I will not Window Maestros for the simple reason that they were not honest with me instead of him telling me to go into the store and buy some flex seal for the window they wanted to charge me $450 for a window that was not broken no I would not recommend them recommend them. What ever happened to Integrity and honesty everybody's trying to make a dollars of a little man. Just used these guys and they did a fantastic job! I had the windows in my condo cleaned and now they sparkle. At first Jeremy was great, he came out and gave a quote. I approved it and put $1600 down to order windows for my condo. After a few weeks I called for an update and told they were delivered and would be installed June 15. No call no show on the 15th. I called his call service and was told I wasnt on a schedule, but they'd put a message through. Nothing. It's been 3 weeks since I have have heard from him and I have tried email and phone. His call service is "no longer taking calls". I had t​o put in a credit claim for my down payment as it has to be filed within 60 days. Buyer beware. read more

I needed multiple large window screens repaired and was having a difficult time finding a local hardware store that would take on the challenge due to the 'Wickets' that needed to be replaced. I found window maestros online, sent them a photo of a screen and they responded promptly and made an appointment to pick them up at my place. Within about a week they had return the first 'test batch'. We made a couple of tweaks to the repair process going forward and I gave them a 2nd batch of screens which came back in fantastic shape! Window Maestros was the only window company that responded that they did repairs. Jeremy called and set up an appointment with me. He showed up on time. I expected an expensive visit to replace some broken pieces on 4 of my vinyl windows. Instead, Jeremy said the window pins just came out of the shoes, and he could just reattach them. The whole thing took 20 minutes, and then he tightened a locking mechanism that was loose I hadn't even noticed. He charged me so little I gave him a huge tip. I requested a quote for window cleaning. I was looking for a one-time set-up clean (including sils, having screens made, etc.) and ongoing cleans. I made an appointment and two men came. I spend over an hour with them (we have a large house) showing them all the windows, where I wanted screens made, etc., and answering all their question -- and they said they'd send me the two quotes the next day. But they completely ghosted me -- I've sent three emails, and gotten absolutely no response. For what they did, they did very well, but they missed doing two storm doors, for which we were quoted. The storm doors are difficult because there are several panes of glass that need to be removed due to the filigree on the outside. When we called to let them know that they missed the two doors, they said they would return to do them, but never did. We had to do them ourselves. read more

Had windows of 4 upper units of a 6-unit condo residence cleaned inside and out. This company did everything right from start to finish. When I called for an estimate they responded quickly. They came out to the condo unit to assess the job. I received my estimate the same day! When the owner and his co-worker came to my door, they were wearing masks even though they are vaccinated. I very much appreciated their thoughtfulness and consideration. There is a 3 day old baby in the complex and being cautious during the virus is critical and good business manners. Window Maestros have proper insurance and gladly sent a copy. Jeremy and Jason were friendly and very professional. They have an amazing online schedule and confirmation set up. It made everything easy and left no room for error. When Jeremy and Jason were on the way, I received a phone call letting me know (another thing I appreciate). They worked very efficiently and the windows were so clean, it looked like the windows were missing! We are unable to reach any of our rear windows so we have to wait for professionals to give us that clear view. It makes the whole house seem cleaner. The window sills and screens were wiped down and everything was left neat and tidy. When the job was done, Jeremy sent a text stating they had finished. I like this because sometimes the garage can be open and it's good to check once everything is done. We hired Window Maestros to replace all of the old and sun rotted screens in our two story house. Because it's a wood frame house that is well over a hundred years old, lots of shifting and settling has resulted in window frames that are not quite exactly square, which for purposes of fitting screens is a tricky proposition.
