The prices were decent. Selection was okay. Rude staff though. There was one girl in particular that made you feel like it was a waste of her time to talk to you. The others we're talking about other staff where customers could easily hear. There's also no place to sit while friends/family try on clothes. This place has cute affordable stuff but if you want to return anything make sure you do it within their policy timeframe. I wanted to return a skirt that had the tags attached with the receipt from two months ago and I was rejected. Couldn't even get store credit. Will not be shopping here again. read more

Just had a ridiculous experience at this Windsor location. I was buying clothing/accessories for a specific outfit and it was great at first as I was finding everything I needed. However, I realized I needed some jewelry and wanted to try some places to see what fit best with the outfit, so on Friday, March 22nd, I went up to the front counter, asked the girl the return policy for jewelry, and she said "7 days is the return policy". That was great so I bought the jewelry I wanted to try and didn't like how it looked with the outfit (which I figured but because of the "return policy" tried anyways) and tried to take it back today, Sunday, March 24th, and the new lady at the front says "No, as you can see here, all sales are final on jewelry and special occasion items"???? Weird because I was told just 2 days ago that specifically jewelry items are 7 days. I told her that and she basically said "Well, it's final sale." I'm so outraged by this because if the original lady had told me the accurate information, I would not have bought the jewelry and now I'm out a certain amount of money that I could have used on better quality jewelry. Edit: Not to mention, I live in Kyle and had to drive 40 miles roundtrip for what I thought would be a guaranteed return. Ridiculous waste of money on cheap jewelry and gas. read more

Worst customer service imaginable, I went in today at 5pm to return some clothes that my wife didn't want and was told that they could not process my return because they didn't have any cash and I would have to come back...keep in mind we are still within the the 14 day return policy but that was set to expire in 2days....hard to believe that they cannot process a cash return but will be more than happy to accept cash from us if we purchased an item. read more

Profiling and following potential customers around the store is really gross! Do y'all realize people see y'all surveilling them around the store...? Literally came in to buy a grad outfit with a friend just to be strictly followed, isolated from any service, stared at, and discussed by employees to target/discriminate against Asian and Black people. Thank you for absolutely nothing! I asked two employees questions about shoes, specifically heels. I asked if they had any more shoes in the back or if only the ones on display were available. They said they had the two shelves worth of shoes on display. I said okay and started to grab the shoe I wanted. I turned back around to ask, "Do you have a size-" and before I could even finish, she had left mid sentence. Why???? Y'all spent so much time and energy profiling us that you forgot to do the part of your job regarding customer service... literally over shoes.... So I asked another employee if she could help me and before I could finish, I got an abrupt, "One sec." I had gotten less than bare minimum service for the whole visit I was there, because they were staring from afar instead of doing their jobs of interacting and helping customers... and I was inconveniencing her? Interesting... After she was finally ready, I asked if they had size 6.5 and they didn't. I asked for 6, and they said they had size 7 but that was all. I was disappointed but then went to try to find any dresses I may like. I looked around the whole store and only found two decent looking dresses. The pieces look like the designing team just resent in their past designs from 2007 (not even kidding, I saw a dress my sister wore for homecoming... she's been graduated for OVER seven years). Once I tried the only pieces I sort of liked on, I knew for a fact they were horrendously designed and made, so there was nothing left to salvage by staying in the store. Stay away from yet another racist establishment. The team there is dedicated to their operation behind keeping People Of Color out by playing musical chairs around us and following us around the store, eyes GLUED to my friend and me! Can we shop?!!?! Or are we spectacles to goggle over because I am Asian and he is Black...? Once I left this place, I was unsure that I would even leave the mall with a graduation outfit. Every store I visited either had disappointing selection or a bigoted staff (both in this case)! Once I left, I looked for other stores to see where I could head next for *hopefully* a dressy, business casual outfit. I had been searching for this all day. I ended up going to Francesca's across from here and found my outfit thankfully! They have a good clothing range and shoes for reasonable prices :) I recommend Francescas's over this seriously anti-POC establishment if you are close by and looking for better designs. I spent a great deal of time here in frustration due to the lack of creative or even decent looking pieces here. I've actually shopped at Windsor since my high school days (homecoming hello!), but this experience was so demeaning and humiliating that I will not ever associate with this brand in the future. EDIT: To the business rep in my DMs, your message does nothing to address your hatred and practice of systemic discrimination. Stumbled upon Windsor while in hunt for a dress. It was my first visit to Windsor. They have a decent collection of dresses (I din get time to look into other stuff) From the time I walked in till the time I left the store Gabby and Xavier helped me. Gabby was super patient and helped me select a perfect dress. Don't hesitate to ask any store associates for help/suggestions or if you want a different size or color of a piece you are trying on, they all would gladly help you with your selection. The store was very well organized and they are priced decently. Had some great stuff on discount as well. Would be back! read more

The employees working in here are nothing but lazy. I went in on a Monday night. There was maybe 6 people in the store and 3 employees working. I asked if I could use the dressing you and one employee said "sorry they are closed." I asked why and she said because there isn't enough staff? That's bs because there was 3 of them in there and it wasn't like there was so many people in the store. Again.... It was a Monday night. It was only 6:30pm and the store closed at 8. I begged to try on the dress because I had a formal the next day and she still told me no. Rudest people working there ever. Also- shame on them because some of those dresses are not returnable!!! This location was great and professional. Customer service is something they take serious. Attempted to make a simple and fair return at the Lakeline location and they refused without attempting to help. They informed us we needed to try a different location and see if we would receive another answer. This was disappointing. We drove across town to this location. Angie, greeted us right away. She understood the situation and explained their return policy (which the other location did not follow). We were able to make the return and the entire process was easy and quick. There was no push back. We did not need to make any additional purchases during our visit but we will definitely be back to see Angie and get staff. read more

Went to look for a dress and found something that somewhat fit but I needed something that was a little longer than what I tried ob. I went to an employee to ask for help looking for an item (for context I have a hand injury and it was difficult for me to lift anything that was above my hand or carry multiple items and once so I needed help physically). The employee ignored me and told me to look for it myself and decided to hide in the back for several minutes instead if being helpful. read more

Worst shopping experience. Not a single employee greeted my fiancé nor myself and asked for any sort of assistance. Also, purchased a dress for my lady, took the dress home and there were complications. Took the dress back to the store to return it and they informed us on their "special occasion" policy that was not informed to us during our purchase. They refused our return.
