Great customer experience. We had Jay came out and help us with the windows estimate. He was punctual, educational and helpful.

My experience with this company was refreshing, to say the least. The entire process, from sales to installation, was about as stress free as it could get. My sales person was Zach, and installation was Yung. They came when they said, returned my calls and emails promptly, and kept in constant contact as inclement weather delayed installation on more than one occasion. They did a great job installing and cleaning up afterwards I'm very pleased with the windows and feel I got a reasonable deal. I plan to work with them later this year to replace my remaining windows. Also a shout out to their front office staff, who did a fabulous job as well. read more

Windows on Washington did not look to address our problems but looked to sell windows. They made a half-hearted attempt to address the issue but fell short due to poor communication and broken promises. Overall, poor understanding of customer needs and poor customer service from sales associate to the owner. We contacted Windows on Washington in early April 2015 to help us replace our builder grade windows that were energy inefficient and had poor performance for outside noise abatement. Our primary concern was to solve the noise pollution problem as our house is sitting close to I-395 and prevented us from having a good night's sleep. Windows on Washington was prompt in replying to our messages and quickly set up an appointment for their sales associate to come out and assess the situation. The sales associate arrived on-time and gave us a detailed presentation on windows to give us the knowledge for an informed purchase. He provided us with his recommendations for Okna windows with laminate to assist with the sound abatement. We double-checked with him to make sure this would help us with our primary concern and he assured us that it will help. Through our research, we saw that storm windows were typically a better option, but he said that we didn't need them. We asked about the sound transmission class (STC) for these windows however they were not available. Ultimately, we decided to trust his expert opinion and purchased the windows. During the whole sales process, the sales associate was prompt in answering questions and even responded past normal hours (midnight in some cases). We received the windows close to 1.5 months after the purchase. We were pleasantly surprised for the early delivery given that custom windows can take up to 2+ months to deliver. A friendly staff took a day to install the windows. The Okna windows, known more for their energy efficiency than sound abatement, performs well to keep our temperatures down in the rooms. However, expectations were not met for sound abatement. The Okna windows eliminated most of the normal car passing by noise but did not help with the low frequencies (motorcycles, buses, muscle cars). In our opinion, the normal car noises were eliminated by the Okna windows more so by a well-sealed window versus the actual window itself. We were frustrated by the performance that is part unrealistic expectations and poor research on our end and part overselling of the sound abatement quality for these windows. The staff that came in to install the windows offhandedly mentioned that laminate performance is oversold for sound abatement. In the end, we decided to chalk it up to our poor judgement and did not pursue any recourse. A few weeks later, we received an email to provide feedback. We gave an honest review that showed our dissatisfaction. We were promptly called by the owner who wanted to schedule a meeting to try to take care of us. The owner came to our house and showed understanding for our frustration. He recommended storm windows, which we were persuaded not to get from the sales associate. He said that he would provide us a favorable deal to get these windows installed. At this point, we were already at our budget for these windows and would need extraordinary terms to make it work. He assured us that he will get the price where we need it to be and will follow-up with a quote within a week. We waited less than a week and followed-up to ask about the progress with the quote. He did not answer his phone calls but several days later emailed and said he was waiting on information from some people. After this email, we have not received any communication from him. We called him and called Windows on Washington several times in a two week time frame and have not received a response. At this point, we decided that this is not worth our effort and accepted the loss. We plan to go with another windows firm that has experience with sound abatement. This has been a difficult process and we caution others to beware. Our case might be the exception but we personally will not recommend to others. read more

Put in a quote request, never got contacted. I guess they don't want the business.

