I was extremely impressed with the Thai flat flatbread, chef kiss! The Cubano sandwich was perfectly executed and the group's favorite! Kitchens notoriously overcook chicken, but not here, the Puerto Rican skewers with coconut mango sauce was tender, aromatic with layers of flavor. The chef was mingling with patrons and came over to say hi, which is fairly common in finer restaurants. Hi, we're Bryan and Jo and I believe we're your new regulars!

The second time I ordered the relenos. Those were tasty, but the service was so freakin slow that I decided it's not worth it to go back. We had a party of eight and two of us arrived early. They seated us quickly and there was only one other table with guests. The server would not take our drink orders until everyone arrived and even then, I had to motion for her to come over. She just stood in the corner doing nothing until I asked her to take our drink orders. She was clearly not busy, so I don't understand why she made us wait so long. Weird.

The order came with a pickle wedge and a cup of ketchup. Everything was packaged carefully in a nice container. I really enjoyed this burger and I highly recommend.

The burger was very good. It was cooked as ordered and came on a lightly toasted bun. The burger was separate from the bun and you had to assemble it yourself. It also came with some potato chips. The onion rings were passable but a bit oily. The chili is a full-bodied chili. It is thick and dense. The order came with no condiments for the burger but there was a tangy sauce in a cup for the onion rings. I enjoyed the burger and the chili, but the onion rings were average at best. The second time I ordered was the Philly Cheesesteak with no lettuce and no tomatoes. I also ordered a side of fries. The Philly Cheesesteak was really good and came on a nice bun. The french fries seemed overcooked, was oily, and average at best. The sandwiches at this restaurant are very good. The buns seem top-notch and the sandwiches are flavorful. The fried sides, though, are just average. I would give the sandwiches a 4, the french fries and onion rings a 2. That's why I give Zinks 3 stars. I also would've liked some condiments for the sandwiches and fries. I wish the chili would've had crackers too. I feel the Philly cheesesteak should've included some kind of side. The burger did but the cheesesteak did not. I recommend but I would pass on the fries and onion rings.
