I am happy to say I did not have a 1 star experience with Seton Imaging by any means! I was referred here for facial imaging for some health issues I've been plagued with for a long time. Literally minutes after I left the referring doctor, Seton called to set up the appt. I wasn't ready to schedule yet. They called me again 2 weeks later. I reminded them I will call when ready they don't have to call again - I won't forget. I called them back 2 weeks later and scheduled my appointment. I arrived 15 mins early as instructed. I signed in. At the window. Within 10 minutes, I was having my imaging done. 10 minutes later, they gave me a disc of my images and also sent them to my referring doctor. My referring doctor called me the same day to discuss the findings. So efficient! Very friendly girl that called me each time. I would come here again in a heartbeat. read more

This was my first time at this establishment. (Jan 31) Making an appointment was extremely easy and pleasant. My wait time was not bad and my mammogram and ultrasound was conducted by professional technicians. I was not aware that they do not have a doctor in house to read imaging results like other establishments which was not a big deal. I did fill out a self addressed envelope for my results. Fast forward to Feb 12th. I called because my gyno and myself have not received my results. Natalie answered my call and I explained neither myself or my gyno have received results. Before I could finish explaining she interrupted to tell me that they are sent to the requesting doctor. I said to her I understand that but I had my appointment with my gyno and they had not yet received my results. She then asked for my date of birth and said okay I'm sending it to you doctor now. I said to her what about my copy of my results, its been nearly 2 weeks and I haven't gotten them. She said well with the mail probably 2 days. I will not be returning to this establishment because I felt like it created an extra step for me, which wouldn't be a big deal except for the inconsiderate manner that your employee handled my call when I proceeded to try to correct the situation. read more

First of all making an appointment was near impossible due to the fact I never got to talk to a representative. I left 5 voicemails and got no response. I was going for an mri and they forgot that I needed labs done before hand so I got there and had to reschedule. It seems like they don't care about their patients. 90 minute wait for a 10 minute ultrasound. Two hours later I'm finally free with jell all over my clothing. Not coming back here

I wanted to think maybe people who had reviewed were being harsh maybe they are not as bad?!I like to make my own assessment of a place and take it all in before I make up my mind. Well my opinion has changed. From being left for almost an hour in a back waiting room and forgotten about to struggling to get my results addended. Promises of calls to be returned by staff and the office manager that never happened almost made me file a complaint with my insurance company for non-compliance. I have now come to the conclusion this is not the place for me. I sat waiting while they whispered to the X-ray technician who I genuinely thought was a good person the first time I met him, but when he had to take me ahead of someone else I could feel his annoyance with me and even became a little defensive when I tried to explain what had happened at my last visit. When I feel uncomfortable I over compensate and even told the staff how sorry I was that they left me waiting and how awesome they are! I should have just stop trying to get my tests done when they forgot me the first time! Not the place I thought it was!! And I have now come to grips with the realization there are absolutely no good imaging business left in WNY! I am only giving two stars because the ultrasound tech is fantastic!! read more

This was absolutely terrible. I waited 50 minutes past my appointment time before leaving to reschedule at Windsong, and was extremely uncomfortable. I had work after and could not wait any longer, so I left. The facility was also not very nice or comfortable and I ultimately lost confidence that I would be safe and comfortable under their care for my testing. The front desk employee was extremely kind but was also all alone and it was clear that they were understaffed. :( read more

I needed an x-ray done so I stopped here because it was a convenient location. It was quite busy so I ended up waiting about 40 minutes for a 3 minute x-ray which was a bit frustrating but it is what it is. There were several people ahead of me so it was to be expected. The front desk receptionists are a bit short and to the point but I didn't find them outright rude - just busy. The x-ray technicians were great and super friendly. The space itself is clean and the lobby has chairs spread out in the room due to COVID. Masks are still required here as of 6/10/21. read more

