I placed my order in October 2025 and paid fully in January 2026, yet my project is still not complete. A week after installation, a window actually fell out, setting off my alarm and sending police to my home, which was incredibly stressful. Since then, getting it fixed has been a nightmare with poor communication, long delays, and being told a replacement part was ordered when it wasn't. I've had to repeatedly follow up for updates instead of the company taking responsibility. This has been a months long, stressful experience for a very expensive purchase. The door is not correct and the largest window did not pass their inspection. They were reordering one. The trim around my doors is torn off and was to be replaced when out new window came in. 6 weeks pass and we heard nothing,. After reaching out and waiting a week, we were told someone was coming today to finish the job. Great!!!! They never showed and never canceled. I have replaced windows from several companies over the years at multiple homes and rental homes. Window Nation has a great product - equivalent to the more expensive (by a LOT) replacement windows from other companies. They did a wonderful job - and even repaired some wood damage as well as the sill where 2 windows were replaced by one larger window. I cannot say the same for that "other" company. The sales person was low key, knowledgeable, and courteous. The measuring team, installation team, and admin staff were all very professional and truly did a wonderful job taking care of me and ensuring a smooth installation of the new windows. read more

If you want to get multiple phone calls and texts every hour, fill out the online estimate inquiry. Within 12 hours I received 7 phone calls with follow-up texts. I told them I'd call back when I could. I continued to get more calls! I had to block all 2-3 numbers they were calling me from. This alone is the reason I wouldn't even have them step foot in my home to even give an estimate. It's harassment and based on a google search, this happens to many people. read more

The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They transfer you to different departments, each department states something different, long holds on the telephone, requesting the SAME information over and over again. I just got my windows from window nation they have an inflated sales pitch that offers you the world and then you find out that is all a lie abouts all the extra treatment to the framing and the materials to prevent the wood to rot in the future also the special insulation foam is just standard foam that you can get from home depot. Also the outside is just the basic aluminum frame that any window installer will use. It won't look better than any other window out there. So really disappointed on myself for believing the whole wrap they gave me. Just don't fall for it is my advise to all. read more

We had 11 windows replaced, our main concern was that we did not loose "glass size" our salesman assured us with his custom made windows we would not loose any glass size intact we would probably gain. If you are getting a quote for anything at or below $20 - 30k, Window Nation thinks you are a small job and doesn't care about your business. The salesman showed up an hour before our appointment time without even contacting me to see if I was ok with that. He didn't look at a single one of my windows and asked me for the measurements a salesman from another company had provided to me in their quote once he found out I had those already. He verbally gave me a "today only price" of $24k or a wait to sign price of $40k. He asked what other window companies I had met with and proceeded to tell me how bad they all were compared to window nation and berated me for not agreeing to his today only price. He implied the window companies who told me their u factors were better than window nation's had lied to me. They had the same NFRC confirmed ratings as window nation. If their u factors cannot be trusted, neither can window nation's. I felt bullied and pressured by a guy who essentially stormed out of my house when I declined to sign today. He did not give me a written quote or offer to email it to me. He didn't go to look at the capping on my windows which he said he would show me after I said no to his today only price. He told me good luck, shook my hand, and walked out. I have every intention of selecting someone to replace every window in my house in the next two weeks, but I'm not going to be bullied into a financial commitment of that size and quality impact to my home without fully evaluating all my options. I received an email that same day asking me to rate my experience. I gave a one star review and just had a call from the sales guy's manager asking me what happened. I told him that I felt bullied by the rude and unprofessional sales guy and that I didn't like feeling pressured on a $20-30k job, as that is a large purchase and I want to balance quality and cost. He said, "Well, this isn't a big job for us. We are a national company and have way bigger jobs than this". Clearly they do not care about small jobs, and I am guessing they have many at or below the cost I was quoted which would qualify as "small" jobs to them. At this point window nation could tell me they were going to put in windows made of gold for their "today only price" and I still would not hire them for the job. Perhaps a public review will save other potential customers from feeling belittled, pressured and bullied like I was. I should have trusted the Yelp reviews in which Window Nation has 87 total reviews and 67 of those are one star reviews. They have another 8 two star reviews on Yelp, bringing their total to 83% of the reviewers feeling like they had extremely bad service from Window Nation. I am likely going with a company that provided a quote below what Window Nation offered and who have all 5 star ratings on Yelp. They are a much smaller company and actually care about their customers, no matter how "small" their jobs are. EDIT: I just checked the BBB profile for Window Nation. They have ~600 complaints. I have looked at 6 window companies so far. The next closest is 2 complaints. Something else to consider before hiring them. read more

