What stood out to me even more was their service recovery. There was a small item I had requested that was initially overlooked. While it was inconvenient to have to come back another day, John handled the situation the right way. He was genuinely apologetic, took full accountability, and made sure it was addressed without hesitation. That kind of ownership goes a long way. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds is what matters--and in this case, they showed professionalism and care. I left feeling respected and taken care of. I would absolutely recommend them and would use their services again.

Will that blue glare strip be at the top? The only way to find out is just to do your research, find a glass company that specializes in the older glass replacements and ask questions if you've got em (which I did). My insurance sent me to Safelite, but after reading their reviews there was no way I was going to trust them with my truck! I found Blue Chip and their amazing customer feedback online and gave them a call. Kelly answered my questions, and was humbled by my asking to switch from Safelite. The appointment was set, lobby was stocked with delicious snacks (even vegan) and drinks, and the bathroom was clean. Chris checked me in, and John checked me out when it was time to leave. Freddy did a stellar job on my truck, even grabbing me to show what the body of my truck looked like after removing the old glass (yeah, there was some rust there). He explained that while he can do his best to clean it up by grinding it, that there would be a chance in the future for leaks and would be unavoidable unless I got body work done to fix it, which I opted out of. I thanked him for his transparency. Mind you, I have a 1999 GMC Suburban, which is not perfect, but I don't mind it. Freddy showed me my glass when he was all finished and I couldn't have been happier! I met Kelly in person as I was leaving and find that he is a great business owner who really cares about his clients and their experience with his shop. This is the type of business I have no problem supporting every time, and if I need them in the future, "I'll be back".

She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. This included in the price of replacement/repair. 5 * for Prompt, Same Day, Service and Competitive Pricing.

From the first call last Monday with Debra to Jesse performing the replacement 2 days later, it was nothing short of a great experience.

I don't think there is anything I can say that every other review hasn't already said.. but this was THE BEST car window replacement I have EVER had!! (And I've had quite a few broken windshields...) The deets: From the moment you call, the process, the guidance, the kindness, the ease, the replacement, EVERYTHING went off so smooth... I was like WOW!! When you call they get your details and call your auto insurance company with you.. they know what to say, how to guide everything and prepare you for the call (as if they've done this before ) After that your insurance company sends you a link, submit some photos... and BOOM! I think the whole process of booking took less than 30 minutes. They did mention Liberty Mutual is pretty great to work with.. so I have to give them a little shoutout too!! I was scared since I had let it sit for a few weeks and from summer the cracks went from small rock hits to spiderwebs across the car.. but luckily my insurance covered EVERYTHING!! Huge blessing cuz I didn't see glass coverage on my policy. So no cost to me.. super quick and efficient.. and really friendly people!! It's not really a negative.. but these guys are so busy, plan for a few days to get it done. I called on a Saturday and they were there on a Tuesday.. so still super quick! The guy that came was fast, efficient and was in and out in no time!! They made sure to get all the details ahead of time and even asked that I take a picture of the old glass type so they could match it since I had an electronic rear view mirror. Everything works great, I can see clearly out my windows now and they did a GREAT job! Thanks again!!

If you look elsewhere good luck. Would I recommend them, hands down in a heartbeat. They fixed my fully loaded Audi Allroad, and I will be back to see them to get my other car windows tinted. I had a windshield replaced on my 2024 VW Tiguan, and the experience with the calibration afterward…read morewas extremely frustrating. The tech threatened me with physical violence and the job wasn't complete because my vehicle was too technical for them to figure out. Audio recording: https://otter.ai/u/uBov-2je6StFvu_u1iIiW6Ci3f4?utm_source=copy_url Tech arrived around 1 p.m. and we shook hands. He said he'd be done in about an hour. At 2:32 PM, the technician texted me that he was starting the dynamic calibration and was "almost done." At 2:33, I was told it would be "a few more minutes." An hour later, at 3:25, after I asked for an update, I was told the vehicle was passing the first part of the calibration but not the second. The technician continued driving my vehicle around attempting the calibration. At 3:50 PM, he sent me a photo of his diagnostic equipment showing the dynamic calibration had a fault after multiple attempts. I even remembered that I had a Progressive Snapshot device in the OBD port and suggested removing it in case it was interfering. At 4:27 PM, the technician returned, but the situation still wasn't resolved. Then at 5:07 PM, I was told he would be "heading back over shortly." By 6:05 PM -- almost an hour later -- I was still waiting and had to text again asking whether I should just call it a day. Ultimately, they were unable to successfully calibrate the ADAS/front camera, gave up on the job, returned the vehicle to me without a successful calibration, and later refunded me. I appreciate that they issued the refund, but I lost most of an afternoon and was left with a newly replaced windshield that still needs to be taken somewhere else for proper calibration. What bothered me most was the communication. I repeatedly heard "a few more minutes," "I'll tell you soon," and "heading back over shortly," while hours passed. If the calibration wasn't working, I would have much preferred to be told that directly rather than continually being given short estimates that weren't accurate. The refund was appropriate, but based on the amount of time wasted, poor communication, and the unfinished calibration, I would not use this company again. I felt like they were being dishonest and the communication was horrible.
