I spoke up and she agreed the cook blew it and had it remade in a jiffy. The chicken salad has grapes and chopped nuts...like a Waldorf salad and it was amazingly delicious. Way beyond what you'd expect for "bar food." My husband had the grilled chicken dinner and said the chicken breast was just ok but he was very happy with the baked potato and the salad.
