Came in for an xray and was in and out quickly despite a full waiting room. All staff were friendly and wearing masks.

Very thorough exam. Mary Ann was a bit gruff, but she's probably bombarded with annoying questions every day. Amazingly clean facility

Next after waiting over 30 minutes to even be called to be checked in I went to window and one of the two people sitting at the window was extremely rude about asking about the wait. My name was crossed off but I was never called. After 35 mins is when they called me up and then asked me to fill out paperwork. Filled that out and hand it in and waited another 25 minutes until I was called back. I was taken to an area where I had to change. There was a man sitting in that room. very strange and uncomfortable to have one tiny room where people male and female change and wait to be called out again. Next was bloodwork which was just out in the middle of an area where people are walking by and or coming from the waiting room. Chris was very nice but couldn't read his sarcasm. He was very slow from drawing the blood to doing the CT. Left me in room in machine for way too long for someone who is claustrophobic. Test was finally done so I was asked to go to waiting room so he could make my CD. That took forever! I was there for two hours for a 5 minute test. I will never go back there again!

Literally minutes after I left the referring doctor, Seton called to set up the appt. I wasn't ready to schedule yet. They called me again 2 weeks later. I reminded them I will call when ready they don't have to call again - I won't forget. I called them back 2 weeks later and scheduled my appointment. I arrived 15 mins early as instructed. I signed in. At the window. Within 10 minutes, I was having my imaging done. 10 minutes later, they gave me a disc of my images and also sent them to my referring doctor. My referring doctor called me the same day to discuss the findings. So efficient! Very friendly girl that called me each time. I would come here again in a heartbeat.

My wait time was not bad and my mammogram and ultrasound was conducted by professional technicians. I was not aware that they do not have a doctor in house to read imaging results like other establishments which was not a big deal. I did fill out a self addressed envelope for my results. Fast forward to Feb 12th. I called because my gyno and myself have not received my results. Natalie answered my call and I explained neither myself or my gyno have received results. Before I could finish explaining she interrupted to tell me that they are sent to the requesting doctor. I said to her I understand that but I had my appointment with my gyno and they had not yet received my results. She then asked for my date of birth and said okay I'm sending it to you doctor now. I said to her what about my copy of my results, its been nearly 2 weeks and I haven't gotten them. She said well with the mail probably 2 days. I will not be returning to this establishment because I felt like it created an extra step for me, which wouldn't be a big deal except for the inconsiderate manner that your employee handled my call when I proceeded to try to correct the situation.

So my Doctor (who is in the same building) sent a request over for X-rays. I checked in very easily. Woman who checked me in was very nice. It's always a relief to have a hassle-free process when you are sick. Waiting room was nice and it was big enough that no one had to sit next to a stranger. There was a large TV on to watch and magazines. Not sure what else because I pretty much live on my phone in any waiting area. When I was called back, I was taken to a little room to change into gowns from the waist up. The woman did not tell me there were lockers for my stuff so I left my clothes in there initially. Whoops! There are lockers in the SECOND waiting area where patients on deck wait. Just find one with a key in it and that's available. Take out the key and put your stuff in. I kept my phone with me to keep me entertained and no one said anything :) The second waiting room is small - only 6 chairs. But the only people in there are patients going up next. It's not the most comfortable to be sitting around men when you are in a gown with no bra on but hey we are all in the same boat. There is a TV in this room as well. The man who did my X-rays was very nice. I did not feel uncomfortable and it was over quickly. Next I went back to the small waiting room once more while a doctor looked over my images. Even though I was there an hour and a half, it went by fairly quickly. They are efficient and I imagine had there been less patients, I would have gone in faster. Great place and easy process. Although it took longer than anticipated, I was very comfortable here and would not dread going back.

(I am admittedly very nervous about this, but then lots of us are.) The staff is nearly always cheerful and attentive, the facility is spotless and conveniently located on Youngs Road in Williamsville. But watch out, the road sign is placed parallel to the road, but it ought to be perpendicular so you can see it, plus it's set back from the road a bit. You'll likely pass it the first time. Anywho, the place is perfectly comfortable, although it's not a mega-facility, which is my personal preference. It's clearly an efficient, well-run facility. The waiting room is comfy and the wait time is reasonable. Also, scheduling an appointment is always easy peasy, they're super accommodating. When your name is called, you're escorted to the changing area that is much like a small changing stall at a gym. They don't leave you waiting anxiously for too long, in your opens-in-the-front gown. The images are taken and you're brought to the next room, a sort of holding area, in case they need more images. This particular screening procedure is well, unpleasant -- anywhere you go. But it's so miniscule in duration, it's tolerable. They do their best. They even offer "comfort pads" for $5 which I tried once. Let's face it, it's like putting on a texting glove while the door is slammed on your finger. The doctor reads your films while you wait. In due time, you're either dismissed by the tech with a letter of all clear or you get the additional images if the doc needs to see a different view. Once, they gave me the option of having further images via ultrasound then and there, or to schedule a return appointment for it. Of course I let them do their business right then, the problem was even resolved that day. From the people at the front reception desk, to the technicians, to the doctor, I've always had a very good experience at Spectrum Radiology. Now go get your mammo!

She's also good at what she does and obtained wonderful pictures of our daughter, even though she was in a full pike position. The office was simple but professional and cozy. Overall, we would definitely recommend Perfect Preview and Jennifer for their ultrasound services.

Off to 180 Park Club Lane I dashed and into the new location. It was a little unnerving as I don't like change and signage was not real clear. I checked in to the friendly front office worker behind glass. There was plenty of hand sanitizer around and all people were properly masked. Info was exchanged and a non-touch temp taken of my wrist. I barely sat down when I was called for my imaging. Holy cow I was so nervous. I was pleasantly shown to a little changing booth, told here's where you take your stuff off, and place your clothes in this bag and let me know when you're ready. Moments later I was ready and escorted to the mammo room and told her I was really anxious. She asked what I was afraid of. I said I'm just anxious. She then asked the magic question: so, do you have a dog? And instantly I was at ease as we chatted about rescue dogs and such. The procedure was honestly painless, minor - and I mean minor - discomfort. No cringing, no bullets to bite. This woman is a super pro. Snap! Just like that, I was done. We walked to a seating area, I clutching my pink plastic bag, gown still on. Before I had time to drum my fingers, worry what they might find, and what seemed like moments later, I was awarded a piece of paper with the "all good" area checked and see ya next year. Seriously? This thing I was dreading was now over? I will return here and ask for this pro again. Very happy. Now time for a Tim Horton's reward! TimBit anyone?
