I am a wing fanatic. Everywhere I go, I get the wings. This place is very good. First thing, they have a great selection of flavors. The woman behind the counter was friendly and was suggesting specials to me based on what I was going to order. The wait was a bit long, 25 min, based on the fact that there was three people in the lobby. But she said they make the wings to order and I was not in a hurry, so it was ok with me. The wings came and they were very saucy, which is good for me. I ordered the garlic hot and golden hot flavors. Both were good but the garlic hot was the better of the two. I probably wouldn't order the Golden hot again. The blue cheese dressing had chunks of cheese and was excellent. In the middle of my meal, someone came out from the back and asked if I was enjoying my meal, which was really nice. The wings themselves were on the small side so I felt they were a bit overpriced. All in all, a very good place to stop and get wings and a beer. I will be coming back in my short time in Cheyenne. read more

This place has fantastic wings. Honestly, some of the best boneless wings I've ever had. It's the rest of the story that's taking away stars. First and foremost, I whole-heartedly believe this place has the worst soda fountain ever produced. Everything tastes terrible, it foams everywhere, and is prone to spraying syrup sideways. New to town and the fam was looking for some wings, so why not try Wing Shack, right? We ordered, scheduled pickup and paid online. (super easy). We order 20 regular and 15 BBQ. By the time we drove over, our order had just come out. So we had piping hot wings. the Regular Buffalo, were what you would expect, crispy, saucy and tasted good. I didn't try the BBQ, but my daughter and her friends ate all of them. Overall, good wings, we'll be back. I love Wingshack but the employees at this location have ruined it for me and I won't ever return. I went to Wingshack a few minutes to 7pm and walked in to the restaurant practically being shut down when their hours listed on the door say they close at 10pm. All the employees on shift were sitting around glaring and making extremely rude comments I can't even post here because they're so inappropriate just because we came to have dinner. All of the tables in the restaurant were blocked and the ones that weren't blocked off were taken by employees leaving customers nowhere to sit. The two people I was with and myself placed an order and proceeded to sit in the blocked area since the employees were still sitting at all the available tables even after continually making negative remarks and seeing that we needed to sit someplace as we were dining in. After sitting there for close to 25 minutes after placing the order, we asked an employee who was standing nearby what the status of our meal was and we were met with an instant attitude. The girl informed us that it was 25 minutes cooking time and "that's just the way it is" in spite of the restaurant being COMPLETELY EMPTY and us making a simple inquiry as to a service we paid for. After this girl's attitude, we decided to remove ourselves from this hostile environment and ask for our money back. When the manger on duty (who also was sitting at the tables leaving none for customers) queried as to why I wanted my money back I explained what was going on even though she was part of the problem and she began to argue with me and attempting to justify her terrible customer service and inexcusable employee attitudes. Not a single employee in the restaurant was nice friendly or helpful which just goes to show that the manager is leading the night shift in a terrible direction if they think they can treat customers this way. Stopped on our way through town. We got their 25 wings with fries and drinks. It was a great deal and really hit the spot. The wings are smaller than the big ones at BWW, but they had a lot of flavor, super crispy, and a good variety of sauces to pick from. We got two spices and a dry, all three were a hit. The fries weren't my thing, I felt like they looked more like foodservice, but I was there for wings. My kids ate all of them, though, and they were seasoned. Happy to stop in the next time we're in town. It had a good crowd when we stopped in, but they consistently kept the line moving. I had some wings last night after getting out of work and woke up feeling so sick. I only had the bone in wings and my stomach couldn't feel any worse. I don't know if the wings were bad or not cooked correctly but I know for a fact that was what got me sick because it was the only thing I had eaten that day. I got the BBQ wings and it just basically tasted like Sweet Baby Rays sauce. Actually to be honest I went ahead and bought some and it tasted exactly the same. Nothing really fancy about this place. Let's be honest here - they sell wings. But that being said the food is great! Wings are always fresh and hot. Their flavors are on point - hotter and bear hot are where it's at. The green chili cheese fries are a great side as well. The facility is always tidy and the staff are cheerful, helpful, and talkative. We come here regularly and will continue to do so. Glad to have someplace that actually does a good job on their wings (unlike another place just across the street). read more

