I was able to play an entire match of TDs fallen mode with how long it took to get the food. Also apparently no one was prepared for the lunch rush. They also only had 600 nuggets "ready" and they still couldn't give me barbecue glaze. Also it is pretty noisy during lunch. read more

Took 40 minutes to get my small order of 5 boneless wings and fries to get out of the kitchen. Even when I ordered before the lunch rush. Table was sticky along with the floor, and was obnoxiously loud. Plus hair in the ranch. read more

Me and my fiancé and his friend came here after me and Xavier had not had Wing shack for three months!! We LOVE Wing Shack! Gavin was sooooo helpful and a GREAT worker. 10/10 recommend. Two thumbs up. DEF GET THESE WINGS read more

Wing shack on 35th and 10th. Smallest , most overdone , worst overly greasy sauce , simply the worst wings Ive ever had. And I don't usually do bad reviews read more

We ordered @ 5:51 pm and it's 6:30 pm right now and we still haven't recieved our food. 20 wings & fries. Our fries were so cold and hard. Just go to the one on 35th. read more

Reached out in advance to have assistance with gluten-free wings and fries that did not have cross contact. The manager was very conscientious and with notice was able to accommodate. The wings were super tasty! Will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

Ordered wings for Super Bowl. Wings not very hot, dry and not much sauce. Disappointed!

Food was great. Our server Alyssa was very respectful and friendly. Shout out to her for doing a great job!

Ordered 56 dollars worth of wings and fries and received the wrong order and what was received was a mess! Called Wingshack to talk to a manager and get a refund and they blamed Doordash. Called Doordash and they blamed Wing Shack. Can't get our money back and couldn't eat the food. We'll never order Wing Shack nor do Doordash again. read more

Went to Wing Shack for friends birthday in the evening on a Thursday. They're a little busy side but it didn't take them long to get our order out. They have some awesome deals with their beers and wings. The staff was really friendly and patient. The restaurant was pretty clean the restroom needed a little maintenance. It was small but comfortable. There is enough parking. We will go again. read more

Wing Shack - West Greeley - Pitcher of Pacifico. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Greeley, Colorado

Received overcooked wings, they gave me a credit. Attempted to redeem my credit today and they won't honor it because it's been a couple of months. They have lost my business permanently. I will ensure that they will never be recommended in the future. Terrible food and terrible customer service. read more

The wings are good. They have gotten quite a bit smaller. The prices could be better. But overall the wings are good for the size. Good choice of flavors . Great fries! read more

Big girl with red hair kept flirting with my 16 year old brother she looked like she was in her mid 20s how unprofessional and REVOLTING. If that wasn't inferior enough she was OBNOXIOUSLY loud. This was our favored wing place but I no longer recommend read more

Great sauces!! The individual wing size is always disappointing. Boneless bites are great, and the fries are a family favorite.

Nedra R. I love Wing Shack! They are truly the only wing establishment that meets my qualifications when it comes to extra crisp wings! I pulled my business from the ever popular Buffalo Wild Wings. There atmosphere might be wild, but their wings are for a toothless child, no crunch, no business. My husband brought home my wings tonight and they weren't extra crisp and they looked strange. I called and spoke to Adam the Manager or Assistant Manager and he made things right. No, excuses just straight up, humble, let-us-make-this-right attitude! Competent, and refreshing. Will tell more friends about Wing Shack! This professionalism and the FOOD is what brings in customers and keeps them! Thanks, again Adam and to whom it may concern, Adam is a keeper! read more

They charged a processing fee when I used a FREE coupon! I've never experienced that anywhere before. I suppose it helps pay for their the 'free' coupon, what a joke. Thats just another reason why I don't go there anymore. read more

Great Employees Great Wings and the Shack Beer is great plus the service Gloria and I get from this store is fantastic

This is seriously our favorite place in Greeley. The veggie wings are great. We love the sauces. The bear hot is pure fire and delicious but you've been warned. The side salad is freaking amazing with tons of veggies. We also love the shishito peppers. My kiddo loves the French fries they're crispy and deliciously salty.it's of good beers on tap and the staff are so nice and helpful. read more

Wing Shack West is a nice location with more seating than the Garden City store. It does get rather busy in the summer due to the youth ball fields being across the street. Consistency has never been an issue here for us. We prefer the boneless, and they are usually spot on. Wing places aren't cheap, but the Shack has daily specials and several coupons online and in mailers and local publications if you are looking for a deal. We really like the sauce variety. The special Sweet Chili Sauce and Garlic Parmesan are my favorite "flavors of the month", but the garlic hot with honey is my regular. Thai is nice for loads of flavor but not a lot of the heat. Carrots and celery are always a nice fresh add and they have a pretty good ranch dressing recipe too. Their onion rings are some of the best in town and they have a lot of other side and dessert options to satisfy the crowds. They also have a few local beers on tap, which is nice if that is your thing. read more

PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY. Just moved to this side of town and was thrilled that there's a Wing Shack over here! Every single time we call to place our order, the phone is always busy and we end up waiting over 30 minutes to even place our order. We go to wing shack because we love the business and the wings - this place is a disappointment. read more

We will avoid this place in the future, even though we live within a block! The computer system is messed up or the training of staff is non existent. Last night we ordered the 20 Wing coupon special and for some reason was charged an extra 50c for 2 of the flavors. The young girl ringing up the order could not tell me why until I paid. They never get the charges right on a carry out order. On top of the cluster at the cash register the wings keep getting worse. They are over cooked with very little meat on them. It's like eating chicken from an old hen. All of this makes us sad as we used to be big fans! read more

Interesting flavors and amazing deals. Give the buffalo bbq a try if you want something spicy and different.

