Delicious!! Found them in front of Hops and Spokes Brewing Company and decided to give them a shot. Oh wow oh wow I'm sure glad I did! Ordered 18 piece each of buffalo bbq and spicy boogie bbq. Spicy boogie was okay, just not my cup of tea. But the buffalo bbq wings... mMmMMm hit the spot for sure!! This makes me want to try all the other flavors they have, especially the mango and garlic flavors. We dove in and ate so fast that I didn't have a chance to take some pictures but next time I certainly will try. I wanted to try this place based on their instagram pictures and a few influencers raved about them. Here is the thing when I commented on a post about how my food looked nothing like what is advertised the owner commented saying try running a business. Here is the thing running and starting a business is hard but thats not an excuse. He was basically admitting that he's aware that everyday the quality differs because running a business is hard and if you don't like his food you're a "hater". Well unfortunately that's bad business. No one is "hating" on him, but it's expensive to eat out and you want what is advertised. Also a picture is worth a thousand words. So definitely look at the menu before you go so you know what you want to order so there is a less interaction as there can possibly be with whoever takes your order. Wingman had been coming up on my Yelp! App for a while as hot, new and high rated. I read through the reviews and was sold...however I'm glad I called in my order. Turns out, Wingman has two spots that they go to during the week. 1st one is the one here on the yelp page - inside the liquor store on Orange. Wingman is here on Wednesday/Thursday from 1-7pm. Friday and Saturday from 10am-6pm, they are on the side of Badger Bowl in a mobile set up (330 North 6th St. in Redlands). This is the same shopping plaza as Strongman Pizza. The wings were to die for! The owner makes his own sauces and I tried all of the ones that were available (bangin buffalo, mango fuego, boogie bbq - reg and spicy versions, lemon pepper and honey garlic Parmesan). The key part of the whole menu: CRISPY wings....these wings are perfectly fried with that key crispy skin right before being sauced. The fries were on point and were a slightly battered season fry. The Loaded fries are such a cool idea and came with cheese and ranch drizzled over the top of your choice of sauce and boneless fried chicken pieces. They have one sauce that I didn't get to try due to special ingredients not being available (which makes it even more desirable and mysterious) - Pineapple Teriyaki. I was really excited to try WingMan at their new location. I ordered a 6 piece Buffalo wing with fries. Going in, I expected to taste Buffalo, but their sauce is a bit different from regular Buffalo sauce. It still tasted good, but didn't have the zing to it that Buffalo usually does. I will definitely come back to try some other flavors. The fries are not my personal favorite kind of fries, but they were good and their ranch is delicious. I am so confused by the high reviews. I placed a take out order on their website which was easy to complete. I visited this location, which is currently operating inside The Jerk Grill. Upon checking in I received a text that my order was ready for pick up but I was still asked to wait 5-10 mins longer. Regardless, I would have given 5 stars if the food was good. Fries and onion rings were so soggy and the wings were over cooked or re-heated to the point where they were hard to chew. The buffalo sauce is like a sweet bbq nothing, more sweet than tangy.
