Brendan was so thorough that by the end of the inspection, my agent, the seller agent, and the seller themselves all wanted his card. The entire thing took about 2 and a half hours. Brendan, whom I believe is the company owner, did a detailed, thorough job of inspecting my new New York condo. He discovered a lot of things that previous inspectors hadn't to the point where the seller-side agent even noted that he seemed to be "really good" and "thorough." He took the time to go through the whole building, note and advocate for things from the perspective of comfort in addition to, of course, habitability, and climbed on top of the roof as well to check for any water leaks. The report that he prepared afterward was both easy to read and very detailed with accompanying pictures.