If you need windows replaced in your home, get a few estimates, but MAKE SURE you have Windows on Washington DO THE WORK! I'm one of those people who researches everything before making a decision to spend a significant amount of money, and I'm able to do most DIY homeowner projects, so I have a pretty good grasp of what's involved in home renovation. I've also been in the process of renovating our 1953 Tudor-style home for almost two years after having had a french drain system put in our basement to deal with water incursion. I've done some of the work myself and had several different contractors do some of the more complicated work. I am so thankful that I came across Windows on Washington on Yelp. I actually backed into finding them as I had decided after much research on window manufacturers that Okna windows were going to be best for our house. I searched for installers in the area and came across the reviews on WoW after having received estimates from a variety of other window manufacturers and installers. I had 39 windows installed in place of our old steel-framed windows. Some are the high-end vinyl and others are the composite Starmark line with a stainable interior finish (for two rooms in the house that have wood paneled walls). I watched every step of the installation and couldn't be more pleased. Anyone who has done any research on window replacement knows that the most critical factor is the installation. Jose and his crew did an absolutely fabulous job of installation - from ensuring that there was not one bit of air leekage between the window frame and the house, to the the aesthetics of the interior and exterior trim and caulking. I have no fear that my windows are absolutely sealed from any water incursions. And they look terrific! WoW President Eric Novotny and his team made several visits to my house before the windows were ordered to make sure they could get the best fit with the maximum amount of visible glass area - no small feat in a house this old (and one of the window frames was out of square!). WoW has two window installation teams that have been with the company for years - no surprise on the day of the job when the individual you hired brings in a bunch of day-laborers, gives them a few directions and then disappears. The exterior of my house is stone, brick, stucco, and wood, and the interior is plaster - none of which are very forgiving. Nor were the windows easy configurations - three of them were large bays with multiple individual window units. But it was no problem for Jose and his crew. They are perfectionists! What few minor dings that were made in the plaster during installation were swiftly repaired. They cleaned up their work space continually, and were very respectful of the rest of the house. Jose was on the job-site the entire time working himself, but also overseeing every aspect of the work being done by his crew. From start to finish the whole team at WoW aimed to please. if you called or emailed to ask a question, someone responded within a day, and most of the time, much sooner. Every question was answered in a straighforward manner, and there were no "games" on pricing where you got one price if you made a decision within a week, and a higher price if you waited, as one prominent window company does. Much of the pricing on windows is driven by features that you want (e.g., composite, stainable interiors, obscure glass, custom exterior color, etc.) so its hard to do an "apples to apples" comparison. I am confident that while I don't have a household name attached to my windows I got a much better performing window, that looks fantastic, at a fair price, and was installed by a team that can't be beat. When you're investing the kind of money we knew we were going to have to spend to have our windows replaced you want to have confidence that not only will the windows look great, you won't have any problems with them in the future. I am confident that I got the best installation job anyone could possibly do, and if I have problems in the future, WoW will be there to stand behind their work. I will certainly use them in the future on other projects and most definitely recommend you do the same. read more

Just an all-around excellent experience from sales to installation to financing. We were looking to replace all windows for a rental property so we weren't looking for top-of-the-line. We had a couple of companies come out and Brandon from WoW was the only one to tailor the sales to our needs. Others just ignored what we wanted and barreled ahead with their practiced sales routine. For example, Anderson came in hot and heavy (demanded that both my wife and I be present for the pitch) and offered up a quote for high-end windows that was three times what WoW was offering. Windows were delivered as promised. Installation was easy to schedule; they showed up on time, installed all windows without any issues, and kept the rental unit tidy. Highly recommended. read more

We have had the best possible experience with Windows on Washington. They replaced all of our windows and in a separate project installed a new front door, storm door and shutters. We have worked with Zach both times and he is amazing: friendly, professional, knowledgeable and NOT pushy! We told him upfront what our budget was and he worked with us to find the best window and door options for our needs. We really appreciate his honest and expert advice. We have been extremely impressed by the professionalism, communication, and high quality work of Zach, Julia in the main office, Young the installation leader (sorry if I'm spelling his name wrong!) and the entire WoW team. They clearly care about doing a great job and even take extra steps to make sure our home is left sparkling when the job is complete. Having the new windows and doors completely transforms our home and has made it more comfortable and energy-efficient along with looking spectacular. If you can't already tell, we HIGHLY recommend giving them a call! read more