My experience had some peaks and valleys, but overall I would say my experience was good and I will return for further diagnostics if/when needed. The first time I called to schedule my exam, I was placed on hold for too long and had to hang up. The second time I called I got right through and could easily schedule my exam within a reasonable time frame. Once I arrived for my appointment I found the check-in process easy, with the typical amount of paperwork to be completed. The staff was polite. The waiting room was fairly spacious, the wait in the waiting room was close to an hour. Once I was called back, the test was completed quickly and the staff was again very polite and respectful. If the wait in the waiting room had been a bit shorter and if the first attempt to schedule, with being left on hold had gone better, this would be a 5-star review. read more

All I can say is WOW and I do not mean that in a positive way. It was so unreal, I truly thought this place had a secret camera and someone would pop out to say your being pranked. The front desk reception is exactly like those snoby, gum chewing, lazy stuck to the chair types you see exaggerated on TV. They do not acknowledge anyone that approaches their precious glass window, they will keep conversating with each other (you can hear everything in there so you know they aren't talking about a work thing) they goof off with each other during patient check in which is just so awkward, they prefer to let the clipboard fill up with names instead of keeping it moving with a flow. Just very crass/short with people, I work in the medical field myself and I just cannot ever imagine behaving this way or preforming my job in such a way. I was on time for my appointment, had a bull bladder like they instructed, I paid my copay and sat in the almost empty waiting room for an hour, other people started to arrive and got in right away. I finally went up to the precious window where i was not acknowledged until she felt like dealing with me, I told her I had to leave to get my children and I don't live nearby, I had been waiting over an hour, all 4 people in that office were just socializing with each other and relaxing, they look at each other like a deer in the headlight, they forgot about me! I left work early which I do not get paid time off, and I needed this imaging done in order to schedule a possible surgery for a painful medical issue, but now I have to start all over again and schedule this elsewhere after the holiday. Not only that, but I had to drive like a nascar driver to my kids with a full bladder all because people have zero work ethic or regard for other people. I am a little relieved that I was screwed over because when I was sitting there watching and listening to them, I was not comfortable with getting anything done by them, I really questioned their professionalism and was nervous to let any kind of person who would act so unprofessional in such a serious environment do something so important. The way they talk and act in front of patients is just weird, its like a bunch of school girls goofing off with each other, I am very happy for them that they all like each other and get along and have good office moral with each other, but come on, don't do that in front of people who are coming in with serious medical issues. The last thing anyone needs to hear or see when they are on a medical appointment is to see a bunch of grown woman acting so immature. I was so appalled with how this place operates I did notify the GM. I would never go back here and will tell everyone I know the same. Seriously, unless you wanted to be treated like cattle at a meat market and be forgotten for your visit, go someplace else, it is not worth it. read more

After much anxiety about the CT scan since I had never had one before, my worries were put to rest when Aladeen brought me to the exam area. He listened to me thoughtfully and explained everything every step of the way. I would not have been at ease if it were not for his expertise in IV insertion. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is I had an appointment for 12 and didn't get brought back till 1pm. Everything else about the process was perfect. read more

I am still waiting in the waiting room after 1.3/4 hours with my 97 yr old father who needs imaging done. The front desk is cold and unresponsive and appeared annoyed when I just asked (for the first time) when he will seen. I was not the only one asking the same question. He is having a Doppler and X-rays yet he is still waiting for both. I should have learned my lesson when I was here for 2.5 hours waiting with my 92 year old mother but figured it was a few years ago so things have probably changed but NOPE!!!! DO NOT COME HERE FOR IMAGING UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ENTIRE AFTERNOON TO WASTE. Even the chairs are uncomfortable and armless! Run as fast as you can in the other direction. There are a lot of other imaging places around where the front desk will treat you with respect and dignity, the wait comfortable and will be much, much less! Would not recommend at all! The office staff were not inviting or welcoming at all and actually were extremely rude. With patients coming in to rule out medical conditions, it's not the ideal situation and they do not make it any easier. They also do not do any pre screening for covid such as temperature checks or questionnaires to make sure people aren't coming in to possibly expose others. Do yourself a favor and go to windsong where they actually care about their patients. read more

