At the Madison location I went all the way home with the wrong food. I went back to wait another 30 min for 10 wings can you say mad!!!

My first visit to Wing Stop. No one spoke to me when I walked in. After several minutes one employee finally walked up to the the counter and said nothing. I ordered and he gave me 2 drink cups. The Coke dispenser worked but 2 employees told me they do not have ice in the store. How can a restaurant not have ice for drinks??? The fries needed salt but otherwise were great. Man Wingstop Madison did me so dirty yesterday night. I honestly don't think I'll ever Wingstop again. The oil my food was cooked in was literally old and burnt and when I got home I opened my boxes to all black and over cooked food. Not to mention they left half my order out. This is my local wingstop. If you're a fan of wingstop then you pretty much know what you are getting. Good chicken. Great ranch. And most of the time soggy fries. But tasty overall. This location isn't the cleanest. Nor the most organized but as of late they are hurting for more staff people. All in all it's good. Great! From the time you come in and are warmly greeted until you lick your fingers to leave! First, the guy (Didn't catch his name, but he's Black, stocky, and brown-skinned) at the register had THE best customer service I have ever experienced! He greeted us, assisted us on our ordering (I guess he could tell it was our first WS visit), made sure we got what we liked and enjoyed it, and thanked us for coming and hoped to see us again! Can I say amaze-balls! Thanks to him we will make that special trip, almost an hour away! Oh my God, these wings! They're SO good! Was out shopping at next door Old Time Pottery and decided to give Wing Stop a try. I pulled up Yelp reviews and the issues seemed to be the wait and the employee's attitudes. Only three reviews though, not a great indicator of how it would or could be. Went inside, three people ahead of me. Good sign! I hate when places are empty. Anyway, the employee taking orders could definitely use some work in the communication department. He was trying, but I had a hard time understanding what words he was trying to say. Place was clean and my 15 piece wing combo was cooked to order so it took 10-15 minutes tops. I don't mind that kind of wait. The wings though. The wings were incredible. Initially, I was slightly disappointed in their size. They're smaller than the giant wings you see at BWW or Hooter's. But the second I bit into the Louisiana rubbed wing and felt the delicate crispness of the outside meeting with the tenderness of the meat, I was in literal wing heaven. I savored every bite of that one. Then I tried the Garlic Parmesan. It literally had grated Parmesan cheese sprinkled all over the pile. Incredible. My wife and I went back and forth between the flavors until they were gone. We live in Mt Juliet and there is nothing even remotely comparable to these wings anywhere near us. Watched as 2 of the workers smoked weed right in front of the front door. In contrast to the less-than-acceptable Wing Basket, Wingstop is generally on-point if you know how to order. If you want crispy wings, you better ask them to write it on the ticket. Check your bag depending on what you ordered, as they will mess it up... nearly constantly, unless you're very specific... There are certain staff that are golden, reading tickets and getting it right every time. But I've had to start placing phone orders instead of doing everything online due to their inability to read the ticket and follow through appropriately. I'm not ever going to yell about a wrong order with my wings, but I have seen people blow up. And if you can't pay attention long enough to do the order correctly, maybe you shouldn't be working in service. All of that being said, no one has ever been rude to me or done anything off color. Generally good flavors, crispy delicious wings that are done right (like I said, if you know how to order them crispy), and Spicy KoreanQ. Did I mention Spicy KoreanQ? It's probably the best idea Wingstop has ever come up with and they're still reluctant to make it a regular flavor. It fills the gap between sweet and spicy, with not too much of either. This is what I've been waiting for!!! Finally a good wing spot in Madison. I just tried it for the first time and was super impressed! It's clean with awesome aviation themed decor. The wings were big, tasty, and fresh. I tried 4 flavors all of which were great. The seasoned fries were out of this world and you could see the entire process of prep from the table. Nice beer selection as well. The cook came out to the table to check on things and was very friendly.