I recently contacted WoW for some maintenance/upgrades on my home. What a pleasant surprise! Everyone I had contact with from start to finish was extremely nice and knowledgeable. This is not usually the case in contractors and especially not in window, siding and roof replacement and repair. Let me give a little background info. I am a busy single parent, and I work way too many hours. Eating food that requires utensils is a big win for me most days, and so basic upkeep on my home is lax at best. (Sorry neighbors.) It finally got to the point that it was unavoidable, and I needed help with siding, roof, and windows. I began the painful process of setting up appointments to get estimates. I had a variety of experiences - rude/disinterested appointment scheduling, poor communication, estimators that were late, a no-show, and a one that was an hour EARLY and annoyed because I wasn't home. Granted there were a few that got it right. The prices and advice I got also ran the gamut. The siding is fine, the roof is going to cave any day. The roof is fine, the siding is bad. The only universal answer I got was that my windows were crap. (Yay, sort of?) The whole process is overwhelming. I don't know much about this stuff, and felt that I was at a huge disadvantage in knowing what to do. I had narrowed it down to 2, companies when a friend recommended Eric at Wow. I gave them a call, and am so glad I did. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and never once tried to upsell or pressure me. He gave me my options and the prices for them, and his highest estimates were about the same as the other's lowest price. Not only that, but he explained HOW each option was priced - what I was actually getting for my $$. This helped immensely in making a responsible, informed decision. The best part is that I never felt like I was being sold anything. I was being helped. There is a HUGE difference. My home is my biggest asset, and Eric and Windows on Washington has been instrumental in helping me protect my investment. Thank you. Now if they would just start doing landscaping and taxes, I would be set. ;) read more

I had a very positive experience with this company. They replaced all of the windows in my house, and were extremely well organized and efficient. I was worried that this would be disruptive and messy, but it was completely turn-key-when I got home, everything has been done perfectly and there was no mess at all. When there was a slight miscommunication about one of the windows, they were extremely helpful and understanding, even after I had paid. I highly recommend them. read more

After dealing with a very cheesy sales call from Thompson Creek and a fine but overpriced estimate from Andersen windows, my husband and I decided to go with Windows on Washington to replace 11 windows in our home. We chose the Okna 800 series and this estimate was a good $3,000 less than the other two companies; we were even able to upgrade to some nice hardware on our first floor windows. The team that came to our house was able to deal with the lead paint (to be expected when your home is over 100 years old) and installed the windows in one day. When I followed up with the accounting team to ask that they remove 2 items from the final bill that actually were done by our handyman, they removed these items with no problem and sent us a revised final bill. I would highly recommend this company... we love our new windows! read more

I had a horrible experience with this company in March 2011. They were not honest with me on several occasions; it appeared the left hand didn't know what the right hand was saying/doing and neither bothered to check with the other; the foreman arrived to start the work three hours late,an installer damaged my property. There were too many issues getting three windows installed at my house for me to be able to recommend this company to anyone or for me to use them again. Each time they tried to make the situation right, they made it worse. Six months later, I still remember it very vividly and don't trust them one bit. The OKNA windows appear to be great quality, the rooms that have the new windows are basically soundproof but the drama I had to deal with to get them installed is not worth dealing with this company again. read more

We recently had our windows replaced with Windows on Washington, they did a fantastic job. They were very easy to deal with. We had had a number of high stress sales pitches for windows. We knew what we wanted and didn't want to deal with anymore sales pitches. The sales guy was very easy to talk to, gave us what we were looking for and the whole process was so much easier. From the scheduling to the installation, everything went very smoothly. The installers did a great job. Our windows are great. We will be calling them again soon. read more

We had 19 windows replaced on our 1940's colonial. Eric and his crew did a wonderful job. Before we selected Windows on Washington, we got quotes from a number of other places, but after meeting with Eric, we were sold. Update -- It pains me to update my review, but WoW seems to have lost what made it special in the past couple years. Like another reviewer said, they've been completely unresponsive to me and have dragged out a simple quote over 6 weeks (and I still don't have it). They used to be exceptionally responsive, focused on my needs, and communicated everything to make my comfortable. That has changed and it takes nearly 10 emails/calls to get a response and then they only apologize and then promise by a new day (and then miss that date too). I told them I had urgency to get the project underway and even was sole-sourcing the work to them without other quotes, but they still have repeatedly missed dates and been unresponsive. I wish the old WoW still existed, but it doesn't. Written on 11/16/2012 -- I had Eric to the house and he was outstanding. He took a rigorous approach to identifying the problem (3 other companies couldn't figure it out) and then took extra time to walk me through how to resolve the issue. Moreover, his recommendation was something simple and cheap. He could have pushed for his team to do a bunch of work (like many other companies), but he didn't. I couldn't recommend him more highly. read more

