Once we had time to really look at the new refrigerator, we noticed the doors weren't aligned, there was a scratch on it, and it began displaying a "High Temp" warning. We had already lost all of our food when our previous refrigerator failed--which wasn't your fault--but now we're facing the possibility of losing another fully stocked refrigerator because the replacement isn't working properly. When I contacted customer support through chat, I was told I had missed the return window by just a few hours--not days, but hours. There was no flexibility or understanding, despite everything that had happened with the duplicate dishwasher order and all the issues surrounding this purchase. I know this isn't the most expensive refrigerator you sell, but it certainly wasn't cheap. I expected better quality and, more importantly, better customer service. This entire experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth. All I was asking for was a little grace and understanding.
