I think it's so cool they have a drive thru - I wish this was on my way to work on the mornings! I don't like honey so instead of the mango honey energy drink I got a custom mango coconut lotus energy and it was so good. I was surprised it was clear in color though. I got the raspberry prickly pear fruit tart and it was so tasty. The fruit filling is so fresh and tasty. I loved the Arizona prickly pear vibes. My friend got the fruit danish which was good, but not as good as mine . The inside was busy because of the market but the decor is adorable! I'd love to come back and hang out here on a regular day. I wanted to come here and commend this shop for all their hard work at maintaining a well ran shop and providing a safe space for the surrounding community. From the moment you open the door, the team happily greets you and makes you feel welcome. No wonder they have been getting the national recognition they have for the last few years. There are lots of regular and first time customers each time I'm there. The team takes the time to learn their customers taste and try to give a proper recommendation. One of my favorite part about this shop, is that they are willing to remake your drink for you if it's not up to your expectations. That's a smile guarantee :) Still after being founded 3+ years ago, the service that is provided is top notch and hard to find anywhere else. I was browsing Yelp for good coffee shops in the Phoenix area, and Window Coffee Bar came up. Now I can see why they are No. 6 in the nation as of last year. The first time I visited Window Coffee Bar was on March 29th this year. One of my closest friends and I were heading to Parker, Arizona, and decided we needed some coffee to kick-start the day. The workers are some of the nicest people I have ever met. From the first visit, I could tell how much they cared about everyone having a great experience in their shop. On a separate visit, one worker offered me a cup of water without me asking. I accepted the offer, and he handed it to me with a flourish. They are always making sure I have everything I need and asking if I ever need anything else. I have had seven different lattes there, and every single one of them has been a hit. The first latte I had (burnt cream) is also one of their most popular menu items. Another one I enjoyed is the cookie macchiato. Another thing I like about Window Coffee Bar is that they get their pastries from local bakers. Their cinnamon rolls and fruit danishes are delicious. I have yet to try their tarts, so I will definitely have to try them in the future. I also appreciate the modern and clean atmosphere. Such a warm inviting space! Everyone is so pleasant and friendly. So I've left a review on their Melrose location about their delicious coffee and tea offerings, but today, it's going to be about the service! I had already over-caffeinated earlier in the day, but found myself nearby and hungry. I remember that Bagelfeld's supplies them daily, so dropped in at 1pm, hoping for more flavors than just plain to be still be available. I was in luck! They still had everything and jalapeño cheddar! They sliced and toasted them for me, and then when I didn't order a coffee or tea, offered me an ice water. Just such thoughtful customer service! This is my new favorite local coffee shop, for a couple reasons. I've always been more of a "snooty hipster" coffee person, and window caters more to a flavored + large beverage audience, but the things that seal the deal for me are: Excellent service, supportive atmosphere (they have local art hanging, activist flyers), and not too busy. I realize the last one isn't within their control, but it's never fun to arrive somewhere with all your stuff ready to work and not see a place to sit. They consistently have customers, but most times you can come and find space. I guess I shouldn't have saved this until last but drinks and food are tasty! Whoever the Tom Selleck/Omni man mustache guy working the counter was rude as hell. My friend ordered a coffee, black, medium. He must get asked for a medium alot. Cause right off the bat with attitude. He said with a tone "We only have small or large!" Went with the small. I ordered and Americano. Usually when i go to a place the first time. I always tell the people behind the counter to make it how it was intended for here. Because if this place is #1 in the valley for coffee, i want to try it before i start telling them to add this or that. So I'm assuming if i asked for an Americano, it'll just be made. He gives me look and says with a tone "hot or iced?" I said "oh my bad. Iced please." Then after I pick my size cup. He looks at me asking me how would I like it. I tell him just how it's supposed to be, no modifications. Just your basic Americano. Now he gives me a look with his arms out and he says all snarky "you want 2% in it?" I said "that's fine." I paid for the drinks. And when I said "thank you." He didn't even bother to look up from whatever he was cleaning to barely say "you're welcome." The look of the place and the music they were playing was cool. I tried to sit an enjoy my coffee. But I was irritated with the service so I left. Maybe I will go try that place another day. Just the vibe overall makes you want to drink something fun. Burnt Creme - looks like milk combined with caramel. Tastes like coffee and condensed milk! Surprised by the good coffee notes. Would order again. Well worth the order from their signature menu. The Turkey sandwich was surprisingly well worth the $12!! The vinaigrette over the cucumbers is chefs kiss. Service is above 5 starts. The staff are incredible here. The way they communicate to one another, always checking in with each other. Picking up scraps from tables and wiping spaces down. The brightest smiles and follow ups of "How is everything??". As the lines got long, an additional barista went down the lines (Dutch Bros Style) to take orders. Between food and drink orders, the waits were less than 5 minutes. I watched a barista go into the bathroom to clean it when I first got there and noticed him go back again right before we left. The playlist is great. We were partying to the beats then transitioned to slowing it down to some indie beats. I'm here for the fun!! When you walk into a coffee shop for the first time, so many different things can happen, but this morning when we walked into the Window Coffee Bar we were greeted with the most friendly staff who were legitimately happy we were there. They walked us through the menu, provided us with several different recommendations, and immediately offered pup cups for our two dogs, what could be better?!? Well, that the actual coffee and food was incredible. We each ordered an iced Chaga Latte, and it was so unexpected and delicious. Without