So here it is: Just wanted to point out the prices at this place. $24.25 for 20 wings + $1 for carrots/celery + $4.50 for regular fries = $29.75... and that's before a drink, before taxes, and before a tip. Love this location. Always super friendly, with great food. Our kids love it, and we always have a great meal anytime we go.

I wish I would have really paid attention to the reviews for this place. The food wasn't very good, wings were over sauced and the chicken was dry. The fries were better than the wings. The person that bought our food to the table didn't know which wings were on the tray and we had to figure out whose food was who. We also noticed that the host went to other tables and asked about the food and service and did not come to our table to ask us. If you are a lover of wings don't come here you will be disappointed. I love wing shack, one of my favorite places to go or order from, or should I say, used to be. The last 3 times we've ordered from the Windsor location, something has gone wrong. The money that we spend there may not be a lot to them but its a lot to us and to have our order wrong or given away to another customer or have delivery jacked up is getting REALLY old. Then to make up for it they are like, here's a coupon for our mistake, please wait here for another 30 minutes while we make your order again. Gee thanks. Hire more people or don't take on more orders than you can handle. This is ridiculous! I have left bad reviews on your Facebook page as well. This is our first time at the Windsor location. Previous to this, we went to the Fort Collins and we were disappointed with everything there. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Brandon. He took the time to explain (over and over because we are old ) and took the time to find out if items were gluten free or not. His demeanor and professionalism MADE our experience wonderful. He is a wonderful employee and made us feel taken care of and valued. Hard to find that kind of customer service these days. Brandon, thank you for making our first experience wonderful. Was there Sunday. Everything good. A lady come in apparently knew or was related to an employee. Didn't have to pay. Hugging employee. If I didn't have to pay I would hug him too.. Don't do in front of paying customers. The person( son, husband) came out multiple times to check on her) The paying customers should be treated as such. Everyone should be treated equally. My family and I decided to check out the new Wing Shack restaurant for dinner. The dining area is really nice. They even have some arcades inside. The staff are all friendly and professional. They kept coming over to our table to check up on us and make sure everything is okay. The wings and fries we ordered was very delicious and hot. Big thumbs up to the restaurant manager for training their employees well. We will definitely come back. But beware of the 3% processing charge on the receipt. Not really sure what that is for. read more

Well to start this is our 4th visit and they were off to a great start in the beginning however the lack of attention has drastically dropped. Today I sit here going on 25 minutes still waiting for my beverage after requesting it 2 times to the sever which seems lost at his job. He wandered around with our tray looking for the right table. Finally went up to the bar and asked for a third time. Kids are done with their wings and now I just received my beverage. Super annoying when the establishment isn't even busy. read more

I just got into town on my travel from Oregon. Was told by my motel to come to thus restaurant for a good meal. So glad I did. The staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful to understand how to order. The portions sizes are more then filling. And have a late night snack now too. Thank you for being a great place to visit. If I travel back this way. Come on wing shack. Don't recommend ordering from here after 8pm. Our wings were goopy and mushy on the inside. They werent cooked all the way and most of the wings werent even coated in the sauce. (This was a pickup order). My boyfriend and i get wingshack like every week and every single time they mess something up. I'm extremely disappointed in the way they handled a delivery order. I ordered a mumber of items through NoCo Nosh for delivery. Upon receipt of the order, I discovered it was missing the shack mac that was supposed to be included. I called the restaurant, and they told me they forgot to place the item in the bag and tried to call me, but for some reason, the call wouldn't go through. Even though they acknowledged it was their mistake, they refused to credit me the difference or have it delivered themselves. They said the only two options I had was to drive all the way to Windsor from Loveland to pick it up or to take credit for a later order, both or which defeats the purpose of me paying for delivery in the first place. I did not pay the delivery fee plus tip just so I can waste the gas and drive half an hour to pick up an item they forgot. In the end, I requested they transfer the order to the Loveland location, which they complied with. This doesn't, however, make up for the neglectful way they handled this situation. read more

Pleasantly surprised. I thought the wings would be more like the ones that you can get at Pizza Hut, soggy, weird meat, etc. The Wing Shack wings had none of those vibes! They were crispy, all good white meat chunks and flavorful sauces. We got Hot, Hotter, Buffalo BBQ and Caribbean Jerk. Buffalo BBQ was our favorite! Along with waffle fries and crinkle fries. Waffle fries were my favorite. We also got the green chili for the fries and blue cheese. Blue cheese was chunky with real blue cheese pieces! The green chili was more red, it tasted good, but for almost $1.50 more for the "add on" we would pass. We will definitely order again! read more

