This is seriously our favorite place in Greeley. The veggie wings are great. We love the sauces. The bear hot is pure fire and delicious but you've been warned. The side salad is freaking amazing with tons of veggies. We also love the shishito peppers. Went to Wing Shack for friends birthday in the evening on a Thursday. They're a little busy side but it didn't take them long to get our order out. They have some awesome deals with their beers and wings. The staff was really friendly and patient.The restaurant was pretty clean the restroom needed a little maintenance. Wing Shack West is a nice location with more seating than the Garden City store. It does get rather busy in the summer due to the youth ball fields being across the street. Consistency has never been an issue here for us. We prefer the boneless, and they are usually spot on. Wing places aren't cheap, but the Shack has daily specials and several coupons online and in mailers and local publications if you are looking for a deal. We really like the sauce variety. The special Sweet Chili Sauce and Garlic Parmesan are my favorite "flavors of the month", but the garlic hot with honey is my regular. Thai is nice for loads of flavor but not a lot of the heat. Carrots and celery are always a nice fresh add and they have a pretty good ranch dressing recipe too. Their onion rings are some of the best in town and they have a lot of other side and dessert options to satisfy the crowds. They also have a few local beers on tap, which is nice if that is your thing. read more

We will avoid this place in the future, even though we live within a block! The computer system is messed up or the training of staff is non existent. Last night we ordered the 20 Wing coupon special and for some reason was charged an extra 50c for 2 of the flavors. The young girl ringing up the order could not tell me why until I paid. They never get the charges right on a carry out order. On top of the cluster at the cash register the wings keep getting worse. They are over cooked with very little meat on them. We've tried really hard to like Wing Shack West because the company is local and this location is very close to our house but we've been let down too many times. The wings are usually pretty good but the service is consistently horrible. Tonight we called in a 30-wing order at 805 and were told it'd be ready in 20. They were busy when I got there on the dot 20 minutes later. By 845, I'd watched at least five people come in and leave with their to go orders. Finally, at 850, someone asked what our order was and then came back and said we were still third in line. Third in line after 40-plus minutes? We finally got our food a couple minutes shy of 9pm. What's the point of calling in an order if they don't start putting it together until several minutes after you get there to pick it up? When we got home, none of the boxes were marked with which variety the wings were. The MILD had almost no flavor but the other wings were decent. 55 minutes is unacceptable. We've given Wing Shack too many chances. read more

What happened? I love Wing Shack and have been to several of their locations. But my recent visit to the 65th Avenue was best described as disappointing. The food was overcooked to the point of being burned. The fries tasted of rancid oil. I have come to expect more from the best wing place around, but I think I'll go to a different location unless this one gets their act together again. I hope this was just a one-time anomaly and not indicative of negative changes with the restaurant. We shall see. read more

Been coming to wing shack since 2011 maybe even longer and I must say if you want GREAT WINGS eat at the restaurant vs ordering them. Since they are really the best local place we typically order and pickup and they manage to always mess the order up.. its pretty disappointing but I keep coming back because like I said the wings are still good! read more

Fortunately the place I got my pizza was next door to the wing shack--- when I say next door I don't mean you have to walk outside and all that-- there is a door that separates the businesses. Small place but at 10pm there was a bunch of customers chowing down you some good old yard bird! Downgrading my previous review. I am starting to see quite a few of what I would consider #2 wings. These are wings that are broken or undersized. I expect larger wings with no broken bones when dining at a place that specializes in wings. I'll be back, but not for awhile. Went back again today. I cannot believe that a business has changed this much in a short time with the same owner. He has expanded, but I don't know that he has the same quality supply to support all the stores. Service on 10th street wing shack is horrible. You cant even walk in to eat without waiting over 30+mins for your food. Even if you do a togo order its a 30+min wait. Noone offered anything to me like a simple sorry for your wait. After 35mins of waiting i had to ask where my food was and they just said should be coming. I ordered my food with noone in line and still had to wait over 35+mins. If there is a known issue for wait time then something should be done to correct it. Honestly I wasn't impressed. The wings themselves were good, but I didn't like the sauces or dry rubs and the fries were obviously from the grocery store's frozen section. Food is way overpriced for value and the atmosphere is very boring. It cost me $40 for two orders of 10 wings and a basket of bad fries. For a restaurant that fries wings they should make their own fresh fries they would taste 1,000,000 times better. Oh and get new sauces. read more

I stopped going as often due to the trouble of picking up to go orders as people have to place their order at the same counter where to go orders pick up.