the super helpful and friendly staff, I would never have thought to try the Chaga mushroom latte. But it was great!! We also ordered a bagel with cream cheese and an avocado toast. I always get an Americano, but there is just so much variety in coffee and teas available that there's something for everyone. My prior review irked ever so slightly at the food price point, but in all sincerity, it's every penny well spent IMO. I tried both of the avocado on toasts and the Nutella and pistachio on toast, AND the fresh jalapeño and cheese bagel. The bread and bagels are so fresh and delicious. There's love in that there food. That's the difference between this exemplary business and the large coffee chains of the City. Also a word on the service. It's ALWAYS friendly, engaging, welcoming and on-point. I love the art work on the walls, and even the awesomely designed tray protector paper. (I want to take a batch home and color them in lolz). Every little detail has been considered and executed to help create a vibe that just resonates peeefectly. I love Window Coffee Bar! The staff here is so awesome, and so is the service. It's got a cool chic vibe inside, perfect for catching up on some work, or to hang with friends. I purchased a Lavender Vanilla Latte and a Raspberry Prickly Pear Pop Tart because I had to support this small local business, plus sis had a craving, lol. The items paired well together, and I like that they have an array of menu items to choose from. They even have a drive-thru if you're in a rush. What I gathered from other reviews is that this used to be a bank. I can definitely see it. There is parking around the building, but the few spots in front are a bit awkward. The prices are fair, and the staff will happily accommodate your requests to the best of their abilities. I will come back for sure, and you should stop in if you haven't already. I was actually on my way to a different place altogether, realized that I had not yet caffeinated for the day, and spotted the word COFFEE on their sign - so figured I'd give it a try. SO GLAD I DID. The cashier, Fernando(?), or Ferdinand(? I feel bad I didn't remember his name ) was/is so welcoming and helpful- and patient when I got overwhelmed with all the GOOD drink/food choices! I ended up with a Burnt Crème oat milk latte and Avocado Toast with Micro Greens, Tomatoes, and Chili Flakes. On Point! The patio has 3 tables with chairs and bar seating. There seems to be plenty space inside for study, work, doom scrolling, or conversation. I live in Mesa, but will definitely come back here when I'm the area! read more

Ube, Matcha, Chai oh my! @windowcoffeebar is most definitely a love language! I'm typically a go to Cold Brew lover, but with this amazing menu I had to try something different for sure. Walking in takes you into a different more laid back vibe with cozy couches, workspace, fun art and more. Of course h theirs a drive thru, but it's so much more fun if you have the time to go inside. I ordered quite a few drinks since I had three others with me. We'd just ate so no food unfortunately, but we're already planning for next time. We ordered a vanilla matcha sweetened , strawberry lemonade, ube taro and an iced chai. I of course had to pick up a few of their cute stickers. Service was very friendly, efficient and fast! I could not believe how quick they had everything out considering they were pretty busy. I've been here twice now! The first time I got the burnt cream latte and it was very subtle and not super sweet - it surprised me so it was okay at first, especially because everyone raves about this flavor and I think I expected an immediate WOW. But the drink grew on me the more I had it. I do appreciate less sweet drinks because I need less sugary drink. My sister had the lucky charms latte and thought it was just alright, it didn't really remind her of lucky charms except for the few lucky charms topping the drink. My mom really liked her marshmallow latte! We all got oat milk. We also got the gf blueberry lime pop tart... this was heaven. Thank you for having a gluten free baked good option! There was so much filling and it was fresh blueberries. Would have even loved it more if I toasted it slightly first, omg. Came a second time for the year opening anniversary where they had 2 drink limit per person and they had $1 drinks... insane. My friend and I both got the cookie macchiato latte and ube latte with oat milk. Once again I was surprised at how the drinks weren't overpowering with sweetness. I'm not sure it's my all time favorite but I think I'm used to too sweet drinks so this is a nice option! And they don't charge extra for alternate milk, that's so nice and I'm so here for it. The staff was really nice!! Very welcoming! I got the decaf Burnt Crème latte . It was okay (but TAKE MY COFFEE REVIEW WITH A GRAIN OF SALT), I don't normally drink coffee and I've never had decaf. Outside of the flavor, it taste like they built the drink AND THEN added ice (so only liquid at top is cold) but when I worked in the shop, we built it over the ice (however I know the expresso makes the ice melt which can make drink more watery) so who knows. The cinnamon rolls. Omg. If you're wondering if you should get them? Yassss. When I pulled it out of the paper, I was like, this is either gonna be really good or really bad. No in between. The frosting wasn't thick and fluffy, but more like a little glaze. However, both of them loved the cinnamon rolls. They had the right amount of cinnamon, great texture. The inside was soft and fluffy, and they are a perfect breakfast treat. The jalapeno cheddar bagel has less jalapeno flavor than I anticipated, so if you're worried about spice levels, it mostly tastes like cheddar. It was a great bagel. The outside had a nice crust, the dough has a great chew to it. If I lived closer I'd get more bagels there and I wished I got more than one. So good. The prickly pear tart was cute. Did I love it? Nah. Would I get it again? Also no. The dough was okay. The filling was mediocre imo. It needed something to brighten it up. Like maybe a hint of lime, or a bit of lemon. If I was going to make those, I'd make a "prickly pear lime" and include lime curd. So would I be back? Yeah if I was in the area. read more

Their Camelback location is bright and welcoming in both decor and staff. I was greeted with smiles, and the smiles continued through the ordering and again as they brought my order out to me. On the food menu, there are pastries, avo toast, salads, and sandwiches. It's a fun spot to sit and read, study, or meet a friend. I love a place with plenty of seating but also close enough to chat with strangers. I met a fellow reader, and we chatted about book recommendations before each turning back to our own books.
