7 hours respond? 95% respond rate? it seems that I am in this 5% that never got an answer or an appointment! I was promised several times to get a call back to arrange an appointment, then to reschedule appointment, finally they just disappeared. Nobody ever called me back to reschedule the appointment. It took more than two weeks for this back and forth. Considering that I explained to them that I have an urgent situation; it doesn't look that the people in this company are reliable and responsible. read more

I needed to replace 9 windows and a patio door in my house. They were old aluminum windows and in bad shape. I received many quotes from well regarded companies, some really cheap and some very expensive. Vlad from AAA Windows came to my house and explained options very well. We decided to enlarge one window to get better light. Vlad delivered a very competitive quote and within 3 weeks the windows were installed. Vlad's install crew was very courteous and worked very cleanly. My new Simonton windows do a great job, my house is much less drafty and much more comfortable to live in. All in all it was a very positive experience working with Vlad and his crew. read more

The experience of working with owner Vlad and installer Boris was very satisfactory. They installed 13 Simonton DaylightMax vinyl casement windows. Of the 10 window provider-installers that I consulted, Vlad was the most knowledgeable, and among the most cooperative and helpful. He answered my many questions patiently, thoroughly, and promptly. He also gave helpful objective advice. I noted that AAA Window 4 Less received complimentary online reviews. Also, my next-door neighbor reported their good experience with the company. Vlad assessed and measured quickly, and promptly thereafter provided his price quote. For all of these reasons, I contracted with him. I was not disappointed. Boris's installation, assisted by Vlad, was done with professional precision and competence, and quickly. An added bonus was that Vlad's price was the lowest of the quotes I received. read more

My experience with AAA windows 4 less has been great! And if I ever need more windows, they will be my go-to guys. I've initially evaluated a few options including AAA windows and settled for them. Their sales rep Chuck came across as very honest and trustworthy and their price were competitive as well. Once the windows ordered, their crew came and installed all our 7 windows/doors in less than couple of days. The windows were installed professionally and that became apparent in our subsequent utility bills with close to 50% savings on a average. I was impressed by the immediate results! After a few months some small adjustments were needed and AAA windows promptly followed up, no questions asked, and addressed my concerns. I was doubly impressed! These folks know something about service recovery! Great job overall! read more

I recently had to have 6 windows replaced in my condo and Vlad and team did an excellent job. He was timely and responsive in his customer service and the price was unbeatable. The work was done on time and the new windows look great. The work area was kept clean and the job was finished ahead of schedule. I need additional windows replaced and I'm turning to Vlad again for help, highly recommended. read more

This is my first time having double-pane windows in my house, and I absolutely LOVE it! Thanks to Vlad and his amazing team, they were able to get the job done in a timely manner while exceeding my expectations. I would recommended this company to everyone! read more

I wouldn't hesitate to refer AAA Windows 4 Less. I found the team to be reliable and professional beginning with the price quote, measurements, delivery, to the final 2-day installation. And they offered very reasonable prices for the retrofit windows I needed in my Foster City townhome. read more

First time shopping for windows by myself. I had 3 quotes from 3 different style sales folks for 10 windows to be installed in my rental manufactured home. The first gave me a 45 minute presentation about windows on his ipad, brought in 2 fairly expensive windows, then proceeded to measure the windows and gave me a quote for $7600. Second guy told us to meet him at his place of business, showed me 1 crappy window and then said he would give me Milgard for the same price he quote the crappy window for which was $5,000. Lastly, Vlad met me at the rental home, took measurements first before even showing me windows, made a recommendation for one of the kitchen windows to open in a different direction for easier access, then showed me 2 quality windows. He advised me to go with the less expensive window which still looked really good (Plygem) and gave me a quote of $3,950. Oh and he was the only one that required 10% down, 90% at completion of the job. The other 2 quotes wanted 50% up front, 50% after installation. The windows came in 3 weeks. Vlad called me and scheduled installation. Only 1 guy came out. He was very thorough, very patient with his work. He didn't rush, but wanted to get it done all in 1 day. He started a little past 9am and finished at 7pm. It never felt like he was rushing the job and he was very polite. My overall experience with this company was excellent! It's hard to find companies like this these days. I'm glad I shopped around and found Vlad and his company. I highly recommend AAA Windows 4 less!!!! read more

