i hired this company using recommendation from my friend. I called the company employee named Igor, and immediately he drove to my location, made measurements in my condo for windows and patio door retrofit. Same day, he sent me email with proposal, and we excepted it, and I would never regret it. 3 weeks later, he called us, and said that our windows have been manufactured, and it in transit to the "Windows Station". He assigned time for us: next Wednesday, 9:00 AM. The crew arrived exactly that day and time, and this fact itself pretty amazing! The members of the crew, Misha and Sergei, did excellent job! Super clean, super accurate, and extremely nice and polite, they finish the job in one day, cleaned our condo to the crispy clean condition, cleaned up every spot which they used as staging areas, with minimum noise. They were considered our condominium rules, to avoid any inconvenience to neighbors. After everything was done, they checked their job again, and gave us useful advices how to treat our new beauty. Window Station Inc goes above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction! I've been putting off my house repairs for years and I will admit I took way too long to repair my glass door. I called for estimates and Window Station had the best deal. Vadim came to give me an actual quote and gave suggestions as to the best products to fit my needs(and bank account). Appointment was set and door was ordered with Vadim I felt comfortable and nice. He had patience with my questions and concerns. Five stars for Vadim Then came the installation...how embarrassing. The moisture had rotted everything and I had to have (new construction, Vadim had explained). I had two very nice guys come in, Sergei and Misha. Guys really appreciate the work you did on our home. We had 15 windows and 3 patio doors replaced by Window Station , many of the windows were custom arched windows. Vadim was great - went through some serious grilling from my wife. If you can believe it he was he third company she called. Wow, what a great experience. I contacted Window Station based on the Yelp reviews and could not be more impressed. We have a couple issues with our casement windows: three panes became cloudy over the last couple years due to improper installation by the builder and one window would not close because of a problem with the crank. I initially contacted another company which sent out a rep. who said the windows needed to be replaced and quoted around $1,000. Vadim from Window Station showed up on time and immediately knew the window manufacturer, the cause of the problem and the fact that the windows have a lifetime guarantee. He then walked me through placing a service call on the manufacturer's site! This guy is amazing. He easily could have taken on the job himself and charged me for it. I had 21 old windows in my house and was postponing to replace these because I was afraid of the construction mess and high cost. I finally contacted couple companies and took estimates from them. This window company gave me the lowest estimate and considering the amount of windows I need I choose them. Didn't regret ever. This guys did a really good job. We used Window Station to replace all the windows in our 1960s home in Glen Park about 4 years ago. Since that time, we've had leaks coming in from 2-3 windows EVERY TIME IT RAINS. Initially, window station was very responsive, coming out to check on the cause of the leaks. They re-caulked the leaking windows - but they were never able to stop the leaks. We have had them out at least 6 times since installation. The last time they were out they said they could not see any reason the windows would be leaking and suggested it may be a problem with water coming in through our roof or some other area, not the windows. The leaking windows are on the bottom floor of a 2-story house and the exact windows one floor up do not leak. They suggested I hire a home inspector that specializes in water proofing and detection and provided a referral of someone I could call. When the inspector came out he said it was absolutely the windows. He said the installation of the windows was of a VERY poor quality and asked me if I had used a legitimate window company for the work. His report showed photos and videos using a drone from the outside (the area is otherwise difficult to access) and for the first time I could see up close the workmanship on the outside. Much of the caulk was cracking or there were large gaps where water was likely coming in. He also said they did not use the proper type of caulk and that the caulk would likely not hold up to the elements. He also said it was obvious to him they installed the windows from the inside of the house and didn't use scaffolding, which makes it hard to see what you are doing to do a thorough job with the caulk. I am really surprised that a company responsible for installing windows would use the wrong caulk and do such a poor job with weather proofing the windows they install. I have zero desire to continue to engage with Window Station as they have shown they are unable to correct this situation. I now need to figure out if I have to replace those windows, or at a minimum have them re-caulked. Meanwhile, it's raining and I am running from window to window to replace the towels we put there to protect our floors. read more

Just want to start out how professional this company was. Amazing work done. The setup was great because they were replacing my sliding glass door that led to my kitchen and they did everything possible to make sure no dust or any garbage was flying into my kitchen byt taping up the entire area. They also went above and beyond what they were hired to do by fixing certain areas of dry rot I had and using brand new wood. Update: Vadim Called me the second I'd posted about problems below here on Yelp: Without asking, He paid me money for my time cleaning up nails the crew had left, and the same day inspected our house and sent crew in to repair our dinged walls. He was super nice and really wants to make everything perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and didn't try to make excuses or do anything but work to make us happy. I would certainly order more windows from Vadim knowing that we'll get the best price and he'll make sure everything is spot on. ---------- Pros: they had great rates on Milgaurd windows And when it came to install, a big crew. Cons: Crew left over 59 nails and screws in front of our house for me to pick up ( and we have a toddler ). Additionally, they left a bunch of trash and cigarette butts out front; didn't even bother sweeping up when they finished the job, and they busted up our walls installing our windows. It also took months for these guys to return our calls / get back to us about our order and their receptionist is super rude. read more

I just had a sliding glass door with a pet door installed in my home. Ulysee came by and, in a single morning, cut out the old, aluminum slider, installed the new door, caulking and sealing all the work professionally. He even installed a nice interior trim around the door and puttied the holes and caulked it before he left which is great, because I am about to paint that room and it saved me time. The quality of the door seems very high, especially for the price. It slides easily, and the sliding door has a nice track and weather striping that looks superior to other doors I looked at. Even though we had an unusual dimension, and needed a pet door, Ulysee walked me through the whole process from the estimate to designing the way we wanted the door to open and where to put the doggy door. We feel we got an incredibly good value, and of course, I consider Ulysee a friend. I would certainly use Window Station for any other window work in the future. read more
