Went here on a date night and both of us ordered steaks. Mine was the NY strip and it came out beautifully cooked with a great crust. The meat was flavorful and didn't even need sauce, though I still enjoyed the chimichurri on the side. Fries were crispy and seasoned well, and we had a Caesar salad to start that was fresh and tangy. Service was quick and polite, and they didn't rush us. The space was modern and a bit noisy but still enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for steak night.

The steakhouse burger and fries! Loved it.

Great food and great people! Love the casual environment and being the first time there they gave us a large sample of their chicken salad. The chicken salad was light and a wonderful taste! I made chicken salad sandwiches with it and loved it! We also ate the steak tip hoagie and the steak burger and the meaty pizza. It was good food and it is not on the main roads but it is worth the few minutes extra drive to find this gem! Here's to many more dinners there!

Butchers Blend

Service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. We were given a nice size free portion of their chicken salad to bring home to try, and it was very tasty; I will get again. Purchase the Butcher pizza and crab balls to go. Both were very good. Nice menu for dine in and too go. Market selections offer a great variety of meats, deli foods and breads. There is also a selection of wines, beers, and beverages. If you want to dine in seating is available.

$15 Half Italian Sub

The Italian sandwich was a joke. It was a half a sub (6") for $15. That's fine if it's great or is hearty. No it's half a sub cut in half, the bread is fresh but the meat is minimal for the cost. Also it's not fresh, had no taste, no dressing and the chips were plain. Who charges $15 for this, NYC, Boston, Philly, NJ, etc, actually ever where is better then here; anywhere makes a better sandwich with flavor and still can charge less. Why does NOVA think they are that good. Stop people, you're all a mess. Very unfortunate and disappointing, but that's what people want in Nova. The other items in the counter were not touched and looked old and dried over. The prices are very high for low quality. If you're expecting sliced meats that's not here, it comes out of a covered meat counter that's been sitting there. Never had an Italian sub that was tasteless until here. They have a lot meats in the butcher area but I was thrown. Why are they all vacuum sealed?? Apparently it makes sense because they don't get enough business to sustain fresh meats. So look forward to vacuum sealed or frozen items, this is by far a place to keep driving by.

Chicken and Beef Tacos

$2 Taco Tuesday is a MUST! Get any tacos, they're all fire and you will make it a regular habit to go back!

Crab poppers (to go)

I had heard so many good things about this place and finally got to visit. It did not disappoint! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The place is really clean and offers a wide variety of things from craft beer to desserts. It is like an upscale deli inside with a few tables outside and inside (although inside tables are not available right now due to COVID-19). It is pretty wide inside with high ceilings so I felt comfortable with social distancing. Everyone wore masks. I bought some steak tips from the butcher side so we will see how those taste after I cook them. For dinner to go I got a Butchers Blend pizza which was delicious and very generous with toppings! It's like a meat lovers and it was soooo good! I always order extra cheese but didn't need to here!! I am not a fan of spicy or peppery sausage so I made sure mine had their sweet sausage. Their large pizza is pretty huge so my husband and I had leftovers. The crab poppers were tasty with their yummy dipping sauce. For dessert I got a slice of plain cheesecake which was good. Definitely come by if you want good quality meats and/or a yummy meal. I should mention this is a high end place with premium meats, food and drinks in Ashburn. Therefore, I think the prices reflect as such appropriately.

Quality is good but it's not affordable for weekly shoppers. I understand the maintenance cost, will support local business when possible.

Their menu is focused and concise, which I always appreciate - it suggests they do a few things really well. There's counter seating inside if you want to watch the action, and some high-top tables out front for enjoying the neighborhood buzz. I took a chance on the pork sausage with sauerkraut, and it was spot on. The portion size was definitely satisfying. Pro-tip: Definitely add jalapeños and spicy brown mustard for a fantastic kick! I'll definitely be back to try some of their other offerings and would absolutely recommend this place if you're in the area. Just a heads up that their hours are a bit limited, but its location right next to a bar makes it a perfect stop for a tasty bite before heading in for happy hour.

AYCE kbbq in centreville!…read more I went here with my family who was in town to have some kbbq that was relatively close to where I live. The pricing was a little expensive on the kids side ($20 each) for my toddlers and they definitely did not eat $20 worth. They measure according to height and my 3 year old is on the tall side (thanks to her dad) Other than that, the options were simple. they have limited options and I'm not mad about it! It was focused on flavor and quality rather than 200 things on the item. The buttered squid was sooooo good! I ordered a few of those. Our waiter also was super sweet and accommodating and attentive. It's a very chill atmosphere and has loud r&b/kpop music Def a place to chill and drink with friends

This is a review for all people who have been going to Meat Project for a while now and new people…read morewho are interested. Tonight, it was our usual outing as a family to Meat Project for their all you can eat meat and great affordable price. However, our family was very disappointed in the overall service, quality of side dishes and meat, and the owner and server with how they treated us. We ordered couple different meats like pork belly, brisket, and gopchang. We decided to order some lettuce wraps for our meat, which is a common and delicious Korean tradition and combo to wrap with our meat with a special Korean sauce called ssamjang that make the perfect bite everytime. However, after waiting for 45 minutes, while we were eating our meat, our lettuce wraps were being delayed. Now we are fine with waiting but the issue was that our main server told us multiple times when we questioned about the extended delay that our lettuce wraps were "coming out soon" and "the kitchen was preparing it". After the 45 minutes, we decided that since we were basically almost full with our appetites, and coming to a Korean traditional meat BBQ restaurant, we couldn't miss eating it the way we expected, the owner was called so that we could try to get a better explanation and figure out why this was a first time issue for us. The owner who was a Korean woman, advised to us that they had run out of lettuce and they had deliberately rushed to buy more. However, when the "lettuce wraps" we ordered finally came out on our table, it was romaine lettuce which was cut in very thin strips, clearly not suitable for wrapping meat and other veggies and sauce included. The owner then explained to us they had accidentally bought the wrong type of lettuce and apologized the inconvenience. additionally, our main server/waiter was also very delayed in bringing us other side dishes and meat that we requested at a suitable time for us to enjoy, which added to us losing our appetite even further, which we decided even then to let this slide as we could see it was a busy night. After all of this back and forth, the service manager, our waiter, our host, and the owner of the restaurant never managed to apologize to us for making a mistake on their ends, and how they had been informing us incorrectly that the lettuce was "coming out soon". The owner then decided to let us know that we were free to leave, advised us that we didn't need to pay our bill, and never come back again with the most utmost horrendous and unprofessional attitude, making us look like we were the in the wrong. This was clearly a bad night for us after this outcome, after coming here regularly as frequent customers. We warn all of those families who frequent this location. I promise you that I would never go this far , and I guarantee you I am not the type of person to be a Karen, but this simply could not just slide. As a Korean family, we are truly disappointed.
