I've never had collard greens before and not sure how I felt about those. My husband says they go great with bacon so wondering if next time adding those would help? And the burger was the consistency of uncooked hamburger but a gray/brown color. So I'm assuming it was either pre-cooked and very old or not hamburger at all...... just slimy and disgusting.
