I think the challenge you will have when eating here is super long waits for basic orders of wings. We waited nearly an hour for our order to come out which is not good. My guess is that they just don't have the staff to support a half full restaurant which high levels of door dash orders. If they can clean that up, their stars will move upward. I've came to this place a couple of times, my first time I sat at a table alone and after 10 minutes of not even seeing a waiter, I moved to the bar and waited another 10 minutes to even see the bar tender. Once I saw the bar tender she continued to clean and mop the floor instead of even saying hi to me. Once I said "can I put in my order" she seemed very annoyed. I got my drank and waited a while for my wings, when they came out the wings were cold and the size of a quarter. The next time I came here with a party of 6 the whole order took a while but the food was better. The third and most recent time I came here me and my two buddies sat down and ordered our dranks and thankfully put in our order right away. Me and the first friend got our food after 15 minutes of waiting and it was good, but it took over 35 minutes for my other friend to get his food after we received our food. The waiter ignored us until his food came out and didn't seem too sorry, they ran out of sweet tea and rootbeer which was surprising. I understand if you like wings and sports, but I would only recommend to come here to get drinks, that is if you want to wait for a bar tender to notice your existance. Came here for lunch one day and decided to eat in. The sign sat sit anywhere in the restaurant so I went and sat at booth. The tables were very dirty seats were dirty. If you eat in you have to order using a QR code that's on the table. The employees came over and said I can't sit where I was sitting even though the sign said I could sit wherever. I went to another table decided to order food not many people in the restaurant but the wait time said almost an hour and 30 minutes when. Employees came over again and said I couldn't sit where I move to. I just decided to leave because the service is very bad and the place is just nasty like I felt like I was in a dump. I should have called in my order, or tried to order in line. There were only a few people in the dining room but there were a lot of staff going in and out of the kitchen. This one is a hard one to rate. You've got the food, and you've got everything else. Let me start with the food. The wings are really good. I recommend the spicy garlic sauce for a middle of the road heat level with a lot of flavor. And get the potato wedges. They are far superior to the fries or buffalo chips. I had a buffalo wrap that I would also recommend. Now let me get to the everything else. I was there in January. It was cold outside. It was cold and drafty inside. Uncomfortably so. Speaking of cold, do you remember the food I mentioned above? It all came out cold, as if it had been sitting around for a long time. So, while the food is good, it would have been better served hot. Or even warm. My server...bless her heart. I hope she has a great future career in something other than the service industry. She was terrible. And that's when I saw her. She was nonexistent. Undoubtedly the worst experience I have ever had at a BWW, and I've been to several different ones. By using their BOGO offer on Tuesday's, this store takes away their normal choice to get a different sauce for every 5 wings (i.e. 10 wings = 2 sauce choices, 15 wings = 3 sauce choices) and implements a individual store's self imposed limit to 1 sauce choice for every 10 wings (20 wings = 2 sauce choices, etc). One manager tried to explain this as "volume control" which translates to limiting customer options in order to minimize kitchen staff load. I understand offering more sauce choices on single orders creates a bit more workload in the kitchen. However, the serving staff, and at least one level of mgmt, flatly refused my request for an order of 20 wings with a mix of 15 to be one sauce, and 5 to be a different sauce. They would only accept my order with a 10 / 10 mix - period - and despite the fact that it was still only 2 sauces for an order of 20 wings and would have required ZERO additional effort or load on the kitchen staff. The 1st level manager was somewhat reluctant to honor my request to speak to the GM because they would "tell me exactly the same thing" of not allowing the 15/5 split - which was found to be entirely inaccurate. In fact, the Asst GM and GM both agreed that they COULD and SHOULD have accepted my request for the order of 15/5, given that it remained in the 2 sauce limit. The server delayed turning in all of our order (beyond the appetizer and drinks) for unknown reasons which resulted in no salad or wings being brought to our table. The adjoining table ordered immediately ahead of us with the same server, were served, and finished with their meals, while we had not even received our salads. After 40 minutes from the original order placement, I asked the server if our order would