Much better patient care and peace of mind if I get the results right then and there, if additional studies need to be done. Who wants to go home and get a call from primary care in a week or check your results on the portal?? Really guys (and gals)?? 2 years ago I needed more testing after my mammo. If I had had to go home and THEN come back in I would have definitely freaked out. Windsong execs please ask your patients what they would want before making these types of changes. Mammo results are done THAT DAY! I know because I'm a physician and have a brother who's a radiologist. I know how quickly they are available. Think about the patient and their care before cutting costs. Also, think of the environment and get rid of plastic bags that you put your newly laundered gowns in. Such a waste.

Before hanging up she said 'find a new doctors office' I will - Hopefully one that doesn't bill illegally.