As for wing eatery's go I like this one. You could go to the same super-chain wing eatery that you would in any other city, but this place makes you feel good about semi-local dining. Restaurant is clean. Service was really good, as the entire staff was super friendly. Got 5 Cajun and 5 Jamaican Jerk with some waffle fries. All the wings qere cooked well. I miss my favorite wing place in San Diego and after 5 years I have still not found a replacement. I'm always excited to try a new place, but was sorely disappointed with Wing Shack. This is the low of the low. If I could leave no stars, I would. The chicken looks and tastes like frozen chicken. The sauce is nothing special, something you could get out of a bottle. Our family of five ordered wings, boneless, waffle fries and crinkle cut fries. The fries were soggy and inedible. The waffle ones were chewy. We spent $60 with no drinks. Like the last review: REAL WINGS IN CHEYENNE! Sorry, three letter acronym wing place, not even close. We had a Jamaican Jerk dry rub and Thai boneless and they were both excellent! Great cuts of chicken, well drenched dry and wet, and cooked perfectly. We also had the green chili cheese fries. They put them in separate containers on our to go order so they didn't get soggy. Those fries.... were unbelievably good. Minimal style. To the point atmosphere. Great food and fast considering the volume of people too. They told me 30 minutes due to the first day being open and big line but it wasn't but 7 minutes. Adding it to our rotation for sure! Stop reading, and go get some wings! read more

Talk about a screw up all around. We used Door Dash to deliver your food. Problem was people couldn't count a 15 piece order. And all were flats. The other part of the order was a butter like sauce that leaked everywhere (better containers maybe). Called in the complaint was instructed to call the next one in with a $20 credit. Decided to try that. So i placed an order and was met with resistance. Guess what? Apparently it's Door Dash's problem you can't count or have faulty containers or they know how to count. After I was billed I was then informed I needed to pick it up the order. If I had known that I wouldn't have ordered. But was met with a GM? that apparently couldn't figure out my complaint and acted confused. A good GM would have taken the issue and personally maybe as an idea drove the order to my house and diffused the situation. But continued to act ignorant. Cancelled my order. And my business. Excellent wings- way better than the popular chain behind the mall. Yes, the wings are smaller but they are well cooked and have a ton more flavor. Be sure to save room for the donut holes! So good. read more

Dave deserves a raise! This place is absolutely amazing! The food is delicious and very spicy! The cheesecake balls were soooo good too! Especially for somebody who doesn't like cheesecake, it was bomb. This place deserves all the credit they can get. Not only was Dave a 5 star employee so were the employees that usually stay behind the scenes. We came in very late before they closed and they still treated us like royalty. Most places I go to now a days the employees just do not care. These guys were all different and it's great to finally see some happy employees actually enjoying doing their job. Me and my boyfriend were just there a couple of days ago, first time ever trying Wingshack. We kept hearing about a new fast food place about a month ago, all my co workers were so excited about the place, it seemed to me that their interests on wingshack died off. I didn't think much of it i just thought that they found another place they are crazy about now. We decided to check it out and see what the whole fuss was about. I got a salad with boneless and my bf got wings. It took about half an hour for us to get a salad with boneless and 15 bone in wings. I couldn't believe that this was the place that all my co- workers were so excited about. After half an hour of waiting we got our food the salad was just so sloppy and the lettuce seemed to me it was going bad, i didn't even eat it i put it to the side, what was so surprising to me that a worker from there saw that the salad wasn't touched all he did was take it out of the way. He didn't even ask if the salad was okay, cmon the salad was untouched, it didn't even occur to him that maybe something was wrong with the salad because it was untouched! I Lost my appetite once i saw the salad my bf ate his wings, he said he got a whole lot of butter and not enough taste to it, we left very disappointed. My boyfriend then told me he kept burping nasty chicken and his stomach was starting to get cramps, he didn't feel so hot after. Not a great experience what so ever, i know now why my co workers didn't go anymore. They even said that the first month of opening good food, shortly things started to change drastically the food actually makes you sick now. Being from the Buffalo, NY area the Wing Shack is the closest thing we have out in our area for real chicken wings small and crispy. Wing Shack cooks your order fresh each time about 14-17 minutes each order. If you don't like the sauce flavors that are offered then order plain and make your own. Franks Hot sauce and butter is the original Buffalo wing flavor. No secret. BBW is trash. Not even close to real WNY wings. read more
