Cassie, who took my vitals, symptoms, and health history, was one of the kindest and most caring people I've encountered in a healthcare setting. She truly listened, was gentle, and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Phil was just as wonderful. He was welcoming, patient, and genuinely attentive, and I never felt rushed. I made my appointment online the night before, and the moment I walked in I was taken straight back. I didn't even sit in the waiting room for a minute, which has never happened to me before. I was in and out faster than I expected. The experience really showed how much the people caring for you matter. Cassie and Dr. Phil work incredibly well together and clearly care about helping their patients. And yes, the slushie on the way out was a nice bonus. This visit completely changed my view of WellNow, and I'm very grateful for such great care.

Every person who entered before us and after us had been called back and we also saw some be treated and leave. All of them were Caucasian. We were the only people in the waiting room and we opted to leave. The woman who registered us immediately said y'all have good day. Tomorrow I switch to a high deductible plan so today was my last chance to get bloodwork paid for by my current insurance, so I booked it down to West Seneca after work. This location is quite streamlined. You sign in on a tablet and there's a large screen tv playing interesting programming with a side bar showing where you are in the queue and what the estimated wait time is. I was listed as Reb H. with a predicted wait of 23 minutes. It dropped to 18, then 15, then back to 18 when a person with an appointment signed in. There were 4 or 5 walk-ins ahead of me on the list when I signed in. Shortly after dropping to 8 minutes, I was called into the back. They quickly checked my insurance and there were plenty of hooks for my coat and bag. My phlebotomist was very professional and friendly and we were done in a matter of minutes. All told, I was out the door in 30 minutes which I found impressive with no appointment in the last hour before closing at the only Quest open at that moment. I've waited longer on Delaware Ave. with an appointment, but for all I know all the locations operate like this. One can hope!