Honestly, the best way to describe this place is that it scratches the itch. And if you're in the Windsor area, then you know options can be lacking. I ordered it for curbside pickup during phase 2 of the pandemic, so I have no clue what dine-in is like. The dining area does look a tad bit small though, at least from the outside. Its nothing amazing. I'm not going to dream about this place. The wings taste like out of the freezer and into the fryer, with some Sysco's (the food MNC that provides dining at your local college/hospital/corporate cafeteria) sauce (your pick of flavor) slabbed onto it. Wings are on the smaller end, so order more, not less. I killed a 20 piece by myself, no sides. So would I go back? Only if I had the itch for wings and didn't want to drive out further or make them myself. read more

I wanted wings and didn't want to get them from Loveland or Fort Collins so my options were limited and I gave another try. The service here last time was definitely the highlight of my experience and that has not changed. They have people with great personalities who are genuinely helpful. Now the wings...I really don't know what to say. One experience (Loveland wing shack) was missing wings and this time there were 4-6 extra. The size of the wings are so small & I don't know if that's normal or possibly accounts for why I got a few extra (I'm not complaining, just trying to figure this place out). Because of how small the wings were, the meat seemed over cooked compared to typical experiences at other places. The sauce was very thin as well, leaving little on the wings and mostly pooled up at the bottom of my container. I closed the lid and shook them up to wet them again. 3 stars is a-ok according to yelp, and that how I feel about this place, It's ok. I will give another try at some point, but I will probably attempt a chicken sandwich or other items. read more

We were excited to try the new location. It's not super clean and it's way understaffed. There was one other table with people waiting for food and after we placed our order at the counter, they told us it would be at least a 30 minute wait for food. WHY??? As we sat much longer than 30 minutes many people came & went with their takeout orders... This should be a takeout ONLY establishment. Don't come here for a quick restaurant experience. Wings are some of the best but the service was subpar. Loved trying the new spot but they've got some bugs to work out for service. Seem to struggle with IDs and getting orders right for eat in orders. Also it seemed like we were troubling the server when asking for napkins ( they brought two to the table when we had 4 people and are eating messy wings) more boats, veggies we ordered and both dressings. These are the smallest wings I've ever seen. Two bites if you can get past the overly sweet teriyaki sauce, or the overly salty dry rub. The water logged baby carrots and not so fresh celery sticks weren't too enticing. Highlight were the fries. I was hesitant to even drink the water when I saw how filthy the water lever was. Dried sticky residue on the wooden bench and the grimy ketchup bottle did nothing to make me want to return. They got the fries right. But I came here for chicken wings I had hoped would be moist and delicious. Plus 20 minutes to get your chicken. I think that defeats the purpose of a drive through. New Wing Shack location is very nice - lots of tables, TVs, and area with a few pinball machines/games; wings & other food items are very good; employees are friendly & efficient. The only real issue is they push/suggest you scan QR code & order from the table, which is good with me, but the wi-fi is horrible as can't get/keep a connection. We noticed others having same issue on a couple different visits. Would give 5 stars if they either fix the wi-fi or stop promoting the QR code ordering. read more

We visit wing shack regularly and get the bone in wings. We had tasted some of the boneless wings during Greeley Stampede in the VIP areas and loved them. We ordered 40 with 3 flavors of boneless wings to go excited to share with family for my daughters birthday. Got home 10min drive and the boneless wings were so dry, no sauce on HOT and not even enough to glisten the other 2 sauces we ordered had just a drizzle not at all as they were served at the stampede. Could not resolve the issue that day, but I would in the future either eat there or check the wings to make sure they have sauce on them. These were so dry and not appetizing to eat, threw most of them away. $40 not well spent. read more

Which would have been fine except we ordered traditional. Back to the kitchen they went wife's sandwich arrived and it was ok. The accompanying chips were supposed to be ranch. If they actually had ranch seasoning on them, it has yet to be tasted. The fries came out for the wings and it is a regular size order of fries. Yes, you get 25 wings, four sodas, and an order of fries for one. For some reason this perplexes me. Obviously you few that this ordered is being shared as it comes with four sodas. Yet you only get enough fries for one person. Asked to speak with a manager. Twenty minutes went by. No new wings, no manger yet either. Got the fresh wings. Order finally correct.
