The service was quick and my food was ready to go when I arrived. The owner (I guess) was very polite and kind upon arrival. They up charge for all flats and extra sauce. I really want to like this place but I ordered a 6 piece classic buffalo wing a few months ago in hopes to make a large catering order shortly after and there were feathers still on my chicken. Today I decided to try again and order a 3pc boneless tender combo and I was sadly disappointed again. I ordered the sauce on the side so as not to have soggy tenders, but the tenders were coated in batter so thick, it barely stuck to the overly chunky cuts of meat. The tenders had absolutely no flavor and its consistency was rubbery like boiled chicken. I tried the buffalo bbq sauce which wasn't great either. I ended up using my bbq sauce from the grocery store. The fries were good, but I can't see myself ordering from here again. I would also recommend putting descriptions/ingredients of the sauce flavors on the online menu. I was intrigued by the names - dirty rub, margarita, mad mojo - but I ended up selecting a more traditional flavor since I didn't know what was in the others. read more

Great new place! We were in the area and decided to look on Yelp for a wing place. Low and behold we found Wing It On! Since it seemed to be a new place we decided to be adventurous and give it a try. First impression was great. The place was clean, had a couple tv's with sports on and smelled delicious. We took a few minutes to go through the menu because there was such a selection of sauces and dry rubs. We decided to go with the Asian garlic sauce, the Garlic parm dry rub and the sweet and spicy dry rub. They were all great. My wife preferred the Asian garlic sauce while I was a huge fan of the sweet and spicy dry rub. I would also like to say that the staff was wonderful. It was a great experience. Wings are up there with some of my favorite foods, so it's crazy that it took so long for Jersey to get a legit wing spot! I had an order of 6 medium buffalo wings and the WIO Classic sandwich since these are good benchmarks to judge a wing joint. The buffalo wings were perfectly crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside like god intended and the buffalo sauce was buttery and creamy. So many places get the texture wrong, but these guys manage to do it right. If you like fried chicken sandwiches, you'll want to try theirs. The meat is super juicy and you get a satisfying crunch as you bite into one. Looking forward to trying their other sandwiches for sure. I also ordered the Nashville hot tender meal and the tenders tasted "ok" half of the time. It seemed as if they were partially seasoned because some bites were flavorful and some were tasteless, idk what's up with that. The garlic parm fries tasted like regular fries. My overall opinion is that the food here doesn't have much flavor unfortunately.
