We decided to give the Grape Vines a try for a few drinks before my birthday dinner. We had so much…read morefun! We ordered a few wine flights, a few single pours and a charcuterie board. The board was served quickly and was very good! This is such a cute little place and I think it would make a perfect date night! It really got my birthday night kicked off perfectly!!

Visiting the area and wanted to do a wine tasting. Called them up to see if there's any particulars…read moresuch as needing a reservation or if they only offered tastings at certain times of the day. There are none. You can stop by whenever you feel the need to taste some wine, tequila or bourbon Hannah, the manger, is so sweet. She reminds me of Joanna Gaines. She's one of those people you feel like you know and want to be around. Just a beauty inside and out. She was the only one there and had a few guests to help and she said she was having a bad day but you'd never know. She made my bf and I feel more than welcome and took care of us. We got a small charcuterie with nuts, meats and cheeses and added olives. The charcuterie was not what I was expecting from a winery. It was more of an adult lunchable than charcuterie. The cheese was like that precut Cracker Barrel cheese found in the store. I would have like to have had some freshly grated parmesan or mozzarella. Something that would pair well with the wines. I'm not a fan of Swiss. Love Colby jack and cheddar but those don't really go with the wines I had. I got a flight of white wines that are numbered in my 2nd picture. They were all pretty good but 1 & 4 were my favorites. I was able to taste a new wine slush they're offering. I chose the red wine slush over the white moscato one. I fell in love with it. I tried to get one to go but was unable to due to them not having approved to go containers for them My boyfriend got a flight of premium bourbon which he enjoyed. There are lots of cosy places inside and out to sit and sip your favorite drink. We did leave with a bottle of the # 4 wine I liked and garlic sausage though. I will definitely return for a slush!!

There's a lot going on here. The name of the business is actually Tüken's Orchard & Farm Market…read more Depending on season they offer pick your own peaches, apples etc. They sell a variety of fresh produce, flowers, autumn gourds and pumpkins. And as of May 2022, they are also a winery! Stopped in on Saturday and tasted the plum, blackberry and cherry apple wines. The plum was my favorite so of course it's the most expensive variety at $24 - the others are $18. The very enthusiastic hostess explained a lot more work goes into making the plum variety. But it was delicious. A sign points upstairs where formal wine tasting sessions are held. I don't have anymore deets on that but will be checking back. The shop features their home made jellies, preserve, pickles in jars. I was looking for sugar free versions but didn't see any. Outdoors is a little petting zoo with goats, sheep, donkey and a llama. It might have been an alpaca but you get my drift. Last time I was there, a resident cat was also making his rounds. Weekends in fine weather are very busy, only two staff members to serve the checkout or set you up to go picking, or provide you with some wine samples. This may be a seasonal business as I recall driving by in the winter and it did look closed. I hope to get back here before the end of September and will update with any further info, especially about those wine tastings!

Things to Note: -The exterior stairs were locked when we came. There's another set of stairs within Entropy itself. -I did not see an elevator to make it into this basement speakeasy. There is an outdoor and indoor set of stairs. -There is a single unisex restroom downstairs with the speakeasy. It's a tight fit, but it exists. If you need more space, there are a lot more bathrooms upstairs. -Good variety of seating from booths, low top tables, a few bar high top chairs, and a table with high top chairs. -It is DARK down here. Our eyes took some readjusting to the sunlight when we left. If you struggle with lower light areas, this may be too dark. They went for the "super dark, lit by table lights only" vibe here. -There was live music when we came. The music is a bit loud downstairs, and I wouldn't call the acoustics great, but the band themselves were fantastic and energetic. Very friendly and had a great vibe for the space. Our bartender, Hank, was fantastic, though. Absolutely MADE the experience, and Entropy is lucky to have him. Super friendly guy who understands the balance between too much talking and giving you some space. His drinks were well-poured and very balanced. This includes when he had some deadtime and offered to make us drinks if we just let him know what spirit and flavor profile we were thinking. The drinks were delicious and, again, very well-balanced. Hank could probably work quite a bit more magic with a larger spirits selection, but he was very good at what he did. We had a great time, and we'd definitely return. I'm not sure the return visit would be nearly as amazing without Hank though. He really made the entire experience a memorable one that we'll look back on instead of just a "solidly okay speakeasy".
