Two days later, we received a notification that another dishwasher was being delivered. It turned out the original in-store order had never been canceled, so we were charged for two dishwashers. We had to refuse delivery, make multiple trips to the store, and spend time getting the duplicate purchase refunded. It was an unnecessary hassle during an already stressful remodel. Once we had time to really look at the new refrigerator, we noticed the doors weren't aligned, there was a scratch on it, and it began displaying a "High Temp" warning. I know this isn't the most expensive refrigerator you sell, but it certainly wasn't cheap. I expected better quality and, more importantly, better customer service. Left and went to Lowe's. The employees there pretty lazy another time in there went and asked where the shopping carts were because it was raining and the employee said they were in the parking lot unbelievable.
