Nancy was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions to make sure we were choosing the tub that was right for us. She also covered all setup and maintenance requirements. Once we placed the order, Nancy scheduled our delivery which was actually scheduled around the site prep we were finishing. On delivery day, three gentlemen arrived to unload and set up the tub in the location we had prepared. Delivery and setup were top notch as well. Our experience with Nancy and the rest of the team at St Cyr was A+++! We cannot recommend St. Cyr enough if you're looking to purchase a new hot tub.

Apparently they will charge a fee for any warranty work after six months. It's pretty outrageous. Just over a year later, the replacement seat module failed. We asked them to replace it. It took numerous tries to get them to actually come out to do the new replacement, and at no time in the process did they ever quote a price. They ended up charging us over $600 for this second replacement. I do not recommend dealing with St. Cyr. Their communication has been consistently awful, and they gouge on price.

I would get a call days later saying when they could reschedule. Both Chris and Kelvin, we're professional and extremely friendly. Far superior than what I have experienced with the other company. They offered suggestions of things I might want to consider, without trying to sell me their services or products. I had a couple questions that they answered without hesitation. Alex was very responsive and clear about the schedule, especially during this time with quarantine and pool season. He was able to fit us in the schedule somehow. Manny (contractor) came to inspect and next week 2 workers came and work all day with removing debris, cutting stones, measuring and keeping the work area clean as promised. Unfortunately the stone to cut was near the skimmer and they took their time to be careful to not damage it. I was very grateful . Next day, we realized we didn't have enough of the tiles to replace. They sat and took off the cement off the old tiles so we can reused them. I am amazed. They made it worked. The last day was mostly cement and grout. The workers were very respectful and worked really hard. And the work was amazing. Next day Manny and Alex came over to clean the pool as promised so we can use it after the cement dries. My only suggestion to Alex to explain to customers that the workers are contracted employees and if they do not show on time or at all, to call Alex right away. And to at least call ahead before showing up. Our experience was great and looking forward to working with them again.