Pardon us while we set our keyboard for a full-tilt rave review ... It starts with our place. We live in a 5th-floor, Eichler-style penthouse that had 16 nearly 50-year-old aluminum doors and windows, all but two floor-to-ceiling. One was a 9-foot sliding door. We received quotes from just about everyone in the Bay Area, most telling us that we needed new construction (particularly where we wanted to replace existing sliding doors with full windows) and that no manufacturer could make a 9-foot slider. To top it off, everyone said our elevator was too small to lift the windows. We'd have to rent a crane. Vlad was our last quote. At first we found his manner a bit brusque, but soon realized that he was telling us what others hadn't: the truth. No, we didn't need new construction. Yes, we could get a 9-foot slider (from Simonton, even though other Simonton dealers said we couldn't!). He also said that because we lived on the top floor, we should get Simonton's stronger vinyl windows made for windy conditions. The more we talked with him the more we realized Vlad not only knows what he's doing but cares deeply about doing the job right. And then there was the price, the lowest of all our estimates. Normally, when someone comes in with a low-ball quote, we run the other way. But he convinced us that we didn't need to pay more, so we went with him and crossed our fingers. There was no need to worry. Although there were times when things were a little hairy during the lifting process (we had to crane up each window individually), Vlad, Gary and Hayk made it look (relatively) easy. Then Gary took over. He took great care with his installation, making sure everything was perfect, and he even made suggestions regarding trim that we hadn't thought of. Although other installers had warned us about replacing existing sliders with floor-to-ceiling windows, Gary breezed through the process. The result is spectacular. The windows are beautiful. The doors slide like butter. And the resulting reduction in noise and heat loss are remarkable. Vlad said this was one of his toughest installations. You'd never have known it by their demeanor (although there were several animated phone conversations between Gary and Vlad that made us wish we spoke Russian!). Lastly, the city building inspector said they did a great job. Vlad and his crew have now done three condos in our building. All of us are happy beyond measure. And we can give AAA Windows 4 Less our highest recommendation. read more

Neutral review just based on a phone call. Asked about replacing two large picture windows (double pane windows that have failed and clouded up). I was told that they have a four window minimum to quote a job. Tough to find good help in this boom market. read more

Vlad and his team replaced 5 windows for us in our Sunset home. Multiple family members and friends of ours have already worked with Vlad and his team before, and couldn't be happier with the outcome of their window installations and the pricing, so we knew right away that we wanted to go with AAA Windows 4 Less. Out of all of the companies/contractors we worked with to get parts of our older home fixed/remodeled, our experience in working with Vlad and his team was by far the smoothest and the most seamless one. I wish all contracting companies had the same work ethics as AAA Windows 4 Less. Each and every step of the planning and installation process was thought out thoroughly, ahead of time by Vlad and team. In addition, after our little one had broken one of the window nets, Vlad worked with us to get it replaced very quickly, and had it delivered to our house. AAA Windows 4 Less is definitely the company to go with, for any window installations. read more

Vladimir is the benchmark in Customer Service. He installed all new windows in my home during a remodel some time ago. He has been out to take care of a couple of issues immediately...and always with a smile. I highly recommend AAA Windows 4 Less! read more

I needed to replace 10 windows and a sliding door. The estimate I got was considerably less than the three other ones that were given to me. The quality of the windows that Vlad recommended was excellent. Everything was done as promised in a timely manner. It was great to deal with such a professional man of his word and I will be referring him to all my friends. Thanks Vlad and Galina read more

We just had 6 large windows replaced in our Victorian in San Francisco. They did a wonderful job. Vlad (owner) came out twice to confirm everything was set before they came for the install. His guy came today and was nice, professional, clean, and fast. The windows were installed in one day and he left the place like he was never here. My wife and I have rehabbed a few homes in the past, so I have experienced multiple window installs. This one was the best. And the price was very competitive. I highly recommend this company. read more

Vlad and his team did a great job replacing all window when I purchase my house almost 10 years ago. I kept one bedroom window open all the time, and the window hardware got rusted from the moist San Francisco air. I could not operate the window and was told that it needed to be replaced by another window company. Remembering the good job AAA Windows did originally, I called Vlad. He inspected the window, ordered all new hardware and installed it free of charge! I couldn't be happier! read more

