I ordered off DoorDash a couple nights ago and the wings were so amazing I was disappointed tho they were out of the chicken fajita quesadilla that I ordered but I came back in tonight to order one and man it was probably the best quesadilla I have had for a long time!!! The flavor was so amazing I def will come back and bring some friends next time. The staff was amazing and very friendly!! Def recommend this place. read more

Food was good but the wings were a bit over seasoned. Crawfish tails with that sauce was amazing!!!!!.. but was a bit small. More meat and less breading! The drummettes could also be a little bigger. Service was different but in a good way. Overall enjoyable! I'd recommend this place for late night to-go but nothing else. However, if you just need to sit somewhere, they do have seating inside as well as outside. read more

While I understand being overwhelmed or tired, I can't understand being met with such a rude disposition when I had done nothing to warrant that response. Needless to say, I didn't want someone who found greeting me to be an impossible task handling my food, so we left. He couldn't have cared less that we were leaving. He grabbed his pitcher and walked away before we did. They could have really good food and drinks, but I'll never know. My hope is that this was a one-off situation, but something tells me it's not. There's a bar on the first and fourth floors. The first floor is pretty open with minimal seating, so I'm assuming it's meant for dancing. They also have a live band set up on that floor. Lastly, thank you to the security guard. He was a tall guy with braids, and despite our brief interaction, he was the only person who made us feel welcome. Outside of that interaction, this place was disappointing.

It wasn't an over-the-top, show-stopping dish, but for around $30--including both sides--at a more upscale restaurant, it's hard to beat the value. One more recommendation: get the volcano rock shrimp. We had it on a previous visit, and we still talk about it! It's easily one of our favorite dishes we've had here. The Finch has been consistently good every time we've visited, and that's what keeps bringing us back! Great food, great drinks, a fun atmosphere, and solid value for the quality. I also saw a cook preparing food without gloves. Then came the food. The chicken was extremely crispy to the point that it actually hurt to eat. For the price, I was expecting much better quality. The meal was around $17, and in my opinion, the chicken tasted more like something you'd expect from a cheap $5 chicken spot than a restaurant charging $17. Overall, between the greasy floors, disgusting restroom, cleanliness of the kitchen, and disappointing food, this was a terrible experience. Definitely not somewhere I would return to or recommend.

Found out they ran out of chicken ‍ The counter person was on her phone the entire time and not checking online order tickets or food as it was coming out from the kitchen. She was being rude on top of it all. Sounds like they were messing up people's orders as I heard another customer put on speaker with the same girl at the front. She didn't check customer receipts for some people ahead so I'm assuming she messed up the orders. Luckily the food is solid and I'm supporting this business since they lost their one of the owners to tragic and unfortunate circumstances. Hopefully they do better if there is a next time.

Like they prepared some ribs that they should have thrown out. I called twice to tell them about it. He said bring them back. I said you don't have anymore. He said "Yes, I just took some off the grill and it was close to closing. Mind you this was on Wednesday, they don't sell Spare Ribs again until Friday, so that confirms that the ribs will not be fresh. I threw them in the trash and lost $25! Today I ordered Smoked Chicken and Spare Ribs, the ribs tasted weird. They also leave the smoked chicken on the steam table too long and it gets dry and hard. I will not dine there anymore, their food has declined substantially.
