Just ordered 2 breaded chicken sandwiches. I was quoted delivery of 45min-1 hour which seemed long since I'm 10 minutes away, but whatever. Showed up about 45 minutes later. This is probably my new favorite Wing joint. I also enjoy how they deliver. Several wing sauce choices and basket sizes. We live about 15 mins away and our order arrived promptly and still warm. They also offer plenty of other choices if wings aren't your thing or someone doesn't want them. I can't wait to try out other options and order again. Definitely recommend. read more

Love this place. We order from them on a regular basis. Love the regular BBQ flavor. Smoky, hot, but not flamin' and has a little afterburn. Great service, reasonable delivery time, (usually 30-45 mins) and they even keep up with what your last order was so you can just say, " Give me the same thing as last time" and they will read it back and duplicate your favorite meal! Potato wedges, celery w/ ranch or blue cheese make a nice compliment for the meal. Great prices too read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Ordered 2 burger's, salad and apple bites for delivery, $40. Burger's were dry and tastless, microwaved. Hockey pucks would have been preferable. Salad was pathetic, brown and wilted. Apple bites were apple shaped wedge's of dough cooked in grease that was long overdue to be changed. Oh, and if there was any apple in them I'm mother Theresa. Fries were limp but the best part of the meal. From other reviews customer service is non existent. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I've had better MRE's. read more

Order wing zone on a couple of occasions. Just realized when I pay with debit, the drivers put a extra dollar on the bill for the tip. After the tip I gave them. The receipts was 22 dollars, my credit card bill 23 dollars. They did this several times. I paid with cash the next time, and they forgot items. Do not get food here. read more

Placed a large order for work. I checked the order before the delivery person left because we'd had problems with accuracy before. My portion of the order was completely wrong and, since they were late delivering, I couldn't wait around for a replacement. I sent the food back (it was not a tricky order, BTW. It was standard wings with no modifications). I had already paid so I called the store to ask for a refund. After surviving the gauntlet of employees who protect the owner, I spoke to a rude, tactless, difficult man who claimed to be the owner. He kept telling me he was NOT refunding me money. I was stunned! After arguing for a few minutes, I said, "How can you NOT refund the money for something I sent back???" He said, "Oh, you sent it back?". I confirmed that I did and that I had already told him that!! Finally, he did make the refund but it was way too much trouble. We don't order from here anymore. So glad I don't live on this side of town and have to order from this store!! But I was at a friends house hanging out letting our kids play and she decided to ordered some food and we decided on WZ. We ordered wings for us and chicken tenders for the boys.. She said she only lived like 4-5 miles from the place so it shouldn't take that long..... So a hour and 45 min later we were still waiting... She called the store and they said they were sorry but the order got deleted somehow and they didn't know what we ordered.. So instead of calling us back they waited for us to call and complain to re take our order that we had already paid for.. So we order it again and they promised it would get there quickly.. 1 hour and 15 min later they show up. We sign the ticket and give the dude a tip and take the food. We get the boys and sit down at the table half starved by now and get ready to eat!! So we thought... The food was absolutely FREEZING to the touch. We had to put the food in the stove for another 30 min to heat it up. By then we had just fed the kids something else and just "snacked" on the food they brought... So a couple days later she calls me and was pissed! They actually charged her twice. I don't see how because we only signed one ticket on the delivery but she sent me a screen shot of her bank page and I be damn there was two charges.. She called corporate office and told them what happened and they just pretty much said sorry.. that's it... She had to threaten to press charges for fraud before they decided to take care of it and refund one of the purchases. Not both just one... So like I said thank god I don't have to use this store!!!! read more

I ordered this food one night for me and my friend. I only got the 7 boneless wings. He got the 10 wings and fries. I took advantage of him not liking ranch dressing and ate his too. About 6-7 hours after I had eaten the food I woke up out of dead sleep with the worst food poisoning of my life. It lasted from around 3/4 am to about 7/8 am. I was completely sick and even had to call into work the following day. I couldn't even keep down so much as a little sip of water. My whole body ached from heaving for so long. When I mustered up the energy to finally call wing zone, they were rude, wouldn't let me speak with a manager, and said there was no possible way it was their food due to food poisoning being a 48 hour later reaction. Not 6. They refuse to do anything about it and said I had to call the health department to file a complaint. Thank god I did because the health department laughed when I told them about the 48 hour statement. They're going to go Check the restaurant later. DON'T GO TO WINGZONE!!! read more

This is the second time we have ordered from this location and the same issue has occurred again. We always indicate for the wings to be extra well done, call them and make note again the wings need to be extra well done, then also put on the driver instructions and special instructions that we need wings that are extra well done. They seem to just ignore the request and provide the wings without cooking them any longer no matter your request. The first time this happen I kind of shrugged it off. This is the second time we have ordered and the same thing has occurred . It's extremely annoying and disheartening that even if we call ahead and request it still doesn't matter. Knowing this place will basically just ignore your request for the sake of saving time when all it takes is frying for 7 more minutes. We will go ahead and make note to never order from here again and just have to give up on delivery wings that cannot take that extra step upon request. This place has always been terrible. I didn't realize you could make a business of reheating frozen foods, covering them in generic sauces, and passing them off as something desirable. You would do better to buy frozen bagged chicken, frozen potato wedges, and using the cheapest sauce available. It would beat this "food" hands down. And three dollar delivery charge? Talk about adding insult to injury. read more
