First, I just want to point out that any review under 5 stars here has not actually used AAA windows service. I needed to replace all the windows in our house which I knew was going to be a big expense, Vlad was able to give me an estimate range per window before he came out which other people refused to do. His quote was BYFAR the most competitive price of anyone we have talked to. When Vlad came out he took measurements and talked to me about options and to my surprise not once did he try to upsell me on anything I didnt need. For me that is an automatic trustworthy partner. He gave me the final quote the next day which again, was very reasonably priced considering the fact that most construction people have raised their prices 10x in the past few years. Vlad explained that with supply chain issues it could be up to 2 month waiting for our windows to come in (this used to be a couple weeks) so we were prepared for the long wait-- this is also industry standard now other companies I contacted had the same if not longer wait times Vlad called me the day the windows came in and his partner Boris started the next day. Boris was efficient and allowed me to work in peace in my office the 3 days he was here. My dog loved him and he really didn't need anything from me besides unlocking the door to let him in. At the end of each day (3 days for 18 window install) he left the house tidy. He showed up on time and I felt comfortable being able to leave him for a few hours here and there while I ran errands. I contacted this "business" a few weeks ago. The phone was answered by a woman who was apparently running errands. Since I had been shopping for windows for several weeks prior, I knew what I wanted and knew I could get them from a local supplier, so I asked if they would install windows I bought myself. She answered NO, and I could tell that her interest began to wane at that point. I told he I had not bought the windows, but had a particular brand in mind, which she described as cheap. She asked how many windows I wanted installed (5) and then said she was busy and could I text her my number and she would set up an appointment. I texted my number that day with a reminder of the call, but never heard back. Apparently they were not interested in installing 5 'cheap' windows. read more

I barely wrote reviews, but I think AAA Windows deserve 5 stars. Me and my husband contacted couple of window companies but AAA is the very price friendly with prompt reply and great communication. Most importantly, the job they did is awesome. We had couple of windows installed by seller agent, and obviously the work AAA done is way better than those. They new installed window are secured carefully with "gel"(I don't know the name), and it looks neat and beautiful. The measurement and installation is pretty smooth, and the guy who came to install it even help us fix shade of old patio door, which we never gonna figure out by ourselves. When I needed to replace some oversized and significant amount of windows in my home, I got several estimates. I knew I wanted to go with AAA Windows because my dad had used them recently and had nothing but good things to say. But I have a rule - get at least three estimates before you choose any one vendor. So I did just that. A lot of these vendors come to your house and give you this long-winded pitch about the value of double pane windows, giving you this demonstration of a heat lamp trying to get through double pane glass and how efficient their panes are. Frankly, it gets annoying by the second time. I think Anderson Windows were here for about an hour and a half with an outrageous estimate! When AAA Windows showed up (on time), they spared me the long, tedious, sales process. Vlad just went around my home and took measurements very efficiently. He assured me that the RFA factor on their windows are consistent with other vendors so there really is no need to bring out the heat lamp in the double pane glass example. This was refreshing as he was in and out of my home in about 30 minutes, informing me that within a couple of days he would email me the estimate. So two days later, the estimate came in and it ended up being less than half the quote from the other vendors. In addition, his estimate included a couple of extra windows that I added after the fact. I compared the quality of windows they were going to use, which were Simonton 7300 series. They look great! Luckily, I had the advantage of knowing that he already did quality work because my dad had used him in the past. When the job was finished I was able to confirm the quality of the work. All of his workers have decades of experience. The windows in my homes are not square and have significant gaps in them. I was concerned that after the installation you would notice these gaps and it would look amateurish. Nothing could be further from the truth. The end result was beautiful. The cost savings were significant. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to anybody else. read more

They offered us the best price by far and the quality of the work was good. They reused materials from our existing windows for the install (trim work, etc). For the most part it is not noticeable, but in a couple of places it is (not smooth where there are existing nail holes ). If you are fitting new windows into an older home, you might want to see if you can coordinate with them about material/wood pieces around the windows, especially where the latex seal gets applied. Overall, for us, it was a huge improvement from what we had and we are happy the results. read more

The did all my custom sized windows and custom patio doors in SSF. 8 windows and 2 huge patio doors. Only one guy came to do the installation and he did the entire job on his own in 2 days!! I knew I was going to sell my home eventually so I told Vlad that I wanted to do this as cheaply as possible. Vlad got me some generic, no name, contractor special, windows and patio doors custom made and I tell you the quality was superb! The features and functions including the security locks and partial open mechanisms were top notch. The windows and patio doors performed great and kept my place nice and toasty. I don't know how he did it but he delivered an amazing product at a price that was 1/4 of the other estimates. Given the city guidelines, we had to replace our old single paned wooden windows with double paned wooden windows in order to retain the look (or charm) of the building. In the end I selected AAA Windows not only because they were the best priced, but Vlad was very professional, seemed like a nice guy and he really pays attention to detail. It took about 3-4 weeks to deliver the windows. They coordinated the installation process with my schedule. They made sure to clean up after each day. The windows come primed, so I had my painters come after installation to paint the windows. Vlad was courteous enough to point out that my painters had re-installed the windows incorrectly after painting. He took time out of his day to stop by and fix the problem. I was promised several times to get a call back to arrange an appointment, then to reschedule appointment, finally they just disappeared. Nobody ever called me back to reschedule the appointment.