I'm not loving this place. Especially the receptionists. They can be a rude bunch. The seating area is vast, which it needs to be because it's a busy place. Once back in the treatment areas the space is nice and privacy is not an issue. I have found the employees last reception to be very nice. So that's what gets them to 3 stars. My rating is based solely on my x-ray technician, Gianna. she was professional, efficient, and friendly. When I told her about my follow-up with my primary doctor on Monday, she offered to make a CD of my images to share with him in case the information was not shared in time for my visit. Gianna was the epitome of outstanding customer service. I will let other's comments about the reception staff speak for me. read more

I saw some very negative reviews on this location but I have to tell you I didn't experience that at all. I didn't have an appointment, they told it wasn't needed, I arrived at 10am and was seen and had X-rays done all by 10:40. The waiting room is about 85 degree, every once in a while the staff opens the slid glass window to deal with a patient and you can feel a nice cool breez. Pretty obvious you don't matter if you're a paying customer. Was told to arrive at 9:30 to fill out paperwork for 10:00 appointment. it took less than 5 minutes and was not called until 10:20. First time here, 100% prefer Windsong. read more

Stay as far away from this place as you can. Really. I don't have enough time to go in to everything that is so wrong with this place, but I will share some of it. First of all, block out a huge chunk of time even when you have an appointment, because you will wait in a PACKED waiting room, (even during Covid), for a very long time. No space between chairs, and half of the people in the waiting room have their masks under their nose. Even if you are here to just pick something up, you have to sign in and wait a LONG time. I had to have a CT scan done here. The equipment wasn't working properly (per the technician), which is very reassuring when we are talking about radiation...Oh, and the place is dirty. Really dirty. My GP's office waited a long time for results to be sent over. When they finally did receive the report from the Seton Imaging radiologist, it turns out it was not accurate. Long story short, a month or so later, I requested a second opionion from a knowledgeable radiologist, only to find out that the Seton Imaging radiologist completely missed the problem. I am now scheduled for long overdue surgery. Very upsetting. Before I could get the second opinion, I had to go to Seton to pick up my disk. I called ahead to make sure that this wouldn't be a problem, and I was told it would be no problem at all. I went in, and was told once again, to sign in and wait until I was called. I explained that I was just picking something up and was told in a very terse voice to just sit down and wait. This time it was standing room only. During Covid. I waited for about fifteen minutes and then I went up to the window to ask if they could take my phone number and call me in my car when it was my turn. After an obvious eye-roll, I got approval. I waited in my car for another forty-five minutes and then I went back in to see if I was even close to being called. She stated that she was just going to call me..... Meanwhile, Seton Imaging sent me a bill for the CT scan. I presented my insurance information to them when I went there for the procedure and nothing was said about it not being covered. I contacted my insurance provider after receiving the bill and they told me that Seton Imaging is not one of their covered providers....Gee, I wonder why..? My insurance provider was understanding and helped me out with this. I consider myself to be very lucky to have good insurance, and to have been able to schedule my surgery with a reputable and knowledgeable surgeon. (It's always good to end on a positive note!) My advice would be to go anywhere but here, for your imaging needs. read more

I was told to make sure I'm there an hour early to be sedated for an MRI for my neck. I also had booked an appointment to be in an open MRI. I have allot of anxiety with neck MRI do too being clamped down! I Arrived an hr Early and was not even called for 45 minutes just to fill out my paper work. Another hr they call me back to tell me the open MRI is broken and I either have to reschedule or go in the closed MRI. I opted to take sedation and do the closed. I was not coming back!!! So 3 1/2 hrs later I'm called in for my MRI. So not only was the front office staff rude(I was there a long time, the one lady was very rude to the especially the elderly customers) I ended up being there 4 hrs for an MRI I had an appointment for and was told several times to be an hr early! I will never ever step foot in this place again! read more

