Windworks has a great fleet of vessels and fantastic instruction. As a US Sailing affiliate they offer the full suite of US Sailing Certifications. The location is perfect and the staff is phenomenal. Schedule a lesson with Nancy, who is both patient and superiorly knowledgeable! I cannot say enough good things about the experience.

All the instructors are good, but Mike is great! You will be on the water in no time with confidence. Highly recommended.

Seattle's Tall Ship is perfect 2 hour activity for anyone looking for a relaxed way to sail around…read morethe Puget Sound. I booked a 4:30 PM tour for 2. Pricing was reasonable at $59 per person. There are some differences in their price tiers dependent on the time and type of sailing. Prices can range between $39-$79. Their email notifications are thorough and provided recommendations on parking, things to bring, and what to expect onboard. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed. Alcoholic beverages such as beer, wine, and mimosas are available for purchase onboard the ship. The check-in tent is located by Anthony's on Pier 66. Boarding started at around 10 minutes before departure and crew members walked us down to the marina. The ship is an 85 foot long schooner named Bay Lady and features an 87 foot mast and bench seating with backrests. This ship also has a cannon which they did fire while out on Puget Sound. The tour was 2 hours and unnarrated and bar service immediately started as soon as we cleared the marina. About 30 minutes into the voyage, crew members asked for volunteers to hoist the sails. Overall, I highly recommend this experience. The crew were attentive and consistently checked-in on our group.

Watching the sunset over Seattle from the water while spending quality time with so many of my favorite people was absolutely magical. I called the company about 6 weeks ahead of time to book the slots since I was worried they would fill up during a July Saturday. The company was awesome and gave a 10% group discount. I loved that we were able to bring our own champagne and snacks on board. It made the experience feel even more festive and personal. The crew was wonderful, everything was well organized, and the sail itself was beautiful and relaxing. If you're looking for a unique way to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, or just enjoy an unforgettable evening in Seattle, I can't recommend this enough. It's officially one of my favorite activities in Seattle, and my friends are still talking about how much fun they had!

We ended up really enjoying the tour and would highly recommend to visitors. This would especially be a great thing to add to your itinerary if you're only in the city for a short time, as you get to see a lot of landmarks in a short time. You also get to hear about the city's history and key industries. The ride overall is pretty smooth, and my husband, who gets motion sickness, was totally fine. The boat when docked can experience a little more motion, however, so your mileage may vary. We also found it easy to get seats with good views, and the guides were easy to hear anywhere on the boat. The crew were friendly and engaging, and Angelo and the other staff were very kind to us when my husband and I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary.

The ship promptly left dock at designated time. The top deck had open view. The second level had enclosed area with glass window views. Also both ends were open to guests as well. From start to end, the staff member did an amazing job of narrating many aspects of the views from the deck. A lot of it was about the downtown Seattle buildings, Space Needle, buildings and parks by the shore, the sea ports and many other cool facts along the way. I throughly enjoyed the hour long tour. The weather was also fantastic to take stunning pictures of the downtown, the mountains and the port. They also had a bar in second level where they served alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, pop corn and some small snacks. Prices were decent for it being a tourist activity. We liked both popcorn and the strawberry lemonade.

The experience was worth every penny and then some. The luxury, quality, and attention to detail is unmatched. Mark, the owner, was so attentive and a pleasure to work with. My husband is a huge Sleepless in Seattle fan and the highlight of the evening was passing the floating house. The food was amazing. Everything was farm to fork fresh and prepared by a chef onboard. I highly recommend the crab cakes and homemade bourbon ice-cream. The pace of the evening was lovely, it didn't feel rushed or lagging. You could tell Mark worked hard to make sure that our experience from the moment we stepped aboard was seamless. He thought of everything, even providing a cozy blanket when the wind became a little chilly towards the end of the night. I cannot recommend Enchantress Cruises enough! Thank you for a lovely and memorable evening!