Where to begin? We started this process in May and interviewed 6 different ROOF Installers of the METAL STANDING SEAM ROOF. After paring them down to 2, I received a call from Eric of Windows on Washington, we had spoken before but I had forgotten. First I guess I should say what was planned. New METAL ROOF and the side porch and back porch railings installed, the side porch was done by another contractor. I won't go into the other companies, but will say they are in the surrounding area and the final 3 were are excellent in their estimates and explaining what was going on. When Eric came out for the estimate, I was blown away by his knowledge and his help. He brought up that the metal siding we had would end up looking bad against the Metal Roof. I said siding wasn't in the budget, but he gave me a great estimate so now it is, We then asked about windows seeing that we had 2 already replaced and 5 to go, I was hoping for 3 but again Eric gave me an excellent estimate so this project has grown to also including Shutters, Gutters, Downspouts and sealant on my Chimney! The material used for the roof was 24 gauge pacific blue by Englert and it looks great. Carlos and his crew worked to get a the 2 roofs off plus 3 roofs worth of nails. Amazing job they did. The roof turned out not to be plywood but 1x6 boards and a bunch had to be replaced. One area at the back door had been rotted out for years, long before we purchased the house in '09. I enjoyed watching the metal being cut to size and then locked in place by the little machine that moves up and down and locks the seams in place. The new Siding is a 100% improvement over the over metal siding and the windows and shutters all look great. Each crew that installed they work did so in a gracious and courteous manner. The Window crew made sure that all was cleaned up, the 5 windows were installed in less than 5 hours. Eric knows how this almost became a comedy or errors, with certain folks watching our every move, but all turned out great in the end. The final piece was dependant on Potomac Edison as the old Power service to the house was too close for comfort to install the final metal roof sheet. P.E. showed up as planned and worked with Eric and Carlos to get together to get it done. Let me say here that it is extremely hard to get Potomac ED or any Utility to be on time and to do so with the contractor. The final metal sheet was installed and the next Day P.E. even came back with 3 trucks and 7 workers to put in a new service to the house. A bit much I thought, but it didn't cost me anything! Finally I have been in touch with Eric over the final invoice and let me say that I have never encountered any company that will work on the payment as much as Eric has. He went up and above the call of duty for us. We are super satisfied with the cost of what I consider the largest rehab of any house we have ever owned. We have received an untold number of comments about the new roof and who installed it and so forth, so I believe Eric and his crew will return to WV sooner rather than later. The last day everyone pitched in to help clean up around the house and a fine job of cleaning they did. Each day they worked from Sunup to Sundown and I never heard a complaint. I must write about the one early morning when the roof was off and not covered as a huge series of thunderstorms approached the area. This was at 6:30am and I was getting a bit worried, when at 6:40am Carlos and his crew appeared like rescue workers and covered the roof before the storms hit and they were huge. That was something to watch and we were ever so thankful they showed up. Heavy Rain and NO roof is not a good combination. In closing I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any project and if anyone would like to see their work I have a complete history in photo's I took of my projects. Congratulation Windows on Washington, Eric and Carlos and the rest for an excellent job well done! read more

I can't believe there are not more reviews for WoW!? I had 13 double hungs, 2 sliding glass doors, and a bay window replaced in my home back in December 2011. The company is a class act: friendly, good, honest pricing, & no pressure estimate. Okna makes high quality windows and sliders once you compare their specs to other companies. The installation went smooth and I had no complaints. Overall, as an engineer and house DIYer, I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish. I highly recommend WoW and will inquire with them again when I look to replace my roof and front door. read more

We used Windows on Washington to add a window to one of the rooms. Greg the Sales person was nice and professional but was going to put us through 170 slide power point presentation and we had to stop him on page number 2. We did not have time for 170 slides and it is a bit excessive for a window purchase. The price was reasonable. Email communications for measurement and installation were clear and efficient. The contractor they use Jose and his team - were professional and experienced. The final product was great. They were able to 95% match the other window from inside and outside. If we want to open more windows in the house we will definitely go to WOW. read more

Eric has given great advice on purchasing replacement windows. Would do business with him anytime. Thanks again Frank

If I lived in the area, I would hire this company to install screens on our windows. As I live in NYC, I am giving 4 stars since they didn't actually do the work for us. However, the owner, Eric Novotny, gave me invaluable advice. We have had a long and arduous renovation of our apartment in NYC, where it seems that everyone charges an arm and a leg. I posted a question on a home renovation site looking for experts to view some photos of our German-made tilt and turn windows and weigh in on whether it would be possible to get screens made for them (the company that services the windows and originally installed them many years ago for the previous owner refuses to put screens on.) Eric replied via the message boards and even wrote me off-list to give some price guidance to make sure I would not get ripped off. Considering he knew that I would not be a customer given the geographic distance, I think this speaks well of him and his desire to just be fair and decent. If we lived in the Washington DC area, I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company. read more

