I didn't notice until after I got home that I had been overcharged - they had a special offer to buy four packages of specially marked meat and get them for $5/each. I bought four but was charged full price (overcharged about $7.00). I live out of the area so called to: A) arrange a refund B) let them know their system was not programmed correctly so they could fix it The person on the customer service line interrupted me and said "just bring your receipt in and we'll give you your money back". I attempted to explain that I live far away and was interrupted again with "you have 90 days." Having worked in customer service for a long time, I guess I just miss actual service recovery and genuine human responses. Even a quick "I'm sorry you experienced that" or something, but instead the response felt robotic and without a bit of empathy. It is what it is, I guess. It's unlikely I'll go back there.