They showed up late, high on narcotics from a "dental emergency" but were polite and appeared to have good workmanship. Until the end when one of them went to put the shutters back up and sawed into the shutters and the 100 year old stone front wall, grabbed their stuff and jetted out saying they would have a manager call us. That was 12 months ago... despite multiple calls, texts, and e-mails with pictures and video evidence. We still have a sawed into house and destroyed shutters, and they've done nothing but say someone will call and no one does, except to ask for payment and goes silent and ends the call/text when we ask for a call about the repairs. Last March I saw an ad in the Marlton Sun from WINDOW NATION, advertising ZERO down, ZERO payments, and ZERO interest for 2 Years !! We decided to call and get an estimate for 4 windows. We were so overwhelmed by the non-stop talking slick salesman, Jonathan Stupar, that we bought 4 windows and assumed (big mistake) that we were getting the same deal that he promised us AND that was plainly in their ad. Reality is that the bill says, principal payment is $44.45 and the INTEREST is $55.55 !!!!! I started getting bills every month immediately with charges of 9.9% interest compounded. I spoke with their customer service representative who agreed that I was being charged 9.9% interest, which equates to an extra $383.25 interest for a year. Their ads are a scam. I am extremely disappointed in both our window installation and the so-called customer service at window nation. Many of our window's vinyl came damaged with fairly large gauges and scratches. For the exceptionally high cost of windows, I was under the impression that we would receive an undamaged product. In addition to the terrible product presentation, I was also disappointed to see that the caulk appears to have been applied very hastily as it is uneven and unsightly. They somehow smeared caulk everywhere to include the screens, the window frames and drywall, and even on our exterior siding... yet they somehow missed several screws and it is only a matter of time until water accumulates beneath our window frame and rots it out. I contacted their customer service team several times but have yet to hear back from them (it has been well over a month now). Reason for low rating is their non-responsiveness after install regarding issues. I don't know how I missed the Yelp reviews when checking out this company before I went with them. Unfortunately it seems that there is a common theme here reading through other reviews. I had windows installed, they look great. We took advantage of the "sale" as our home really needed new windows and the "no-payment financing until 2024" was attractive. My issues: measurements on 8 of my windows were off. Those windows were still able to be installed (they pretty much had to make those windows work because the old windows were off and it is December in NJ). Due to the mistake with measuring, we can not reuse our blinds. Do the math.....8 windows x $$$$ for new blinds/window treatments. The second issue is that there is damage to on of our interior window frames. I have tried contacting them several times and have received no response. I would NOT recommend this company. read more

