The green beans taste so bad I was taken aback. The Mac and cheese was even worse. It was watery and had chunks on cheese in it. The wings weren't up to par either. The boudain was mushy, I couldn't even finish it. The employee did notice and understand that the food wasn't prepared properly so he let me swap those sides out for fries instead. I ordered NOLA Special to-go through a 3rd party. The catfish was great crispy and moist. However I had to give 3 stars because of the wings. The wings I was delivered tasted good however there was a lot of hair on all the wings so I spent a lot time plucking the hairs from the wings than actually eating them. And with the wings being sauced it was quite difficult to get all of them. I had one wing that had a really long thick hair which should've been noticeable, before they sauced the wings. DAIQUIRIS- okay CLEANLINESS- 4.5/10, I was told that my food was put in a to go container because they haven't washed the dishes. The tables and the floor were dirty. The restroom wasn't bad actually. Also there was a huge bucket of ranch sitting on the counter uncovered for quite some time before some came and started putting it in the little containers. Was enticed to go by an Instagram influencer with a great video review. However, my experience was far from that. The cook made my food items one at a time which resulted in luke warm food by the time I received everything. I had WQ cater an event two days after Christmas, which many will understand is a difficult task. They were very professional and worked with me to get exactly what I needed. They would have provided chafing dishes but I had those so we saved money by using mine. No problem at all! They arrived in a timely manner. The chicken salad sandwiches and wings were delicious.
