It's official! Official wings has now been named THE OFFICIAL wing spot in the city. I called and placed a Togo order that was ready earlier than quoted. They even gave me a courtesy call to inform me my order was ready. Once you enter the parking lot, don't be like me and attempt to go to the first door you see to open it. Walk around the corner where you'll see a food truck and outdoor seating. This area will definitely come in handy during your warmer months. 5pc Honey Gold wings with lemon pepper sprinkles with fried okra with lemon pepper sprinkles. 5/5 You can't come here thinking you're going to order all "drum" or "flats." Nah baby you're getting the WHOLE WING. Top tier. Once you start adding sprinkles and substituting sides you'll see an increase in price. Definitely check out their menu prior, so you're not caught off guard by any additional charges. I'm a fried okra connoisseur. Okra 5/5 hands down. Crisped to perfection and flavorful. You won't be disappointed. 2nd time having Official Wingz, but 1st time at the Nashville location. If you're in the area and looking for some good wings, look no further!

Best Place to get whole wings, literally number one place I suggest all the time. Yes it takes some time but the time that you wait is worth it. The men inside the trailer are so sweet super nice. The food is just so good whatever you get is just so good I literally cannot complain. I have to go to the doctor right up the street every other week and I make it a must to get lunch here. My go to is the hot lemon pepper with extra ranch and Cajun fries. I also get the honey gold. The fries be extra crispy just perfect.

Best wings I've had in the nashville area, hands down!! My husband and I got the lemon pepper, honey gold, and honey hot! The wings are crispy but filled with flavor, the meat falls right off the bone. They're full wings so they're massive! We got the fries and okra as well. They did not disappoint!! Service was amazing. We called and placed an order to go and received a call when our food was ready. They've got outdoor seating and free parking out front!

Food trucks can always be hit or miss with the wait time, food quality and prices. I think that Busan Bop does a fine job with their food and menu but my particular choice of food wasn't so impressive I would order again or even from this food truck again. My coworkers and I were incredibly excited that this truck was going to be at Vanderbilt's staff appreciation event. Most of us intended to order the bibimbop but by the time we got to the front of the line they had sold out of the bacon fried rice and the bibimbop. I ordered the japchae with the beef brisket. The beef brisket was the best thing on that dish. The rest was a little underwhelming. The vegetables in the dish (mushrooms, green onions, carrots and red peppers) were sparse and the noodles didn't retain any of the flavor of the sauce they had sauteed it in. The kimchi on top of the dish added some more flavor and spice which I enjoyed. They did give hot sauce out to us when we asked for it as well. I think if I had gotten to try the bibimbop I would've enjoyed it more. The japchae was not very filling nor satisfying but the taste and flavor was pretty good.

Both dishes can be served with spicy chicken, Korean bbq beef brisket, and sauteed mushrooms. The truck owner noted that she sometimes adds other dishes to the menu as well, such as kimchi fried rice with smoked bacon. For drinks, the Bop offers sodas, Korean specialty drinks, and peach tea. I was lucky to find the Bop near my workplace to test out the food. I ordered the japchae with spicy chicken, which was short-cut sweet potato glass noodles cooked perfectly in a tasty sauce with a variety of vegetables. The sauce is more cooked into the noodles than it is poured on top. It had less sesame oil than what I was used to in japchae, but it was still quite delicious. The spicy chicken was not very spicy at all (I asked for it that way). I imagine if I had asked for it to be spicier, she would have been able to make it so. The peach tea, which was a black tea that seemed to be sweetened and flavored with peach juice, was the perfect companion to the meal. A coworker ordered the bibimbap, and it looked delicious as well! If you have the good fortune to stumble upon the Bop, definitely give it a try!
