She truly listened, was gentle, and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Phil was just as wonderful. He was welcoming, patient, and genuinely attentive, and I never felt rushed. I made my appointment online the night before, and the moment I walked in I was taken straight back. I didn't even sit in the waiting room for a minute, which has never happened to me before. I was in and out faster than I expected. The experience really showed how much the people caring for you matter. Cassie and Dr. Phil work incredibly well together and clearly care about helping their patients. And yes, the slushie on the way out was a nice bonus. After he aggressively poked and prodded our son's face and mouth, our son's gums were bleeding and you could tell that our son was in more pain than when we arrived. Sure, we got antibiotics but not without paying a price of a rude unprofessional dr that made us feel like we were bad parents for dental issues that were out of our control and a even more swollen and now bleeding mouth.
