We left with 10 spray cans of a matched color. The color was PERFECT! The quality of the paint was AWESOME and they answered all our (stupid) questions and gave us additional tips for application. I will definitely use these guys again. I thought they were wonderful and the service was excellent and timely. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not only understaffed, but, the staff never acknowledges anyone. I was in last week, there were six people in line and one employee. He was going into great detail with the person at the counter. The people in line were growing highly irritated, they were talking loudly amongst themselves about how awful it always is in there. Not once did the clerk look up and say something like "Hey everyone, I'm all alone and doing my best. I'll be with you as soon as I can" anything would have been better than nothing at all. One person said "See, he must be used to this because he's acting like he can't even hear us". With zero exaggeration, I've been in this store at least six times and it's been the same every time!! At the price of paint and the volume of business, there's no way they can't afford more help. Maybe they don't realize that if they hired one more person, it could greatly increase their bottom line dollars. I really wish I didn't love their paint!
