They had a special wine list for the event. I love sparkling wines & the Cava from Spain was fantastic! Sitting at the bar the Joui team took care of everyone so efficiently. I also enjoyed a glass of Champagne & finished off with an Aperol Spritz. Their wines to go selection is great & I picked up one of my favorite natural wines Meinklang from Austria to take home to enjoy. I can't wait to visit again soon.

Seems like it may be a "whoever gets to the table first and takes an order gets the table". The steak though is a dining staple. The Delmonico Ribeye shines at both a rare and medium rare cook and is just so flavorful. That's the steak I dream of and can't wait to have again. The servers are attentive, polite, and helpful when you ask for their thoughts on which dish to order. The bar is quick and makes some great drinks (based on friends' input). Salar isn't so upscale that you can only go for special occasions. It makes for a good mid-week dinner, meetup with friends and coworkers, but it can also be a treat yourself meal.