We were impressed with every stage of our project with Windows on Washington. Brandon's initial visit to discuss our requirements was informative and helpful. When we changed out minds later regarding a couple of the options (but before the order was processed), the company easily accepted our changes. There wasn't a hard sales pitch to buy beyond what we wanted or need, and I appreciate that. Joong who did the measurements and led the crew on installation day, did a very thorough job to anticipate the quirks of our old windows. Customer service did a good job communicating with us during the project--from discussing the timeline to what to expect and how to prepare for the installation. And when the crew came to do the actual installation, they didn't promise to complete the work faster than what was required--indeed, in our case they were done earlier than anticipated since we had actually done the recommended preparations. And we have been very happy with the result. I highly recommend this company! read more

An amazing job and overall experience! Initial meeting with Greg was very professional! He was kind, and most importantly, patient. Everyone seemed to be always on top of things; even when being very busy. I really appreciate the 2am emails and replies. Julia, at the main office was very responsive and alert regarding what was going on with my order. I really appreciate the quick replies to all my questions and concerns. During installation, Joon and his crew were fantastic! I really appreciate how punctual everyone was. They were exactly on time. And they finished exactly on time; quite impressive! Joon was most diligent, considerate and thoughtful. I feel like he went the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Based on my experience, I really admire his work ethic and character. In August of 2015, we called several window contractors to replace 24 wood single pane windows with vinyl double pane windows. The last person we spoke with was Greg of Windows on Washington. With Greg being the third person we spoke with, we were fairly tired of presentations which Greg immediately recognized and focused on his recommendations and why. We were impressed with his sales approach and even more impressed with the OKNA windows he recommended. We signed the contract and were told exactly what the next steps would be. First we would have the windows measured, then they would be ordered and once they were received, installation would occur. Seems simple enough. The difference with WoW is that everything occurred exactly as outlined and within the expected timeframes. We were informed of the status every step of the way and WoW answered every question we had. Finally the day of installation arrived. This could not have been a more professional crew. They installed all 24 windows in 6.5 hours, had the work area completely cleaned up, everything packed and were on their way. But first, they cleaned every window, took the time to demonstrate the window functions and provided instructions on what we should and more importantly, not do for the first 48 hours. Needless to say, every window looks absolutely awesome and functions perfectly. We have a fairly large home and even with this wintry weather and an all electric home, our monthly bill has not exceeded $300.00. We would highly recommend WoW for window replacement. We have some more windows and doors to replace and will be calling WoW when we are ready. Mike & Debi read more

11/7/19 - Fantastic news! WoW has finally fixed our back screen door. The owner of the company personally called us to apologize for the situation and reassured me that he was personally taking care of it himself. Within a week, Joon showed up just this past Saturday and we now have a perfectly working screen door. Yes, part of our experience was not entirely great. But the fact that the owner of the company went out of his way to talk to me and was true to his word and made sure to fix our issue asap, goes a long way. We also received email updates from Gretchen every step of the way that was very much appreciated. I now have no problem recommending Windows of Washington to all my friends and family. read more

We evaluated offers from several local and well-regarded roofing and window companies before ultimately choosing to go with Windows on Washington. Although we opted to only have our roof replaced - and not our windows - at this time - we would not hesitate to hire WoW again. In my opinion, the main factor that sets WoW apart from their competition is that their employees are very knowledgeable, skilled, and take their jobs seriously. We learned things about our roof, original windows, and suggestions/recommendations that no other contractor had bothered to notice or mention. For example, the WoW sales manager (Brandon) recommended that they install a cricket water divert-er around our chimney that has caused water leaks in the past. No other contractor had ever mentioned or suggested such a thing. When I researched the divert-er on my own time, I realized that it would very likely solve our problem for many years to come. We also felt that Brandon did not try to oversell or push upgrades to our roof or windows that were not really needed and communicated with us in a respectful and timely manner during the sales phase of our discussions. In addition, communication between sales, administrative, and project management staff was flawless and we received several emails and phone calls advising us on what would happen next, when our roof installation would be scheduled, and so forth. After the job was completed to our satisfaction (the roof looks great) we received a very professional letter in the mail with referral cards should we be interested in recommending them to friends, etc. We were very impressed with WoW and would absolutely hire them to install our windows within the next couple of years. read more