Window Nation installed 19 windows in my house in January. Since the install I have noticed a decrease in noise (cars and wind) and a huge decrease in how cold my house stayed. I purchased the "good" quality windows to stay within my budget and feel they are an excellent quality. Although I experienced a minor issue with the caulking, dealing with the service and warranty department was a breath of fresh air. Cindy (service and warranty) went above and beyond to ensure all of my issues and concerns were resolved expeditiously. I give Window Nation 5 stars for the window quality and 5 stars for my experience with Cindy. We have had 7 windows installed little over 1 year ago and we just noticed a stain on our ceiling and tracing things oneof the master bedroom windows seems to be leaking. The rug under the window was soak and the corner of the dresser was water damaged. I called to see if there was anything we could do to get this checked and they want us to pay 150.00 before we can even schedule a guy to come out. Mind you during the installation they sent only one guy the other called out that day, the window in question is the very last window installed at the end day at dusk. *updated to respond to owners reply* Yes, an offer to clean the area was made, over a week after my install, in the height COVID-19, so having additional people in my home isn't much of an option for me. My review stands accurate in warning those who may put their faith in your company to protect them from additional lead exposure. LEAD EXPOSURE. DO NOT FOLLOW SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. If you have an older home DO NOT hire window nation. They do not abide by HEPA lead containment, even though they state they're qualified. This was the selling point for our business, boy were we fooled. I have a one year old and expressed my concern for lead exposure several times throughout our process. The representative wound up telling me to not "harp on it" any further. When the time came for install, we were upstairs preparing to leave for the day so my daughter wasn't around the construction. We came down stairs and two windows were already knocked out, with literally a torn piece of maybe 2x2 plastic under the window, with paint chips all around the surrounding floor. No other precautions were taken. I was told the windows would be wrapped in plastic from the inside or plastic would cover the window construction area from wall to ceiling. None of this was done. I couldn't halt production because I already had two holes for windows. We left and when we returned there were paint chips all over our house. The guys tried to clean to the best of their ability I truly believe, but they weren't trained properly. They only vacuumed. When dealing with lead based paint you use a wet product to clean to eliminate lead dust from being exposed. I called the company and was told I'd be called back. Three days later someone reached out for payment but nothing regarding my concerns. The following day we happened to be outside while a quality control employee came by to do a visual inspection and we told him everything. He also said the windows should've been taped off.. but they were not. We eventually were in contact with the VP of the company I believe, and she agreed things were not done correctly and stated their guys would be retrained. But who knows... how long have they been exposing families to lead contaminants. If you don't know this, lead paint again lets off a dust when disturbed that you cannot see or clean on your own. Their solution, three weeks after install, was to pay for our floors to be professionally cleaned. That's great, but too little too late. Please protect your family and go elsewhere. I had windows installed in my house in June. One screen was ripped day of install and installers took with. The following day I opened a window and it fell right back down. I have now been waiting over two months for these issues to be fixed and all I get is the run around (always "someone will call you" and I never get a call). This is now longer than the date of production of my windows to the date of installation. For the amount of money I paid this is unacceptable! We had them replace all our windows and back sliding door. Immediately i noticed the sliding door doesn't lock. And one of the screens has slits in it. They also made a nasty mess with caulk. And I mean really nasty. The window guy made a mistake and just stuffed gobs of caulk in the hole. It all looks shoddily brine. I called them a few times and was told someone would come. It's a year later and nobody came. They apparently don't care about their customers after they make the sale. Either they come back or we are not paying the last $5000. We will use that money to replace the cheap crap sliding back door. Horrible company. If I could give less than one star i would. Stay away from this company. You can get amazing windows at Home Depot for half the price. And it doesn't cost much to hire a contractor to install them . read more

My first appointment was canceled 20 minutes before it was scheduled to begin. They further advised that they knew that they did not have anyone available to install the window about 2 hours before they called to cancel the appointment, yet they still waited until the last minute to cancel. After they canceled that appointment, I was told someone would be calling me in about 15 minutes to reschedule. After almost 3 hours, I contacted them to see if and when they were going to reschedule me. I was told they would call me back. I received a call back approximately 10 minutes later to reschedule my appointment. I requested the first appointment of the day at 0800 hours. They scheduled me for that time on 04/21 and said they would see me at 8 because I am the first appointment of the day. It's now 0905 and still nothing. read more