This is the only place we will get wings from! They are always made perfect, they give a generous portion of fries and other sides, and the service is always friendly, 10/10 would recommend giving it a try! Also their monthly special sauce tends to always be some of my favorites. read more

We've tried really hard to like Wing Shack West because the company is local and this location is very close to our house but we've been let down too many times. The wings are usually pretty good but the service is consistently horrible. Tonight we called in a 30-wing order at 805 and were told it'd be ready in 20. They were busy when I got there on the dot 20 minutes later. By 845, I'd watched at least five people come in and leave with their to go orders. Finally, at 850, someone asked what our order was and then came back and said we were still third in line. Third in line after 40-plus minutes? We finally got our food a couple minutes shy of 9pm. What's the point of calling in an order if they don't start putting it together until several minutes after you get there to pick it up? When we got home, none of the boxes were marked with which variety the wings were. The MILD had almost no flavor but the other wings were decent. 55 minutes is unacceptable. We've given Wing Shack too many chances. read more

Best wings, efficient and friendly staff. Sauce of the month was amazing for July. Best wings in Greeley.

What happened? I love Wing Shack and have been to several of their locations. But my recent visit to the 65th Avenue was best described as disappointing. The food was overcooked to the point of being burned. The fries tasted of rancid oil. I have come to expect more from the best wing place around, but I think I'll go to a different location unless this one gets their act together again. I hope this was just a one-time anomaly and not indicative of negative changes with the restaurant. We shall see. read more

Been coming to wing shack since 2011 maybe even longer and I must say if you want GREAT WINGS eat at the restaurant vs ordering them. Since they are really the best local place we typically order and pickup and they manage to always mess the order up.. its pretty disappointing but I keep coming back because like I said the wings are still good! read more

Well what's Pizza with out wings--- not a good night! Fortunately the place I got my pizza was next door to the wing shack--- when I say next door I don't mean you have to walk outside and all that-- there is a door that separates the businesses. Small place but at 10pm there was a bunch of customers chowing down you some good old yard bird! Boneless or traditional you choose bunch of sauces --- and pretty cheap compared to your chain wing stores. 2 greasy hot sauces covered thumbs up! read more

wings were dry , ordered mild and lemon pepper , lemon pepper was ok , but didn't look pretty the season was just dumped on to the wings in a pile not spread evenly on them , the mild wings were just sitting in a puddle of grease and tasted like grease , no flavor . had to put bbq sauce on my mild wings just to eat them lol read more

Great wings and atmosphere. Been here many times and never had bad experience. Good place to watch football game's also

Downgrading my previous review. I am starting to see quite a few of what I would consider #2 wings. These are wings that are broken or undersized. I expect larger wings with no broken bones when dining at a place that specializes in wings. I'll be back, but not for awhile. Went back again today. I cannot believe that a business has changed this much in a short time with the same owner. He has expanded, but I don't know that he has the same quality supply to support all the stores. Wings are small and broken. Flavor is still great, but I can't get over the quality of the wings. I would not recommend this place now.. read more

Service on 10th street wing shack is horrible. You cant even walk in to eat without waiting over 30+mins for your food. Even if you do a togo order its a 30+min wait. Noone offered anything to me like a simple sorry for your wait. After 35mins of waiting i had to ask where my food was and they just said should be coming. I ordered my food with noone in line and still had to wait over 35+mins. If there is a known issue for wait time then something should be done to correct it. This is the worst customer service I had in a long time. If im frustrated im sure other customers feel the same way. read more

I used to LOVE this location. We went here tonight for the first time in months. Ordered for pick up. Brought the food back home.. The wings were OVER cooked. There was almost no meat left on the wings. Absolutely NOT appetizing. I am thoroughly disappointed that anyone would allow wings that looked this way to leave the store with a customer. read more

Wing shack is by far the best wing place in greeley in my opinion. Not only are the wings amazing but their fries are so good. The one on 65th is always packed but they are always nice.. I just wish they did a better job at keeping the tables clean. We always have to wipe off our table or buss our own to even get a place to sit read more

I have been to this location 28 times. Every time the service has been fast and extremely pleasing. The staff has been friendly. The wings are way better than Buffalo Wild Wings and come to think of it, so is the service. read more

Wing shack always has great food and amazing service. I go at least once a week and they are always fast and friendly.

I stopped going as often due to the trouble of picking up to go orders as people have to place their order at the same counter where to go orders pick up. I have asked why they don't have waitresses and was told they don't know. I feel if you call ahead you shouldn't have to wait in line with the people placing orders. I have never seen this before. Now I call Buffalo Wild Wings read more

Honestly I wasn't impressed. The wings themselves were good, but I didn't like the sauces or dry rubs and the fries were obviously from the grocery store's frozen section. Food is way overpriced for value and the atmosphere is very boring. It cost me $40 for two orders of 10 wings and a basket of bad fries. For a restaurant that fries wings they should make their own fresh fries they would taste 1,000,000 times better. Oh and get new sauces. read more
