The dip trio was very good and we loved the house seasoned chips as well.

This place has a lot of different spaces to fit whatever you're looking for. The main section has a lots of seating and natural light. Around the corner (still inside) there's a playset for the kiddos. Outside there's a nice courtyard with plenty of tables and chairs. Finally, there's a 21+ speakeasy downstairs with a stage for live music. We definitely want to come back some evening to check that out! I ordered a Kolsch and hubby ordered a flight. I'm not sure what I ended up getting but it definitely wasn't a Kolsch...it was darker and more cloudy than a typical Kolsch. It was ok, so I just went ahead and drank that instead of going back to the bar to exchange it. They don't have a wait staff, so you go up to the bar or to the kitchen counter to order your food or drink. We ordered the dip trio from the kitchen. You can choose 3 out of 4 of their dips to go with tortilla chips. We got a HUGE tray of chips along with corn dip, queso, and guac. All three were very tasty. Service was good. We were the only people out on the patio at the time and someone came out to check on us and take away dishes we were done with. All in all, I think Entropy is a good addition to the blossoming downtown area of Miamisburg and we plan to return some evening for live music.

I love that they opened in Miamisburg! Come check out downtown, this cute brewery fits right in! The brewery has some yummy food and some great drink choices. I'm not a fan of beer like friends were, but I was able to find some cocktails that were yummy. Very cute inside and tastefully decorated. I didn't check it out but they have a speakeasy open on the weekends I was told. Definitely worth a trip to downtown Miamisburg.

    Chips and Queso

Quick service at both the bar and kitchen. We ordered a Viking and Photon IPA. Both beers were tasty. We started with some chips and Queso, this was a let down. Queso was cold, killed the vibe.

    Trying the Higgs

First time here and very excited about this place. It's absolutely stunning inside....warm, welcoming, and I appreciate the copper. The Higgs Honey Oat was delicious and a beer I will return for. Miamisburg has a new top dog!

We had the sweet potato tacos & the chicken tacos. Both were very good. We had a hot bourbon drink that rounded out our meal.

The entrance is in an alley, you can either use the elevator to get down or walk down the stairs. Shout out to Big T the boucner for being so kind. When you first enter, there is a large bar with its own drink menu, different than whats served inside the music area. You do need reservations to get into the music area, we didnt know that going in since we were from out of town. We were told reservations are made months in advance so we didnt really have high hopes of being able to get it but we were pleasantly surprised. We talked to the hostess and she was able to squeeze us in between reservations which was awesome. The inner bar was awesome, they gave us complimentary mini espresso shots which were served inside these chocolate little boats, so fun. I also had the best drink, #4, inspired by the pornstar martini but purple, it had Ketel One, Licor 43, passion fruit, ube, vanilla, lemon and prosecco. We loved listening to the live music, and everyone was so kind. Servers Logan, Vicente & Travis were 5 star.

I have given this place multiple…read moretries, and a few years, to try to get it right, but it just totally misses the mark sadly. The drinks are not interesting or well-made, it is way too loud, the service is extremely poor and all of this honestly ruins the experience. The music talent has also been subpar on every single occasion. My last visit within the last month will definitely be our final visit. A friend requested to go here for his retirement and even though I was skeptical, I made reservations two months in advance. Upon arrival, you aren't greeted welcomed or graciously at the top of the stairs. For a special place of this caliber, do better with your first impression. Upon checking in downstairs, the hostesses couldn't be more bored. Upon being sat at our table, facing the stage in the middle of the room on hard chairs, we requested to move to one of the booths that are more comfortable and clothed. We were there earlier in the evening on a weekday, had a reservation, and there were plenty of booths available. In fact, every single booth was available. We nicely explained that someone in our group had a spinal issue. The hostess, who did not care about much of anything, said those were reserved. We said we had a reservation too. He said if folks did not show up for those he would let us move to one. Did those boots ever get full? No? Did the Host ever check in with us and act like he cared? Also, no. Did we go track him down an hour later when one of our guests was in severe pain asking to be moved? No, we did ask our server, but she made no efforts to help us. So, we left. We did spend an hour listening to the live music. It was a pretty uninteresting show, and no one in the space was even paying attention. That is not usually my experience in most jazz or music venues. The cocktail list was super uninspired by any standard. The cocktails remind me of a cheesy 90s club. I finally ordered a tiny shot of something in a little chocolate shell. The chocolate shell tasted good. Our group had a long history with 1313 Vine. The retiring person in our group used to party in the building above when it was the infamous Warehouse. In 2012, we really enjoyed going into the space as part of the Cincinnati underground tour when it was still a beer tunnel. This is a special space, but the lack of even decent service consistently over the years, poor music talent, and uninteresting drinks are doing this incredible venue, a sincere disservice. Perhaps the novelty of the location makes it easy to overcome all of the above, but not for us.

Better than ramen I've had in San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago or Dallas. The chili oil or sashuan oil is not as hot as I thought. Easy to eat, even if you can't tolerate much spice. I wasn't as surprised this time by the location in a neighborhood, something that gives it a very welcome feel and suggests with the addition of a covered outdoor porch with picnic tables that this is a good neighborhood hang. I was late for lunch, almost two but there were some folks still finishing up. Good vibe, good music and casual atmosphere. I opted for the Takoyaki app which was tasty and not so burning hot that it scorched the roof of your mouth. Also the right amount of mayonnaise as opposed to often an excess. The Ramen Flight was fun in principle but I wouldn't do it again. I unwisely and perhaps naively assumed there would be mini versions of the full serving of Tonkotsu broth with Mayo, Thai curry and Szechuan with scallions. But it really is just the broth and ramen. Expected the Szechuan to have some heat and peppery lip buzz but did not. The Thai curry was super salty. Just missed some option of veggies and protein. Finally I would suggest not sitting near the front near the stairs to the kitchen. The spot has competing music soundtracks with two different play lists battling between your two ears.
