Not only understaffed, but, the staff never acknowledges anyone. I was in last week, there were six people in line and one employee. He was going into great detail with the person at the counter. The people in line were growing highly irritated, they were talking loudly amongst themselves about how awful it always is in there. Not once did the clerk look up and say something like "Hey everyone, I'm all alone and doing my best. I'll be with you as soon as I can" anything would have been better than nothing at all. One person said "See, he must be used to this because he's acting like he can't even hear us". With zero exaggeration, I've been in this store at least six times and it's been the same every time!! At the price of paint and the volume of business, there's no way they can't afford more help. Maybe they don't realize that if they hired one more person, it could greatly increase their bottom line dollars. I really wish I didn't love their paint! It cracked during a freeze. I asked the man who answered if they carry a 3/4 inch pvc elbow (slip to male thread) fitting. He wasn't sure and said, "I know we carry a gynormous supply of pvc fittings." I told him I live a good distance away and wanted to make sure they had the part before I drive their. He just responded, "All I know is that we carry a gynormous supply of fittings in the store." I often do shop there even though their prices are usually a little higher than in Longview. It may seem like a small stop along the highway, but it's almost like a maze. You could get lost in the impressive amount of product. But are they good flowers? YES!