be much longer, she condescendingly replied "I'm not in the kitchen" and quickly turned away from us and left. We promptly left and discussed the entire visit with the GM on our way out - including an issue with the bill which still had most/all of the food that was never brought on the total amount due on the check. I would recommend that you try the Hamburg / Old Todds Road store as they seem to be much more customer focused, considerably less costly, and have NEVER declined our request for a 10/5/5 order ever. They deserve a 5 star rating when compared to this store's activities. While I like BWW's products, discretionary and inconsistent policies arbitrarily enforced by individual stores destroy a primary expectation of franchises - consistency. Furthermore, I will personally never allow condescending comments by employees to go unchallenged or unreported regardless of the circumstances. EDIT: After speaking to the District Manager today, I feel that he, the GM, the and the AGM now understand that an avoidable customer service blunder was committed and could have easily been resolved with absolutely no additional effort required by anyone. This is a clear example of why it is better to discuss such matters with the next level management to reaffirm your position before flatly refusing such requests, or to discuss if an alternate and/or reasonable resolution can be achieved. This particular BWW failed severely in this respect, as well as other easily avoidable errors. read more

This place used to be incredible. It was a favorite spot for my wife and me. Our recent experiences have left a bad taste in our mouth. The service is almost non-existent. We stood at the host/hostess station for 5ish minutes. Servers kept walking by and no one greeted us or said a word. That's not a big deal, seems to be the new normal. We asked a server walking by if we could sit in the bar area, she said "any seat that's open, you can take." My wife and I found a table. Minutes afterward, a different guy came up to us and said we couldn't sit there and had to go back to the hostess stand. After explaining our situation, he was rather apathetic, still held his ground and said we couldn't sit there. Again, no biggie, the guy was only doing what he was trained to do. Next we talk to the manager, the manger seemed to listen but ultimately did nothing for us other than thank us for voicing our feedback. 65 bucks(before tip) for wings, fries, pretzel bites, a wrap and 2 beers is a bit much. What an awesome restaurant!!! They hosted the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Kentucky. The event was called Tip-A-Cop and it was a blast! The University of Kentucky Police Department helped seat patrons, take orders, deliver orders, grab refills, and even clean up after patrons! They even had a "Blazin Wings Challenge" where the UKPD Chief of Police beat three of his officers in the challenge. Make sure you are there for the next Law Enforcement Torch Run event so you don't miss out on this awesome time. The staff at this location is stellar and the food is great. Buffalo Wild Wings is a sports bar/chicken wing staple. Hard to go wrong here if you are ordering the traditional wing selection. I go boneless, the significant other is a traditional wing kinda guy. I like the mid range heat sauces and he gets the hottest of the hot. The sauce selection is wind ranging, and includes dry and wet options. If you are dieting, I have also had the naked wings and been pretty satisfied. The lunch service is really quick and you can get in and out easily in an hour. A good place to have a fun time with friends and family, just ok wings. Service was good. I expected more from the wings. We enjoyed the $5 cheeseburgers. The cheeseburgers were really good and on the better bun with extras tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles. I ordered the potatoe wedges as my side item and they were very tasty. The place was really crowded and very busy and it was prime time Friday night! Our waitress was really good and stayed busy as I noticed her always refilling drinks and beers at the surrounding tables. Last night my daughter placed an order and sadly it went through door dash. It took almost an hour and a half to get to her. The food was cold and dry. I'm sure when it left the store it was not the case. My daughter called Door Dash who passed the blame onto B-Dubs. She called and spoke to Ben (a manager) who listened and acknowledge that they were to blame for some of the delay but not all. But instead of passing the buck, he compensated my daughter with a full refund. She said he was super nice and apologized more than once. I called today and spoke to Ben. I wanted him to know how much I appreciate the way he dealt with my daughter and her situation. Many times people will only call a business when they are upset but I like to let companies know when they have done a great job. Not just going above and beyond but just doing their job. This has been a trying time for all of us. Trying to serve the community during a worldwide pandemic and