GUYS. This place is AMAZING! My boyfriend and I really wanted wings but didn't want to pay all the money to go to BDubs (nothing against them). We decided to try this place out. Honestly, I was expecting mediocre at best. It's kind of a hole in the wall. But the food, customer service, and atmosphere absolutely blew us away. I usually get take out. Service is fast and friendly. The wings are often on the small side, and overcooked for my taste. I thought the prices were better than most till I had to pay extra to get blue cheese and celery. Many sauces to choose from all flavorful. They do hot chicken breast, boneless wings, chicken tenders, and popcorn chicken, but I have not tried them yet. read more

The wings were great and the tenders were even better!!! I had sweet heat on my wings and my fiancé had honey barbeque and we shared them both because we could not decide which one was better. It was very busy and it was worth the wait!!!! We spoke to the manager Kelly on the way out the door and she told us to try the corn salad next time and even offered a sample but we were stuffed!!! She was very friendly and this is now our new favorite restaurant!!! I have told all my family and friends about it and look forward to going again. read more

Bad food and even worse service. I guess that I just didnt find a flavor of wing that I liked, but I wont be back to find one that I might. The fries were soggy and seasoned with sugar? Never had sweet tasting fries before, not a fan. Though let me talk about the service. I arrived on a Wednesday night at about 7:40, there were two male employees there. One in the back rinsing the floor and the other taking orders and cashiering. From their behavior I began to think that we had walked in right before closing, but the sign on the door said 10pm. The Cashier made it very apparent that me and my friend were putting him out by just being there. He had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and stood there belabored by taking my order. He assumed that my friend and I were ordering on the same ticket and would be paying together, when we informed him that they were separate checks he loudly sighed and shook his head and told us our totals. We sat at a table and waited for the food, the cashier yelled "yo, it's ready" and set a bag of food down on a counter and left. We were never asked if we wanted to eat in our carry out, however it was decided for us because it was obvious that we weren't welcome there to begin with. I used Uber eats to order my food got completely the incorrect order. Called the store some lady answered and she was completely rude stating she doesn't have anything to do with Uber eats. I said ma'am Its not an issue with the deal ubER it's an issue with your establishment you gave the incorrect order to the driver she still was rude. If you want it right don't go here they simply don't care about their customers and it's sad because I've eaten here so many times but never again. read more

Horrible service and cannot speak to how good the food was because did not receive half of my order. Went on Friday night with a group of seven people. We arrived at 8:10. The first, fourth and fifth members of our party got their orders within fifteen minutes. However, the second third and last person did not get theirs for 30 minutes. I was the last person. I ordered a number 4 which is a chicken sandwich, fries and two tenders. I also asked for blue cheese dressing and fresh carrots and celery. MANY a people came in and paid for their orders and got them in that time. I asked the clerk what was taking so long and she told me that the orders got mixed up, that some people called in their orders, and that they were just so busy. I asked to speak to a manager And was told she was too busy helping customers. When she finally came out, I asked for refunds for the three of us who received our food and she got very snotty with me, and could not figure out How to do that. Since we were trying to get back to our hotel, I said fine just give me my food. I got into our vehicle, pulled out my vegetables and they were frozen. Solid. By the time I got to the hotel room, I finally opened the bag and realized I only had the sandwich. I paid for more than that. But by that time it was too late. I would never recommend this place for food. read more

Wow! Wish I had one positive comment to start. But I don't. I went in for dine in wings. I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. I placed my order. After 30 minutes, and hearing several other people who had been there before me go up and ask about their orders, I went up and asked about mine. They did not know the status of my order. I decided to wait a little bit longer. After another 10 minutes, I went and asked for my money back. That's when the manager told me my wings were ready and presented them to me in a Styrofoam container (I was done in). I don't know how long they had been sitting there. As I waited for her to refund my money, which took about 10 minutes because the computer had to be rebooted, I watched the kitchen staff not work. They joked, they played, and they looked at their phones. When one finally did work an order, she didn't wear gloves and used her bare hands. Disgusting! I left with my money back (minus the decent tip I left in the tip jar) as the two families who got there before me waited for their orders. read more