Vlad and his crew from AAA windows have replaced the windows in 2 of the units of my apartment building. It was a total of 11 windows and 2 custom made sliding glass doors. Vlad was very prompt to come take a look at the projects and took accurate measurements each time. He was able to give me a quote and tell me how long it would take to do the work right there on the spot which is what I liked the most. After having shopped around to numerous window replacing companies, I felt that AAA windows offered the most professional service and I was very comfortable giving them the business versus other companies. I would recommend AAA windows to anyone and if you have any more questions feel free to message me. Thank you for the great windows! read more

Vlad and his team did an excellent job installing 25+ new windows as part of my Victorian remodel. Vlad came up with some creative ways of matching the perfect wood clad windows to the old building. They were fast, efficient and affordable. read more

I really didn't feel like shopping much and called AAAWindows for Less based on the Yelp reviews. Vlad gave me a quick and very reasonable estimate for 6 Simonton vinyl replacement windows. Within a couple of weeks of us making a deposit, Boris installed them. They look great. Now can I get some rain? read more

Lots of good reviews but it appears that you must replace at least 4 windows. Took 2 days to get through on the phone and they had not bothered to return the 2 messages I had left with them read more

This is the 3rd house Vlad and AAA have done for me. But this time it was my own personal home. I checked out other companies just to see if Vlad was being fair with me. I knew his quality and workmanship was excellent, but I didn't know about his pricing. Plus my own home was different than rentals. He came in around $1000 less than the next competitor AND I got Vlad's excellent quality. I'm totally happy with the results. It's such an upgrade and very modern looking. Wish I had done it years ago. Thanks Vlad. I will never even bother comparing Vlad's pricing with any other company again. read more

I had several windows and two sliding doors replaced in a duplex unit in Los Gatos. Vlad worked with me to give me what I wanted, then sold me great windows at a nice price. He was also able to install before the other bidders could. He and his crew came when expected and did a nice job on the installation. This review is short because the job was flawless! I would use them again. Thanks Vlad, Anna, and crew for a great job. read more

Recently, I was remodeling my house and needed to replace my windows. My parents recommended this company and in particular Vlad, who is the owner. Vlad is very prompt, knowledgeable, patient and professional. His prices were very competitive and the job was pretty complicated because the person who installed the siding didn't do a good job. Vlad had to come out to the property a few times, in order to evaluate the best way of approaching it. Vlad was also able to give me a number of options to choose from, right on site. Quote was done promptly and accurately and so was the job. I am very happy with the actual window replacement and Vlad's professionalism. I will definitely, use his company again and also recommend it to my friends. I am working with other contractors, as well, on other aspects of the house, and I can definitely see how much better AAA windows is compared to other contractors, because Vlad is an expert in his area but he also possesses very good people's skills and professionalism. read more

I am a contractor and have been working with Vladimir for a while now. He is my go to guy to install all my windows. He has installed windows at all of the properties I have worked on in SF and the Peninsula and at my home in SF. Not only has AAA done an excellent job with all the window replacements, but I trust Vladimir as a business man for he has not only delivered on his word, but also has exceeded expectations. Everyone at the company is courteous and responsive to requests, related to keeping the job clean, scheduling, estimates and doing the job right the first time. He has installed very intricate windows such as a 10 panel arched 5'x5' window in a Victorian to a simple single hung window in a kitchen. He will work with you and suggest window companies and types of windows based on your budget. He knows the code requirements in all local cities and always has good suggestions to make sure the installation is done right. read more

We are very happy with our new windows in our new home! We bought a house in NE Richmond with the original (AKA old and drafty) windows and that was first on our list of home improvements. Being first time homeowners with a toddler, we didn't have a lot of $ leftover after down payments etc and really needed to find a reputable company to replace them at a reasonable price. We had a quote from another window company during escrow and AAA Windows for Less offered a quote for a fraction of that first quote! The fall deal is superb and the windows are quality (just a step lower than the other brand). Vlad and his team are very professional. This is a family run business and they work year round except for rainy weather and their favorite holiday New Years Eve and New Year's Day. Boris, our window installer is fast and efficient and didn't let our rowdy husky distract him from completing his work in the promised time. Another thing I loved; we had chosen colonial style windows for the front of our house (to improve curb appeal) and Vlad found out the "grids" didn't match up. He immediately told the window company to correct the problem for us. The incorrect window was still installed temporarily by Boris and the correct window was replaced by the window company (not AAA windows for less ) two weeks after. Go ahead and give them a call!! read more
