They only had about 4 fitting rooms for people with more than three items. I waited in line for almost an hour with only four items while numerous people just got to cut in front of me because they had less than 3 items. Would have gone much faster if they just worked it like a normal line like everywhere else. All in all I felt very disrespected in their store and was there for way longer than I would have liked to be.

Customer service refunded the missing item, but because their system doesn't allow replacements, I was told I would have to place a brand-new order and pay shipping again if I wanted the correct shirt. While the customer service representative was kind and professional throughout the process, the company's policies left me paying for a mistake that wasn't mine. A refund for the missing item doesn't resolve the fact that I still don't have what I originally ordered, and I don't think customers should have to pay additional shipping costs to correct a fulfillment error. I appreciate the representative's professionalism, but Garage's resolution was 450 reward points and no way to receive the correct item without spending more money. That's disappointing for a company of this size. I hope Garage reevaluates its policies so future customers aren't left in the same situation.