If you live in the DMV area and are looking to replace or construct windows, you can end your search here. I'm so grateful for Yelp because I would have chosen a big name (national) company and made a mistake had I not stumbled upon WoW reviews here. Anyone looking to have work done on their home should check ALL review sites (Yelp, Angie's List, BBB) and make sure to read the negative reviews. Of course, there will almost always be negative reviews, but the nature of the complaints are important to note. From the beginning, WoW gave us the peace of mind we were looking for. Each time they came out, they impressed us with their professionalism and commitment to doing things right. Our project was especially challenging as it involved new window construction, and the designs were our own. WoW ended up coming out twice to take measurements and review the design before ordering the windows. Yes, the process did take time, but good things come to those who wait. We greatly appreciated that the owner, Eric, and the installer, Jose, both came out for the second appointment to review the measurements and design. This is not to say there weren't a couple of glitches along the way, but this is expected. However, when there was an issue, it was handled immediately and professionally. Eric himself kept in touch throughout the installation to make sure that we were satisfied with the progress. Jose, the installer, was meticulous in his work and clearly takes pride in a job well done. And despite the nature of the project (cutting through drywall, wood, and siding), they left no damage behind to any of the flooring or walls and did a great job cleaning up. Amazingly, they completed the project in two days. The quality of the work is outstanding, and I would not hesitate to hire WoW again in the future. My only advice is for those interested in new window construction-- make sure that your measurements account for the window casing and trim! read more

These guys were fantastic! The quoted price was exact. They did a phenomenal job on the installation, taking super extra care to make sure everything was perfectly level, double insulating inside and out, adding aluminum to make sure there were no ugly spaces and that it matched my trim, and perfectly preserving both my stucco exterior and my painted sills. Plus the okna windows- the builder's grade is rated higher than the highest grade of home depot! Plus they were friendly and professional. You could tell the installers care about their craft. They even pointed out to me what a crappy install job some of my neighbors had and explained how they were doing things differently. I have never been so pleased with a home imrpovement project. read more

I would highly recommend using Windows On Washington!! We also got quotes from Anderson and Thompson Creek but the choice was so easy to go with WoW. They were half the price but as far as we can see, the window quality is just as high quality as the others and even more attractive (the previous owners replaced half the original windows with Anderson, leaving us to do the other half). They were also extremely pleasant to work with and incredibly responsive throughout. Our windows look great and we have already saved money on heating. The entire process was so easy and they were very helpful with getting our paperwork ready for the HOA. We are definitely lifetime customers! read more

We needed help purchasing screens for our windows, and called "Windows on Washington." Eric called me back in 20 minutes, and told me exactly what to do. He was not even going to get a penny out of this job because it was not the kind of job that his company does, but he spent 10 minutes with me on the phone telling me where to look for the window decal, how to contact the manufacturer, and the information to provide them with, so we could get our screen windows. We worked with Zach Wince from Windows on Washington two years ago to replace several damaged and outdated windows when we first moved into our home. He recommended we replace two windows in our kitchen with one large window, which ultimately both saved us money and improved the view out the window. Zach and the whole Windows on Washington team were great to work with. Everyone was professional and efficient. We were very impressed at how smooth the quote, measurement, billing, and installation processes were. So impressed in fact that when we decided it was time to replace more of the original windows, we called Windows on Washington again and signed a contract on the spot with Zach. read more

My wife called a few different companies for some shingles repair on our roof but their phone quotes were outrageous. I decided to call and found great reviews for Windows over Washington. WoW was prompt to return our call. Gretchen was courteous and sweet and funny, and we went ahead with scheduling a technician to come out and give us an estimate. Emmanuel came and was superb-- not only did he come on time, he came and spoke with me about what I thought we needed, and he even agreed to include some extra work ( securing our shutters back on the walls)-- All for a price that I thought was more than reasonable -- especially compared to the other ones I received. Received my invoice in email from Tanya, but had to call her as the home address was wrong and it did not include the securing of our shutters. ( Needed to submit the invoice to new owners as contigency of the sale). Tanya was very helpful in fixing the invoice and re-sending it out to me. Overall, everyone was really nice and helpful, great work. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs in the home. read more
