Went there and stood at the counter for over 15 minutes with another guy in front of us. Some worker came to the counter and the guy tried talking to her and she basically blew him off. The worker turned to her peer to ask for help, but still no one asked if any customer wanted help. The manager comes up to the register to do what ever needed done then walked away, all the while we all were being ignored. So we walked out!! So tired of going to this location and have to deal with incompetencies. My family had a gathering and we needed more food. I walked into the restaurant believing I wouldn't be able to get a large order done, but the manager and staff were very accommodating and were able to help me with a significant amount of food without having called ahead. They very easily could have said it wasn't possible and turned me away, which I had expected. I greatly appreciate their willingness to help out and get this done for me. Maybe it is the 45 minute wait in the drive thru line; or maybe it is the rude staff; could be the annoying upselling attempts for us to purchase a dry cake or hard cookies; ah I think it is how low rent they are by charging for hot sauce or even a regular sauce. Our KFC has a buffet which consists of a small salad bar , with chicken ( original,grilled and extra crispy), mashed potatoes,gravy, biscuits,green beans, cherry cobbler type desert and includes your drink,if you love chicken this is a steal for dinner. You can eat as much chicken as your heart desires. The dining are was kept clean and the buffet was kept well stocked with all your KFC favorites and if they don"t have a side that you like out you can request it for no additional charge. I come up from Johnstown Colorado and I enjoy all of the food and drink; about 65.5 miles. Employees are friendly. My brother and I were over at a Buffet in Colorado and he wanted to take home some food and he asked the server and she said it was Okay. Ever since this KFC turned into a buffet and moved, there quality has went way down hill. I have went in there several times for a buffet at various times during the day, and the food was stale. There was a film on the potatoes, chicken was totally dried out, biscuits were hard. There are normally about 5 people working at all times, but yet the buffet is never really stocked. Not to mention, you pay $9.99 for that dried out food. I've also ordered a couple other things off the menu, and with the same result. The only time my food has been halfway decent here is when you go through the drive through. Maybe they save the good food for the drive through customers, I don't know. My wife and I eat here every other 2 weeks because where we live they shut down the only KFC for 89 miles so for the past few months starting in Dec 2018 at first food was piping hot and everything looked great and full bins ready to go. Tonight was our last night we ordered the dinner buffet and paid went over to fill our trays and almost everything was out and that over the last two times notice food wasn't hot just warm. we waited for about 10-11 mins for all the bins to be filled and finished fixing our plates we sat down and began to eat half way through the chicken and found that it was raw , we stopped eating and dumped our trays ,we wanted to say something in person but was disgusted and wanted out of there to drive back home only to get ill once we got home with diarrhea thanks a lot KFC ! When you run a business with the word "chicken" in the name, your chicken had better be the best in the business. The KFC in Cheyenne has the worst chicken in town. I have given this restaurant many chances to redeem their reputation with me and they consistently fail. I order skinless boneless chicken breasts because that is what myself and my children prefer. On two different occasions this restaurant gave us chicken breasts so hard they were inedible. Literally crunchy all the way through. My daughter loves their mac and cheese so the last time we went that was all that we ordered. When the server asked us if we wanted anything else like chicken and laughed. Worst experience at a KFC ever! My wife and I went to their buffet here in Cheyenne. The chicken was greasy, VERY greasy. I have never seen anything like that before at any KFC restaurant. The lettuce in the salad bar was SLIMY! I told the lady taking care of the buffet about it but they never did change it. Absolutely disgusting! The food is good. When going through the drive through the service is incredibly rude. They are so focused on upsell, you can't finish a sentence. You are interrupted constantly. Today, my friend and I who are both grandmothers, take our grandchildren there for lunch a couple of times a month. My friend has health problems and cannot eat the food they offer and I am on a diet so we just purchase the buffet for the children. We each take 1 piece of chicken as they are only toddlers and the sides. My grandson asked for the potato wedges and I noticed they were not on the buffet so I asked an employee if I could get some and she gladly gave me some and they appeared to have been freshly made. I took them to the table and told my grandson that I wanted to check them to see if they were too hot for him to eat. I ate 1 French fry. A couple of minutes later, an employee came to our table and said: I am going charge both of you for an adult lunch because I have been watching you eat off the children's plate. I said all I ate is 1 French fry. I should have asked her what else did she see us eat but we were both shocked at her nasty statement. I gave her my debit card, neither one of us ate one bit of anything. Before I left I went to the counter and asked to speak to the manager, the fellow behind the counter said he was one of the managers. I told him what happened and told him I had never been called a thief or ever accused of stealing anything. I asked him if this is his idea of customer service. He never apologized, he said he would talk to his staff. I don't have to steal a lousy piece of chicken to save a few dollars. My extended family and friends won't be visiting this KFC again.