Whoever typed my info into their system spelled my name wrong and my phone number wrong. Apparently, I had a small copay for which they didn't bill me at the time of appointment. Since my name and phone number were wrong and I never received a bill, my copay for a few dollars was sent to collections. This is really great when you are applying for a loan. Also, apparently they were leaving messages on someone else's phone. Never in my life have a missed a payment or had anything sent to collections. I asked them to clear this up so it can be removed from my credit report, and they say they don't know how to do that. Honestly, if they can't even do simple things right, I wouldn't trust this office with medical information. read more

Terrible Experience with an Arthrogram of my shoulder. It was excruciating pain due to bad technique by Dr. Golden. An arthrogram should not be this painful. I was in tears and couldn't move my arm for 24 hours. He couldn't get the dye into my shoulder and I felt extra pain and pressure from the needle in my joint. Additionally the imaging was not clear or conclusive once it was received by my orthopedic physician as a result of this poor dye injection. They even asked me if the injector had a hard time with the dye due to the poor imaging outcome!!! No surprise!! I thought my shoulder hurt before this diagnostic testing but the pain is nothing compared to the pain after the injections by Dr Golden. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for imaging! read more

I scheduled an ultrasound here because the location is conveniently located so close to home. We arrived 20 min prior to appointment for paperwork etc....30 min after our scheduled appointment time, we were still waiting to be called back. After checking with reception about this, I was advised it was only 30 min after the appointment time like I should have expected the wait time. This is unacceptable to me as a patient, as I did not set aside my entire day for a procedure that will last 15 minutes. I did my part, so I expected them to do theirs too. Made an appointment at Seton Imaging for a test, had to schedule a couple weeks out but I was fine with that. I called the day of around 2pm to confirm, and the person I spoke with confirmed that I was in fact confirmed for 5:45pm. Drove out there and signed in only to find out that they had cancelled my appointment without notifying me. I found this out as the front desk staff talked back and forth about it as I stood there awkwardly at the window waiting to be acknowledged. All they came up with was that it was a big mystery as to how the appointment had been canceled but still confirmed. They offered to put me back on for an appointment 30 minutes after my originally scheduled time, acting as if they were doing me a huge favor, since they were "already running behind." If they aren't competent enough to manage their scheduling and at least display a modicum of customer service in the event of a screw up I think I'll go ahead and get my test done elsewhere. read more

The waiting room (including the chairs) is now *very* clean, neat and orderly, As always, the front desk and imaging personnel were pleasant, efficient, and courteous. Was told I could go back with my husband if I filled out a form. That was a lie. My husband couldn't do a MRI so the tech Sam said to ask about a c.t. scan. I am sure if the Dr wanted a c.f. scan he would have ordered it. Sam also told my husband that the open MRI would not work for him since he couldn't do the normal MRI. Never offered even to show him the open MRI to give him a opton when they had openings that afternoon. So i guess it's going to be Buffalo MRI from now on. I can go back with him and he can do the open MRI there. Not sure why they wouldn't even offer the open one at Seaton. Sam also is not a Dr and shouldn't question what the Dr ordered. read more

I have been traumatized beyond belief. Don't ever want to have to go through a medical office for anything! My doctor had to schedule an emergency CT scan b/c they thought I had a hernia. Front office advised co-pay was $200 and I said I didn't have it due to I don't walk around with $200. They had a fit and this happened in the public lobby. I told them I didn't want to discuss this in public and went around the corner. They asked me 3 times how much I could put down and I told them I couldn't right at that moment because this was an emergency. They had to bring out the Office Manager to ok me getting the procedure. The procedure took 10 minutes but I had to wait 2 1/2 hrs for the results. Again, they notified me of the results in the public lobby. Signed 3 HIPAA - what for? Also thought the place was not clean. read more

