When I contacted customer support through chat, I was told I had missed the return window by just a few hours--not days, but hours. I know this isn't the most expensive refrigerator you sell, but it certainly wasn't cheap. I expected better quality and, more importantly, better customer service. Things are arranged by plant type and my only suggestion would be larger more colorful/noticeable signs for these sections. Theres ample parking, wagons to use, bulk and bagged products (mulch rocks etc), yard art, lots of trees/shrubs, bonsai stuff, pond stuff, and more! Lots to see. And a clean, easily accessible restroom!