dealing with everything else. Very disappointed in my latest order. Ordered online (BWWs Website) Came DoorDash which is fine. But part of my order was missing and my onion rings were in the same box with the wings so they were completely covered in hot Buffalo sauce and cold. No ketchup no salsa for my chips and salsa, called and was asked if I wanted to drive there and get my missing food. Declined since I had the food delivered, was told I had to take it up with doordash since they delivered even tho I didn't choose to order thru doordash I ordered thru Buffalo wild wings website. This is by far the worst dining establishment I have ever set foot in, if you can even call it that. I wish I could leave a zero star review. I have heard (mostly) pleasant things about Buffalo Wild Wings, so I was excited to try it with family. It was truly a traumatic experience. After we were seated, we waited about 30 minutes for drinks alone. After our thirst was FINALLY quenched by watered down soft drinks, we still were not able to place our order due to our lying, scheming waitress. We finally placed our order. The food arrived after TWO hours of us being there. Multiple groups arrived and left in our time being there. Our food came out all separately/ delayed and we were missing an ENTIRE order of food. Our waitress told us multiple times she would "go and check on the food". She never checked. We informed our waitress that we were missing a few things and she said she would let the manager know immediately, yet another lie. Our food was finally brought out. It was JUST okay. I highly recommend BWW if you are in the mood for horrible service, and the most mediocre meal you will eat in your life. The star rating comparison between this location and the Hamburg location, is definitely off. This location is the worst one that I've ever been to. It had been years since I've been here, it's actually since the our one opened. This location is closer to my house, but I'd drive a few extra miles to avoid this location again. I was here on Valentine's Day (very romantic, I know). When we first walked in and asked for a booth, it was nice that the manager offered to clean one off, but shouldn't that have already been done?! Then he cleared the table and left. So the hostess sprayed it off for us. We should've run away, at this point. My husband started out by ordering West Sixth IPA. This location only had it in the can and not on draft. My husband mentioned that the hamburg location has it on draft and the waitress straight up said "well, go there". Wow, I'll skip a few more beer and dirty glass complaints to spare you. Again, we should've run out by this point. We ordered a medium order of split sauce boneless wings to start off. They weren't as good as the other location, even though it's quite hard to mess up boneless chicken. We also ordered chicken nachos with the jalapeños on the side. They came out with chili on them as well as the grilled chicken and the jalapeños were on them. Usually I wouldn't complain or send something back, but I don't eat beef. So I didn't eat a single chip and sent it back. The second batch was way smaller, no jalapeños on the side and with hardly any cheese at all, literally the worst batch of nachos I've ever had anywhere. The cook must've been mad that I sent the first ones back. The waitress ended up charging us for 2 nachos and an extra beer. I think she hated us and she's in the wrong line of business. For the sake of my daughter's go to order in my hand getting cold, I went to the front to get the ticket straightened out. The manager finally got it straightened out and I couldn't have gotten out soon enough. This place needs some help from corporate or something. I love this place. Big fan of the chain period but this store is always so very clean. I like clean. Servers nice and prompt. Bar layout is good for flow of game watching while eating. Booths and tables still offer great views of the TVs. Now for the food. A bit back they changed the sauce provider and it was SPICER than ever before. I ordered an hour ahead and still waited over 20 minutes for my carry out order. After finally receiving the food, they forgot my drink.

We arrived at 9:30 PM on a Saturday night. First impression was how dirty this venue was. TRASH all over the floors. So I look past that in hopes that the food will be good along with great service. HaHa. So it wasn't that busy and servers were floating around frequently. It took about 5 minutes for our waitress who to I will refer to as "Lazy" came and took our drink order and appetizer. Drinks came out in about 10 minutes and lazy forgot about our appetizer order. Food was okay. The fries were cold. We did place one last drink order. The bar was fixing drinks in a timely fashion and lazy was just having a great socializing with her peers. So after another 10 minutes of waiting, I proceeded to the bar. Our drinks were waiting pick up by the waitress, so I went ahead and asked the waitress if I could get them for table 94. Then I overheard some chatter on "who's" table is that.