I had an after hours MRI. I was told to show up 30 minutes early (to the ER). After 45 minutes if waiting I was finally taken back. My only major complaint was that the headphones that are supposed to play music or something were playing THE MRI SOUNDS. It wasn't that I could just hear the machine, the machine sounds were being broadcast INTO my headphones. This was not my first MRI I knew what to expect. This was not normal and came very close to throwing me into a panic attack. If I ever need more imaging I will be requesting ANYWHERE but Seton. read more

Had to come here per Mash Urgent Care's request to have an ultrasound. Mash called to check their availability and they said there was a little bit of a wait but that they would able to get me seen shortly. I headed over to Seton Imaging and unfortunately had to wait just shy of two hours to be seen. When I had asked how long the wait was going to be upon arrival, they told me there was one person in a room as we spoke and one person in the waiting room. I asked if it was going to be longer than an hour and they assured me that it wouldn't be. After about an hour and a half of waiting, I noticed more and more people being called into rooms that came much later than me. I had to speak up, so I went to the front desk and asked how much longer it would be. The receptionist gave me a surprised look and than in a shocking and confused voice asked if I had gone in yet. Obviously not if I am hanging out in the waiting room. With no wi-fi and only one People magazine, the rest consisting of ESPN and GOLF magazines, I wouldn't choose to spend my afternoon hanging out in Seton Imaging waiting room for the heck of it. After making it known that I still hadn't been seen, I was shortly called into a room and was taken care of extremely well once I was. There was one technician performing my ultrasound and a student observing. The main technician was nice and thorough. I appreciated that she was taking her time performing my procedure and clearly explaining to the student why she was doing what she was doing. This made me feel comfortable that she knew what she was doing and that I was in good hands. The actual ultrasound took a little less than 15 minutes and after I was done with the test, I was told to head back to Urgent Care and await the results. The results came in very quickly, about a half hour wait, which was nothing compared to the poor woman in the waiting room who had been there for her fifth hour still waiting for her results. At the end of the day, I didn't mind waiting if it meant my technician was going to be thorough and kind. read more

I had the very best experience today. I had to have a Doppler of both legs to check on some issues. I am very over weight, have chronic pain and edema in my leg. The tables were comfortable. The hours are convenient. The place as a whole is "fat friendly" and I was very comfortable. The chairs are armless and sturdy. The table is hydraulic and comfortable for large people (I'm over 400 pounds). I was made to feel very comfortable. It was easy to get a Saturday appointment. The tech who did my procedure was FABULOUS! I highly recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful experience. read more

Absolutely no empathy or sympathy from these people. They treat you like a slab of meat. Stay away! I told them over the phone that the reason for my MRI is a severly pinched nerve in my upper back that makes laying down in a prone position painful and that I need a pillow to elevate my head. They said they provide them. Well, the padding under my head was not sufficient and the pain between my shoulder blade and spine only increased as I was stuffed in that tube. Then my left arm went numb and tricep area started aching. Then pectoral muscles started hurting. Imagine trying to stay perfectly still for 15 minutes as someone sticks a pen knife deeper and deeper into your spine, and the back of your arm feels like someone just hit it with a baseball bat. None of these clueless girls that work there seemed to give a rat's patootie. When I got out the technician told me that I had moved a bit and that I only got a partial MRI. Then she promptly turned heels and walked away. She had the demeanor of an Auschwitz commandant. Plus I had to fight with them to get a copy of my MRI on dvd. They have no people skills, and act like they can't get rid of you fast enough. Stay away. read more

First time crossing the border for quicker MRI and our experience with Seton couldn't have been better! I called a dozen clinics in Buffalo and Bev at Seton was extremely helpful from the second she picked up the phone. She was professional, prompt and went above and beyond to help our family. We called on a Wednesday, our MRI was Thursday and we had results by Friday. Amazing! read more

This is a good place to have a test done. I did have to wait in the lobby for 15-20 minutes but that is minimal compared to some of the other places around here.
