I have been craving for a spot like this to open up for noodle with mixers of internal organs. I got the Happy Family noodle dish. It's a combination of noodle which includes intestine, beef, honeycomb, roast pork, and etc. It's delicious. They do have a cold bar you can add stuff to your noodle. And also hot soup which is pretty plain but you can add some topping in it to make it taste better lol! I would definitely be back here for more noodles!!!

Looks like a niche has been found for this space! Ever since the departure of Chaco Canyon/Broadfork Cafe this space has been through a journey of identity - from dumplings to seafood to its latest incarnation which is Guilin Noodles. Never heard of Guilin Noodles? Ding ding ding we have a winner. When I swung by out of curiosity of the new banner I noticed the place just absolutely bustling. Guilin noodles are al dente white noodles accompanied with various delectable cuts of meats and topped with spices and a beef bone broth to the diner's liking. The result is a colorful bowl and infinitely customizable to taste. I notice they primarily market off of Xiaohongshu, but this is really a place and cuisine that the world should discover, so I hope to bring others here for a food adventure and try more options!

Closed for renovations? I wish there was a way to find out before going. So, this is a public service announcement.

Great food. Great price. I say a simple review is sufficient for a straightforward and excellent establishment.

WOW! This place is amazing! We first fell in love with Asian Kitchen two years ago when we were…read morelooking for some food to cater a family event. We knew we wanted Chinese food so we made a point of trying more than 15 places before choosing here. The food was so fresh and delicious. We ordered several trays of food for the event along with other Western catered food. At the end of the event, the food from Asian Kitchen was completely gone while we still had other catered food left over. It was clearly a hit. So much so that one of the attendees ended up ordering catering from here for one of their events and we are also ordering catering from them for another upcoming event. We have been so impressed with the quality that we have made special trips out to Asian Kitchen to eat and we live more than 45min away. It has been fantastic every time. Check out the Orange Chicken. It is one of the best we've ever had. That said, everything we've had has been amazing so I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. :)

4 star is a little generous here maybe? But I've…read moreoccasionally been by during workdays in the last year and finally stopped to try their lunch special. So glad I did! I ordered the Szechuan Beef with won ton soup and fried rice. 12.95! Real rare find in Seattle now and hard to find a lunch special combo at all. It's also nice to have the won ton soup option. It just has 2 wontons broth and scallion but was good. And a really good veg egg roll! The Szechuan beef was very good and pretty good size. Not entirely authentic Szechuan but I would order it every time. It needed a little chili sauce per my tastes. Service was quick with family operators and grandpa was my water and food runner. Their menu looks pretty good and reasonable pricing so we are going to try this for dinner sometime.