This is your classic scam. Somehow replacing my sliding glass door to my back deck with a vinyl, not high end at all slider was quoted at over $9500. I was blown away. Then all of a sudden the price would go down to $6500 if I would agree to target marketing. Huh. What is target marketing? The salesman explained it was agreeing to put their sign in my front yard and I think have my job pictured posted online. Then came financing options. This had all the warning signs. Manipulative sales techniques, questioning me when I indicated the price was insane. What a waste of over an hour of out time plus aggravation. The best was the salesman challenging me like I did not know what I was talking about when I told him the pricing was crazy and out of touch with reality. It was so crazy high I consider it dishonest. I would stay away from this company at all costs. I mean stay far far away. I just wish I had looked them up on Yelp before we requested a quote. The majority of their reviews are not good. In addition , you will see the owner responding to just about every negative review on Yelp to try to down play customers complaints. I am a single woman house owner, was referred to Window Nation by friends! Had them installed October 24th, crew was messy got caulking all over carpet , never cleaned up properly, etc. Never cleaned windows or told me how to operate properly, tried to hide damaged windows by filling it with caulking. Still waiting for them to come back and finish job properly, keep getting the brush off when I reach out to someone! During the coldest Temps a few weeks ago 4 of my windows had moisture and ice forming inside. Contacted the company once again and still no response! I paid top dollar for these windows and none of this should have ever happened. They offer compensation by giving you a gift coupon for future windows, who would buy new windows when your having all these issues with the ones installed! My wife was putting her house on the market this winter. So I ordered 13 windows to be replaced for better home appeal and value. The windows were installed on 12/7/21. 2 of the windows have cracks in the frames and another had a rip through the screen! Not to mention all of the caulk the "installers" smeared with fingerprints across many of the windows!! We contacted WN and were PROMISED a resolution with a phone call the next day!! The installation has been going on for 10 months now and it's still not complete. Their service department is terrible with communicating delays and product shortages. When you call for a follow up, no one calls you back. And now, some clowns from Vytek Windows (whoever they are) called me yesterday and said they would be out a month from now to install the last screen that has been missing for months. I guess that's window nation's idea of a "rush" completion. So, the entire ordeal will be complete after 11 months, 4 separate install dates, stickers left on the windows after install, and I'm still finding trash (plastic and little pieces of jagged aluminum) kicked under furniture. Oh, and their "company-employed contractors" show up looking like they just climbed out of a dumpster driving beat up, unmarked trucks. As a lay person -- I don't see the difference. That the other company to theirs is not apples to apples. They even offered to reduce their price by $300.. Even Window Nation agreed that the other window was better - Basically the other company gave me their top end window as compared to the Georgetown - starting line of WN. 12.28.22 - Please DO NOT use this company. I never leave negative feedback; however, I do not want anyone else subjected to the lack of professionalism and incompetence that I experienced with Window Nation. The salesperson who quoted the job did not know the difference between a replacement window and a new construction window. A fact which cost me several hundred dollars in window capping fees. I paid for the window capping, however, none of the windows could be capped because they are new construction windows. When I questioned the company about the charge, I was told that they would reimburse me for the capping fees. 2 months later, I am still waiting for reimbursement. The broken window, in my dining room, has still not been replaced. I have been waiting for the window to be installed for 4 months. This window has been paid for as well. I have spoken to at least 7 different Window Nation employees about finishing this job. When someone does finally get back to me, the only answers I receive are apologies and empty promises. The cost of this job was financed through a 3rd party HELOC company. Window Nation submitted the full expense of the job to the finance company, so Window Nation has been paid in full. However, the job is still not complete. I had to submit a dispute, with the 3rd party finance company, to ensure this did not affect my credit and to get Window Nation to take action. A job that started 9.9.22 is still not complete. I have taken 2 personal days to wait for this company to return to finish the job. Not only did they not show up, but they did not even bother to call to let me know I they were not coming. On 8 September I had windows installed by window nation. The windows install but left debris all over the place ,there was debris on the roof there was debris in my wife's flower garden and they destroyed some of the plants in the flower garden. The windows, about four of them do not close properly. I have called and was told that they would be out in about 2 days. No one has showed up so I called again this morning. I was put on hold, then told they would call back. I would not recommend window nation, they did not have a professional crew and the cleanup was nonexistent. I was so excited to have new windows that closed properly, and after great expense, my windows still do not close properly A service guy came out today (P Jolson), he fixed windows. SO sad for my 69 year old 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran father. He hired Window nation to do their windows in February and what a complete nightmare from the start. It is now August and they still are giving him the run around. They came out. measured etc. Came back weeks later to install. Windows didn't fit...leaked...gaps...complete mess. Came back weeks later to fix/install new...same thing. My dad has been calling for WEEKS!!! They did not return his call. All the meanwhile, windows are still leaking, AC is escaping from the gaps...etc. My dad just wants his deposit back. (did not pay in full because they were defective windows from the start)They can taken their broken ass windows with them.
