- just not what I asked for. And I'm not mad... just mildly unhinged and writing Yelp reviews to cope. Big League? More like Little Effort. Get it together, y'all.
